Okay so I visited philco recently and it's totally amazing.pricing has been done fairly and the food quality is superb. Food served is hot and hygienic. Highly recommended for junk Hunger pangs .

Been going to this place for their Plum Cake for years. Philco's one of those places that have been around all my life and their cakes, cookies are just a part of local life. You make special concessions to get some while in the general vicinity.. its that good. Love the makeover of the shop too!
Recommend for all your baking options. I had ordered plum cakes and were truly the old classic royal ones. There were just the exact amount of raisins and cashews needed in such a cake and no overdo which was one main highlight.
This place is amazing and it deals with different types of snacks . It also deals with many beverages. It's not at all high on pocket . Approx- ₹200 for 2 people.

One of the oldest bakery of NIT, it's known for its fresh patties and bakery items. Snacks are okay-ish, although there's a wide variety of them, and the pastries are really good in taste. Bakery does not offer much on the menu, but offers a lot in taste.
Famous for its cake and some snack items. Cakes are good to try and since it's the only old bakery in the area, they enjoy a good monopoly. Snacks are average and nothing is their flagship item.
Food quality is very good........chicken remains always fresh and tasty in the rolls.......try their Kathi rolls and chicken Franky........love it totally........they are the only one restaurant in the area where you can find good rolls,burgers,patties and other baked things
Used to be good, but it is slowly losing its touch. Better shops are there now in the vicinity. Products are not so fresh here. You can easily give a miss.
Well my fav bakery store.FOOD - The egless without cream fruit cake is SIMPLY AWESOME. I haven't have had such kind of a yummy cake. The chocolate truffle cake is the one we order on every occasion. Everybody loves it to the core. If you talk about Paneer Puff or Paneer Patty, you never must have had it this tasty. All in all, I love the entire range of cakes especially Chocolate truffle and Pineapple.Pricing - Pricing is really nominal. If I compare the quality and the pricing, its far too good. INR 18 for a Paneer Puff, is simply worth it. INR 150 for a 500gms Eggless Fruit Cake (Without Cream), is again an awesome deal.Parking - On the road side. Since it is in the main market, sometimes parking is a fight.I recommend it Completely. Over satisfied with the quality! :)Thankyou Philco for energizing my taste buds :) while keeping an eye on my pocket too! :)
This used to be the best Bakery in Faridabad until a few years back but now due to the lack of keeping speed with the changing trends, the quality is not up to the mark. Their fast food joint is great and very moderately priced and is an excellent stoppage for quick bites. Their cakes and pastries are not that great now.
If the management is reading this then I would suggest that they should get new pastry chef's to compete again with the other new bakeries that are offering much better cakes and pastries.

Rating this place 5 star coz this by far the best cake shop in the locality. Their fast food joint is evergreen. I am eating their burgers n rolls since 20 years. Cheese patty is amazing. Baked biscuits and naan khatai are gr8. Plum cakes are just too good
Philco bakery has been around for over 30 years n their cakes r famous all over town, specially nit area. Their snacks wing that serves rolls n burgers is also quite a hit with school kids n families alike.

This bakery is one of the most famous ones in NIT , even though its partly a grocery store. The pastries are average and cakes are good but the snacks or fast food whatever you may call are its actual star. I get take aways for guests back at home and the food brings smiles on their faces. One Heads up: The area around is a bit conjusted because it is actually a marketplace.

Nice confectionary and pastry shop.The behaviour of the owner is good.The shop has cakes and majority of confectionary items available.They prepare cakes on order but not the designer ones.The shop accepts cards for payments.They also offer snacks.They have a small indoor sitting area as well.The charges are at par with other cake shops in the area.The quality of cakes is good.There is no public washroom here and parking is a problem outside the shop.
Excellent Bakery Shop. The cakes are fantastic. I have been to established shops in metros and pastries and cake are up to that mark. Faridabad does have bakery culture so it is good opportunity to have cakes and pastries at reasonable rates. The choice though is limited probably local market had not been demanding.
Kids Birthday decor items availability is a plus.

Have been visiting this place as long as i remember(18+ years), i believe they renovated a year back so great Place to sit. Manchurian Roll and Cold coffee highly x2 recommended.
