Fabulous clean, friendly, comfortable and tasty cafe next to The Cosmos hotel. Both indoor and outdoor seating, a range of delicious breakfasts (English breakfast is better than in England!), great coffee, tasty veg & non-veg options, beer & wine all at great prices! My favourite cafe in Gangtok!
