Starbucks is undisputedly the best coffee in the world at least in India it is.
Their standardization of processes across all the Indian chains is praiseworthy.
It is run by tata hence the quality.
Yes it is way overpriced but that's the brand and frugality association.
The one on highway at gajraula stands tall among many other rivals like ccd and costa.
The restaurant is cozy and clean.the staff is very hospitable.
It caters to all the one stop required travellers.
The food was good, slightly overpriced of course but that's Starbucks for you. The service was great! They surprisingly spelled my name right too. The washroom was pretty clean and very well maintained. The place is air conditioned and provides comfortable seating which enhances the ambience. Overall it's a nice place with a calm atmosphere and good music playing in the background : )
Wow really I feel special cuz here is so amazing employees like Pintu his amazing guys if visit in Starbucks Gajarula pls contact with him thanks
Their Sandwiches suck. Maybe they can learn a thing or 2 from their sister - Third wave coffee. But the coffee was nice and so was the tea. I wish they had ginger tea especially during chilly winters.
Same great taste staff is well trained too 👌reminds me of all my time spent abroad, you can't go wrong with this. If you're travelling from western U.P. towards Delhi garb a cup and enjoy your journey.
The place is pretty great and the atmosphere is amazing, one would want every Starbucks to be like this, but the service it's fine but they should take it a level higher
It's so nice that we have so many outlets of Starbucks on highway 🛣️
What would a coffee addict like us do otherwise. This outlet is beautiful in architecture, interior, location, service & quality coffee & quality food they serve ❣️
We stopped here while returning back to Delhi from a vacation in Uttarakhand. We earlier went to Haveli but that place looked disgusting and was overly crowded, so we went to Starbucks.
Location - This is situated on the left hand side of the highway if you are going towards Delhi. There are so many branded outlets all over in Gajraula and near to Starbucks too. There is plenty of parking place. There is also a small nursery next to Starbucks and Bhajan Dhaba is located behind Starbucks.
Menu and Food - As what you would expect from a Starbucks store - There were all hot and cold beverages, along with sandwiches and rolls. There were also mugs to buy, usually that you would expect in a Starbucks.
Coffee was great as usual and the sandwiches were hit and miss. Overall it was good.
Ambience and Atmosphere - It was great as usual although it was crowded due to it being a sunday when we visited. It was still not extremely loud.
Conclusion - Overall a great place to visit and make a stop to relax during your trip. 1 star deducted only because some of the sandwiches were not as great as we expected.
An Oasis.
Heading to Delhi or any other place along this route, visit this Starbucks without a doubt! Although relatively new, the outlet is company run and gives you the premium Starbucks experience.
The place is clean and spacious. The staff is helpful and pro-active in helping out the customer.
Enjoy your time here....
Bon appetite!
I had a wonderful experience celebrating my parents' 25th anniversary at Starbucks. When they learned about my parents' milestone, Starbucks organized a surprise celebration that was truly heartwarming. The congratulations they offered added a special touch to the occasion, and the special food they provided was not only delicious but also made the celebration even more memorable. Starbucks went above and beyond to make this anniversary celebration a remarkable experience for my family. Thank you for making this day so special!
Chicken and egg Croissant 🥐 served here was pathetic. Food served here is not at all fresh. Coffee was good like any other Starbucks. Overall a nice place to take hault while traveling to Delhi.
Visited the Gajraula outlet of Starbucks on the highway on our way back from Uttarakhand to Delhi. Firstly, on the way to Delhi, this property is on the left, hence one does not need to take a U turn to cross over. However, this Highway has many flyovers, and hence has service roads to get to the shops on the side. It is advisable to take the service road to reach the outlet and avoid inconvenience. Secondly, there are many eating places on this stretch of the road, so lots to choose from.
The ambience of the Starbucks outlet was a pleasant surprise. It was just after 8am. The interiors were clean and well maintained, also because it's a new outlet. Nonetheless, a person was busy sanitizing 'high touch' places. Tables which had been sanitised were clearly marked out by a placard on the table.
The employees at the cash and service counters were also neatly turned out, pleasant and working with gloves on and handling the food items with hygiene in mind.
We ordered a few coffees (cold) and a chicken sandwich. The quality of the drinks and the food was very good. The service was quick, but this was to be expected as the morning rush was yet to pick up.
The outlet also has a good collection of Starbucks accessories like mugs, flasks etc., some of which I did not find at a Delhi Starbucks outlet I visited just the next day.
The Gajraula outlet has adequate parking available and convenient access for differently abled people. A good place of stop on a road trip, albeit with limited menu options, which is the norm for such eateries - unlike the variety available at the likes of Haldiram or Bikanerwala.
Good place to stop on the Nainital / Moradabad route. The staff was well spoken and courteous. The washroom was spick and span.
Love to visit there all employees so good to interct with him Great job team.
There was a guy name vijay or vinay something like that he had a very good experience in handling the customers and also very knowledgeable, he helped me in suggesting a coffee according to my taste and everything plus he made sure that we get the utmost hospitality. The guy is very much capable in handling the store and also very passionate about his work i wish him all the success in his career

Faltu ka expensive 🫰
Atmosphere and vibe is awesome 👍
...it always a nice experience to stopover at Starbucks . The only grudge is that summer coolers are overpriced for the product they serve...around 400 rupees for water and ice cube based drink with fruit pulp is too steep a price to ask for. Also their coffee based drink tend to be less hot...although frappe is good
