My reviews for this bank & branch are not good. I would say the staff doesn't deserve even 1 star. However, I am giving 5 stars just because of Ms. Shweta Sharma for her excellent way of customer dealing. I was very disappointed with the staff & services on my last visit which compelled me to think about whether I should continue my transactions with this bank or not. But the way she handled my query & sorted it out was appreciative. That day I realized that the organizations are not bad, it's a few people who make them bad. Best wishes to her.
