Best place to have South Indian food around here. In any of there branch the test will be the same and perfect as always! Golden crisp dosa with potato bhaji is best combination you can ever ask for in south India food! Ever get cravings for South Indian you know where to go!
Good food, but wanted more sambhaar...!!!😂 I ordered two food items but sambhaar was only one pack. So take care next time to give more sambhaar-I luv it.

Though the service was good , it was slow.
Morever staff is lacking the ability to manage the crowd efficiently, it takes a lot of time there to manage the guests during busy hours.

Everytime when I go there, I love the taste and the preparation of the food.. the taste of Sambhar is too yummy.. must visit for original South Indian taste.
Only thing I don’t like is the pan they provide in the last which is complimentary however it always caught my tonsils. So I prefer not to have it!
Three barrel dosa and Mysore masala dosa was awesome. Military dosa was super dosa must visit it.

We went as we thought we could use our Zomato gold but later it was not available at the infocity outlet, they should start it, as other outlets provide it, the food was good , the best was the complementary chutneys they give & the sambhar was really good, best place to have authentic south Indian cuisine with good quality & quantity. Service was fast & good, ambience was fine.
Food is good but it's slightly overpriced .Avoid visiting this place during weekends specially at evening as you have to wait for atleast 1 hr to get a table.
It's one of those restaurants where u have a specific order Everytime and u never get bored. For me Mysore masala dosa of sankalp is the favourite. Their quality and taste is the same over the years making it a great place to hog onto yummy South Indian food.
I came Gandhinagar for the first time and it was the first one I tried and really had a very good experience. Loved this variety of chutney. The taste of Vaghar idli is unforgettable, heard something like this for the first time and it was yum!. I will go again definitely.

The only thing for one star less is hospitality and after time delivery of food at table.

Went here for the first time, choosing not to go to Mr. And Mrs. Idli. This place has a better ambience, and is worth the price with Gold.
We had a bisibelebath and a rava onion dosa. The bisibelebath was not really authentic, but it tasted pretty good and close enough to home. The rava onion dosa was surprisingly done really well, with a very nice flavour and nothing overdone. The chutneys and sambhar that came with it were quite the showstoppers (they give you SO MUCH SAMBHAR). Overall, I loved the place and would definitely go back for another rava dosa!
Arguably the best South Indian food place in the vicinity. Their spices make it that much more awesome to eat the idlis, dosas and uttapams.

I have been ordering online from this restaurant and it is pretty impressive. I’m however a fan of south Indian dishes (being raised in Hyderabad) and my cravings end here! Yes! If you all have similar cravings, do visit this restaurant.

Food: we ordered panner dosa, cheesey sping dosa and maysor dosa and all were good. The chatnis and sambar were the best.

Visited this restaurant before some time.. As it was Sankalp, ordering one dosa is always worth to enjoy their mouth watering Sambhar and different types of Chutney.. So we ordered Golden Crisp - Plain Dosa and Sankalp's Top Seller Vegetable Pulav.. Both dishes were fair enough as far as quality and taste is concerned.. The only concerning factor at Sankalp is pricing.. I personally felt it little costly as compare to other south indian restaurants.. But to enjoy quality south indian food you can visit this restaurant for sure..
Food quality is excellent. Four chutney white coconut, green coconut, chilly and malkapuram chutney was mouth watering. Kanchipuram idly was too good. And pan is also having good taste.

Best south indian food i ever had in my life. Service was awesome along with taste. Price is little bit more than other restaurants but its fine if you are having fantastic taste and service. Everyone should visit it once.
If you love South Indian cuisine this is the place for you. It was my first visit to this chain. We were starting when we visited this place but left with full and happy tummy. We tried Spring Dosa, Neelgiri dosa and Uthappa. Spring Dosa was Crispy and cheese on it which was a bit different but the dosa layer and filling of veggies were crunchy, hence tasted very fresh. Neelgiri dosa had a layer of mint on the inside of dosa it was again very fresh and tasty. Uthappa too was very yummy. This place served assortment of chutneys and Sambhar in huge portion, which were savory and really good. They served paan filled with coconut shavings as mouth freshener which was a delight.

Sankalp has always been the best south indian restaurant for me . It is the only place in gandhinagar where the sambhar is exactly upto the taste of the south indian Sambhar. Sankalp is my love, the first name clicks in my mind for south Indian food craving! Amazing ambience, amazing service, amazing taste, what else do you want. I specifically love their glasses, their sambar jug, that royal feel"nostalgia".
One of the best place to enjoy South Indian food at anywhere! Cheese corn dosa is too delicious and best thing about Sankalp is their Different Chutney! And do try filter coffee if you addicted of coffee!

Previously well known for southindian food ,but now bcoz of non competetive price ,not for regular eating. However they have quality food and variety of choices.
South Indian food was good. Ambiance and service was great. Good experience so far in sankalp the south indian. One thing was confusing there, that was water in the bottle and I guess pudina was dip in the water, probably a tradition of sankalp. I would suggest if you are thinking of south indian then try Sankalp.

sankalp is the best for south indian food. I have tried many dosa like three barrel, rava masala and many more, I just love it's food quality, taste, service and every thing..it is much better than any else restaurant for south indian food...
This is a proper authentic South Indian restaurant have tried so many south Indian cuisine outlets but Sankalp really makes a difference.
like on an average per person it will be like 300-400 rs easily if you order normal items .
They also have beverages like Coke,Pepsi,Sprite etc.
All the chatnis, sambhar, rasam, dosa, idli, everything was just top to notch.

Best South Indian Food. Test is delicious. The way food is presented is awesome. Their utensils are beautiful. The staff could have been more polite and should not ask for tip. Else, everything is perfect. Must visit for dinner. Try to reach before 8 in the evening to avoid rush.

It has the prime location which will catch your eyes if you are travelling from Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad. Good place for south Indian food lovers. Taste was good. Service was also good. Ambience could have been done better. AC was not working well and I was sweating literally. Overall, I will recommend to visit and value for money.

Any of it's outlet the taste and services are excellent. We tried today from cruchy MASALA BOONDI, then Mysore Masala Dosa, Dosa Platter, Mendu Wada, Golden Crisp Masala Dosa, Mix Veg Uttapam and a Plain Paper Dosa. All are really up to the mark in taste as well as quantity. Always love this food with their different types of Chutney and Sambhar...
Quite a great place for your choice of vegetarian South Indian cuisine. Especially if it is dosa, idli, Vada and the like. The variety and range is huge - tantalizing and irresistible. Right from the humble plain dosa called golden crisp dosa and masala dosa that is golden crisp with extra masala to the paper masala dosa and then a riot of choices - Schezwan, Spring, Panneer, and what not.
Idlis too with podi and other. Medu vada.
The ambience is very good. The cutlery - especially the glasses, bowls are all in the silver type metal, heavy and quaint. The plates are china or ceramic type.
They provide great platter of chutneys and accompaniments. Also the sambar is unlimited served in a Aladdin type lamp style pouring utensil.
Staff are friendly. Rates start from INR 150 to 350 or so per item.

Amazing and clean ambience. We ordered rasam idli and spring dosa, and both were 5/5 on taste, quality and quantity. The highlight was their different kinda chutneys. Highly recommended place for dosa lovers!
