It's a best bakery in gandhinagar..his cakes biscuits, puff, petis nd all other snacks a re really osm and very fresh. Quality 100%.
But other branch of laxmi bakery in sector 23,24 are not much good.
But this one is best...
I have tried the Chocolate Truffle, White Forest and Black Forest cakes from here and they are too yum as well as value for money. And Veg. Puff is the Star-icon. I also love the bakery biscuits as they are always fresh and tasty.

Enjoying their toast, cakes, biscuits, and Khari since my childhood. Their birthday cakes are best in quality and affordable. Even my friends from Ahmedabad asked me to have the parcel for them from Laxmi bakery despite having big and famous bakeries in their area.

Very nice products. Especially Puff and Pastries/Cakes. The only thing is you need to be ready for messy parking and lots of crowd on counter. They have only take away. No sitting. Besides all, it's great in quality.

Ohhh what to say about this place..been savouring their items all through my childhood (its almost 2 decades now) And even today do not miss a chance to visit them when in Gandhinagar. Laxmi bakery is such a household name in Gandhinagar. Amongst others 3 items are my personal fav even today: Veg Patties, Nan Khatai and Black Forest Pastry
Nice bakery where you can get almost all bakery items and that too fresh. Cakes and Pastries' experience have been very nice for me. Go for it if you want fresh and hygienic items.
I had visited this place back in 2005 when we lived there. Now when I got the chance to go to Gandhinagar, I made a visit to this place as my topmost priority. I went there for the one and only Chilled Black Forest Cake. They have the best kind. In the dry and dehydrating heat in Gandhinagar, this chilled pastry is definitely your respite. It's moist, fresh and absolutely delicious. Not too sweet and has a perfect cake to cream ratio.

Since last few days, I’m super nostalgic about my favorite places in my city Gandhinagar. I have evergreen memories with such places. Felt like sharing it with everyone :D. This bakery has been the most favorite destination of all Gandhinagarians for every celebration. White forest, black forest, puffs, paties, cookies…everything, Mom often says, the most amazing thing about this place is if they have any stock, but in-case it has spoiled or turned rotten.. they wont sell it. That is why this place has been in the top list of all.
Recently, I revisited this place after almost 2.5 years as I was super craving for their puffs. I saw the manager there. And, what did I just see? The uncle who used to sell things to us when we were kids, he was still there. There was no change, nor in the shop nor in his looks. I smiled and asked the uncle to pack some cookies and the puffs. As I looked around, the black forest pastry was still present. Got home, and in the evening with the chai hogged on the puff. Still the same feel.. soft, crispy, fresh. I don’t really know what else should I write about it. To end it, I can just say, this place is perfect example for “Naam hi kafi hai.. Laxmi Bakery.”
Awesome local bakery. They have pretty nice cakes and other bakery items like puffs etc for a throw away price. This place is an island for dream fulfillment for the middle class people and the student community. There are small shops nearby where one gets all the birthday decorations also.

The sweets are delicious. The variety was actually quite impressive. The prices aren't that expensive either for the quality you're getting.. would visit again for sure!
The variety of khakhra is absolutely fine. The hand mad khakhra is especially nice in taste and in many ranges like made by Ragi, Bajri, Garlik etc. All the range of hand made khakhra is super in taste.
I personally avoid machin pressed khakhra as I dont like but if any on like can try machine pressed also.

The bakery items are really good. I tried પનીર puff and black forest. Black forest was amazing the cream and the softness and the taste was superb. The layers of the puff was great, it was made in a heart shape. That's unique. The planner mutter stuffing in the puff was not spicy and tastely. That was the only minus point to give this place 4 stars. You should defenately visit
The food was good but we had to wait for some time as there was so much rush and less space.
We are ordering the monthly cakes for our employees, they have so many options. The most favorite is our chocolate walnut cake. price is reasonable and the test is so good and yummy. other than cakes they have namkeens and mithais too.
