Very good hospital with very good track record.
Dr Kusum is very kind and polite and experienced. Nurses are also very helpful.
Only thing stopping it from being best hospital out there is
1.) Dr Vinita’s not so cheerful nature. And her not responding well to patients genuine questions.
2.) Reception staff needs to be more polite and welcoming.
Still, all that matters is healthcare and they are very good at it.
