Best cakes in town. Absolutely love the dry marble cake. Vanilla walnut one is great. Chocolate is yummy, red velvet is decent. You can get variety of sizes- muffin, small, large.. Breads and buns are absolutely fresh and fluffy. Do try all products.
Mr Brown is our go to place for all our exotic bakery supplies. All it’s breads are very fresh and uniques. Their pastries are really good too specially Fruit Pastry and Butterscotch Pastry. Patties are also really amazing specially mushroom patties.

I head a-lot about Mr. brown so today i find some time to visit. I heard a-lot about coffee and sandwich and subway and cakes so tried everything.
Subway was just amazing, fresh oregano bread was too good and over they stuffed my subway with veggies and lots of paneer and along i get complimentary coffee thats best part.
Sandwich was yummy cheese and tasty.

One of the best bakery located in NCR region. They have amazing cakes. I ordered one for my parents' anniversary and it was delicious. Everything is freshly baked in here and the staff is also very good. Definitely try their garlic rusks, they are out of the world. Whenever I have to order baked goods, Mr. Brown is my first choice.

Capicano coffee –For the coffe lover the taste was too good.
White sauce affredo pasta-Very creamy and Delicious vegetables the used in pasta was fresh and we'll cooked.
Black forest pastry- very soft, Rich in cream & taste was super delicious.

You can't always buy happiness but you can definitely buy cake and thats kind of the same thing. You all may beg to disagree but we are in total agreement of whoever said this quote. We did get our hands busy reviewing one of the fastest growing bakeries in India, Mr. Brown, over the weekend and here's what we found out:
Food :
We did not want to overindulge and ordered some of the unconventional items you may not order in a bakery.
But then again, although this brand started as a bakery, its no more limited to just pretty cakes and breads! There's more to it and you can't miss on some of the peppy items they have on their list.
We had ordered their Penne Alfredo pasta and garden fresh submarine sandwich. 5 minutes later, we knew this is not just your ordinary bakery. Take tha pasta for instance, you know they cooked it well when its neither too chewy nor too mushy. The seasonings added avery subtle flavour and one can taste it blending into other flavours. The sub sandwich, on the other hand, was equally delectable.
We were enjoying every bite like it was our very first. And yes, they bake their own breads, in case you are wondering.
To top it all, the Berry Blast was as refreshing and soothing as the outlet's decor! I mean they just keep on surprising you, right? Well the best was yet to come. We decided to save the best for the last and tried Baklava and Dryfruits cookie to satisfy our sweet tooth. For all those who don't know, we are BIG baklava lovers and boy we couldn't have asked for a better end to such an amalgamation of flavours! We loved it so much that we ended up buying a box of Baklavas!!
Its a solid 5/5 for food here!
Ambience :
As we said, with such a refreshing decor, there were instances when we felt the place shouting at us, literally! There was an ongoing party and we could not find a place to sit, until a couple offered their kid's seat to us. Not to mention the kids created a havoc on the upper deck and we could have given anything to keep them shut 😆. This is an improvement area and I believe a little effort can make the place spotless! We would still give the place a 4/5 for their peppy decor 😊
Service :
We must admit, with such a footfall, the staff was very patient and quick in service. Its not rocket science when it comes to servicing and I believe Mr Brown looked more than just a pro! A solid 5/5 in this department for sure

A friend had sent in this box of donut on friendship day, honestly wasn’t expecting them to be so delicious but these were utterly delicious. All of them were of 6 different flavours chocolate almond donut, white chocolate donut with sprinkles on top, white chocolate donut with pistachios, chocolate donut with desiccated coconut, chocolate donut with butterscotch praline on top, white chocolate donut with chocolate sauce on top.
It is soo good everything here is fantastic. I go to Mr. Brown very often. It’s one of the finest bakery in kaushambi and surrounding area. I bought Double Dark Chocolate cake and Veg Bread Roll ,Pizza Slice, onion and capsicum pizza, fresh lemon , espresso coffee recently from there. All the food items tasted great. I really liked their dessert and snacks and will keep on visiting.

Since they do not work on mechanical subway model, their breads are in-house baked. Quality of their bakery item is really very good. This is place whete I can eat any thing or everything under the roof. Pure vegetarian ,eggless preparation.

Mr Brown is an excellent bakery. It's freshly baked cookies and cakes are delicious. Try American chocochip cookies and red velvet cake. I tried red sauce pasta and Aloo tikki sub. So yummy and scrumptious. Try the chocolate and blueberry shake. So thick and creamy. It's an amazing place to have snacks and chill out with friends.
There is a great collection of delicious cakes here, as well as other baked foods including breads and snacks, croissants etc. The cookies are great too!

I completely loved the filling of the roll , cheesy texture of slice and simple sober taste of Paneer Naan .
I recommend Cheese Pizza Slice for then other two things .
Overall I had a great experience.

They have the best cakes!!!! So fresh and tasteful. Their sandwiches are also worth trying. My favorite place for cakes. A little experience but worth paying every penny.
Located in main market of Preet vihar, this place is quite famous for sweets and savoury. Their breads is also palatable and fresh. They serve fresh cake and fruit cake is my personal favourite. Also love their red sauce pasta and mushroom patty.

These guys serve a veg burger and a sub which is just out of the box. Plus if guys a planning to get any champagne, this is the place guys. The only problem that i have faced is that here i didn't get a parking easily as it is situated just below the Kaushambi metro station and the snacks were bit cold. Had a Blueberry pudding and a Blackforest one. Both were really fresh and were really good. The snacks available are pretty cheap and looked delicious. Definitely will try them some time too. The choices of bread and pre packaged food is real amazing will almost all sorts of cookies and breads available. Overall a great experience. And the staff. They know their job really well and know how to treat a customer just right.

This is a place where I've been visiting from the first day of this outlet. I'm a big fan of their cakes and pastries. Their Cake are very soft and fresh, just melt in the mouth. Cookies and other bakery products are also very good, though snacks are not so good but I loved their veg grilled sandwich and Subs. I always look for reasons to buy a cake from there. I bought cakes from here only on every occasion. Mostly I ordered the customized design cake, which they completely did all the time. I got my twin girl’s birthday cake done from Mr. Brown, they ensure me about the quality and detailing design. The word Perfect suites their work. It was beautiful and design was exactly like what I told them to make and the taste was super awesome.. But now according to us they just reduced their quality on cakes and pastries. As earlier the cakes were perfect with lots of bread and less cream but now i found cakes with thick layered cream and less bread, which we dont like. I just want to tell them pls maintain your quality as you increase price. I am attaching picture of the beautiful cakes. Thank you

Got a couple of pastries delivered and the place is amazing. I have been to Mr. Brown earlier but in a different city. I ordered a couple of white forest pastries and they just melted in my mouth. The place offers are good and yummy range of snacks. Must visit for quick bites. I hope they work on some vegan sweets as well, so vegans can also enjoy the place. Prices are Ok, a litte more than pocket friendly. Seating is fine. Easily accessible, its next to kaushambi metro.

Mr Brown is a sprawling bakery/ cafe at Kaushambi metro station which has clearly become a part of our lives in the neighborhood in the last 4 years. The decor is too vivid and all the products are displayed too well in the whole store. A small mezzanine floor is uprooted for a decent sitting of around 20 ppl to have a taste of products whilst doing any business or personal chit chats.
What's enthralling is the store's fascinating product range which is top of the line and rich in quality. All kinds of bakery products are available at most of the times. And all the products are fresh. Top choices are available in all the product ranges. This includes - cakes, breads, biscuits, muffins, snack items, pastries and live kitchen counter. Prices are a bit on a higher side but their quality remains standard at all times. recommended products from my end include Milk bread, garlic bread, cheese masala bread, any type of muffins, blueberry cake, baklava, dark chocolate cake, puffs, Mushroom patties, any shake, salads, cookies!!! Everything is fresh!! Might have missed out on certain products in the above...
Proper FIFO (first in first out) policy is followed always. Some of near expiry products are sometimes given out as freebies. Staff is knowledgeable and their service is always helpful. This gives a clear indication that management is good and takes care of its customers.

Went to this institution after hearing the recommendations from everyone in my family.
The place was fairly busy at 10:30 and people were haggling to get their orders.
One thing that everyone was getting was biscuits, butter cookies and walnut cookies and that pretty much tells you the desirability of these products.
Anyway after 20 minutes I walked out victorious with my kulcha breads and wine biscuits and a mawa cake.
There are variety of biscuits, cakes, breads, pastries. The quality is great, and not much expensive too. They have a small eatery, sweet shop, where I tried Badam Pista Lauj and various other cookies. I bet anyone would like these given the kind of big and exclusive outlet this is.

This is located below the kaushambi metro station in ghaziabad. The pastries and other bakery items are good. I ate a pizza and sandwich. To my surprise, I really loved the cheese sandwich. It was dress, extremely tasty. Since then I visit this only for sandwiches.

They prepare cakes at orders too , we ordered a fruit cake for a birthday of 2 kgs which was just outstanding and prepared as per our specifications . We tried the white sauce pasta , which was prepared live in front of us and was yummy too . The tarts are also very refreshing. The white chocolate experienced by us at the place is a bit dis appointing though. this bakery situated under kaushambi metro station is a good competition and option for visits .

It's a pocket friendly bakery shop. I had white forest cake with cherries,6 muffins combo,almond chocolate and chilly pander roll.
Cake was really good in taste filled wid cherries and lots of white chocolate flakes and huge ring of white chocolate .
Muffins were really soft and yummy.
Chilly paneer roll was not good.
Almond chocolate has some unwanted taste...not good.

They are the bakers. You will fall in love with the smoooth n mouth melting cakes. The breads and other food stuff is good. I had garlic bread with some chese and toppings which was good and a chocolava cake with some fruit cake that was just yum. The worst part is that there is a single counter for your oder so u have to get through a tangled que of people in front of counter. Over all i will keep in visiting this place not in a rush hour.

I got a chance to review this bakery with group of food bloggers. Mr brown has multiple outlets in Delhi NCR and they make cakes and bakery stuff on demand with amazing customization. I tried their apple pie and fruit pastry both were upto the mark and freshly prepared. They have very beautiful white chocolates masterpiece like Tajmahal and Duck of white chocolate. This outlet has sitting arrangement as well and you can try their some amazing salads and pizza too.... with refreshing coolants. Mr. Brown is located in Kaushambi Metro station and this makes it a hot choice for commuters to stop by and enjoy food.
This lovely cosy bakery shop sells the best cakes in ncr region. Along with that , the food, the ambience all is pretty good too. They serve a variety of pasta(red and white), burgers, subs, wraps and beverages all of which are pretty tasty. The pineapple Danish and the Apple pie are heavenly, so is the coffee . Must visit place!
It's not a high end bakery/cake shop but everything they have on their menu is pretty good. The choice of breads is good. Love the baklava. Haven't tried a lot of their cakes and pastries. The fruit cake (not sure what it's actually called but basically white cream cake with cut fruits) is quite nice. Tried their aloo sub recently and I was surprised by how good it was.

Mr.Brown Bakery is family-owned pastry shop which started in the heart of Lucknow, and now their factories and outlets are in Kanpur and Delhi as well. Mr.Brown has 5 outlets in Delhi (Preet Vihar, Kaushambi, Botanical Garden Metro Station, Indirapuram and Raj Nagar) now. This is one of the best bakeries in town right now. The seating area, décor and the lovely service which they provide is amazing. And the most interesting part of this bakery is the fusion of continental dessert and the Indian taste.
What I ordered?
Aloo Tikki Hot Dog, Mushroom Puff, Paneer Puff, Strawberry Shake, etc. Since, it’s very close to my office I have tried almost everything of this bakery; and nothing disappointed me. People who does not love so much of sugary taste should not order their shakes; since, it is extremely sweet. But can go for their savoury which is also good.
I will strongly recommend this bakery to everyone and will tell them to try their fusion (continental dessert and the Indian taste) products.
Bragstreet recently got the opportunity to check out Mr. Brown’s Bakery just downstairs from the Kaushambi Metro Station. This particular brand has been making a mark in the Kanpur and Lucknow region for quite some time now where it enjoys a monopoly in Bakery items and a mass of faithful customers that it serves dutifully. Being a regular here myself, I have been served some of the most amazing gastronomical surprises and we were enlightened yet another time.

My love for cookies takes me to Mr.Brown every time I pass by any Mr.Brown outlet. The ambience of all the three outlets is awesome. They have a pool of well behaved and trained staff. The good thing about this awesome chain of restaurants is that they keep separate cookies for tasting so that one may not make any wrong decision in buying cookies and regret later. People are free to taste any variant of cookies and buy according to their choice.
Everything here is as fresh as a daisy.
Mr. Brown is one of my favourite bakeries in Delhi-NCR. They have 3 outlets and I am very frequent to the kaushambi one. It is a huge outlet divided into 2 floors. Ground floor is the place where all the breads, cakes, cookies, chocolates and gift packs are displayed. Their kitchen is also at ground floor only. 1st floor have seating arrangement where one can relax and enjoy the sinful desserts. Place is located exactly under Kaushambi metro station.
I have almost tried every item of Mr. Brown. Their desserts and cookies are better than the snacks. All their pastries and cakes are surely the best, one can get in that locality. Snacks were average. I loved their freshly baked breads. I use it at my home for sandwiches.

Mr. Brown is known to serve one of the best cakes in town. With just few years of existence, it has managed to carve a niche for itself in the already popular bakery market. This has become one of the best cakes and pastries stopover in Kanpur, Lucknow, Ghaziabad and various other cities.
We went to Mr. Brown for a quick bite of snacks and were really happy by the food served there. We had the white sauce and red sauce pasta. The white sauce pasta was good while the red sauce pasta was a bit too tangy. We also had the veg burger and the paneer tikka wrap. The veg burger was good and the paneer tikka wrap was amazing. Really nice wrap with flavorsome taste. We also tried the salad and the veg grill sandwich. The veg grill sandwich was perfectly grilled and not charred. The salad was tangy and tasteful.
For drinks we tried the iced tea and the cold coffee. Both the drinks were made aptly right and were refreshing.
You can never say no to desserts, read pastries when you are at Brown. So, to top it all we hogged on the chocolate pastry, the pineapple mousse and the small bits chocolates. Both the pastries were melting in the mouth and the chocolates works charmingly in managing small hunger while driving or otherwise.
The time spent at Brown is good especially when you want to grab a quick bite. The service is good and the staff is courteous. The cakes and pastries are simply amazing. Highly recommend for designer cakes.

I have tasted almost every cake from this place and I swear sometimes I just need a reason to buy a Cake from Mr.Brown.

What I Enjoyed and what I didn't :
I loved the Chocolate Pastry and the chocolates.
The blissful Red Velvet looked dull but tasted just the Right kind.
The cute cup cakes looked pretty and it has pretty much heart melting to eat the cute fondate.
I fresh fruit cream pastry was equally yyyyuuuummm.
The cookies were equally nice and crunchy.
Precisely every bakery n cakery items were big Yum Yum n Yum.
French Fries with sauce were totally like the Fries over Anything type . Super finger licking fries.
What I didn't Enjoy -
Pastas - Super tangy Red sauced Pasta .
FRESH GARDEN SALAD - The olives n jalapeños were super pickled making it tangy again not my kind of food.
Paneer Tikka Pizza - Average one .
Paneer Tikka Sub - Tasted average and lot for oneself.
So, given the price tag this place is really an amazing cakery shop and if lit improvement done on snacks this place would be total Big Bang in the Ghaziabad area.
I had to give a morning surprise to someone so I decided to buy the cake fresh in the morning.I was a bit sceptic of the quality as well as the store timings.But to my surprise both turned to be great .The store opened sharp at 8am .I ordered a fresh fruit cake and it was really great.I ordered once the same cake from Claridges but believe me this cake outclassed it also.Excellent Quality Mr Brown.
The food is good. I specially like the shakes. But don't know what's wrong with the staff over there. Why they all are always so confused about the orders 😕😕

Nice place for cookies, breads and desserts. Pure veg. Try their cookies n sweets like baklava, coffee cookies etc. Cakes are decent. Snacks are not that great though.
This place serves only vegetarian food items and therefore it is a pure bliss for the vegetarians. There is a good variety of snacks and desserts. The Veg. Chinese Roll was very nice, full of softness and taste in it. Not to forget, cold coffee, it was nice, creamy, thick. Full marks to the management. Ambience was lovely and happening. Worth visit if you roam around Kaushambi Metro station.

The good parts about this outlet are firstly , it is there as an alternate in the otherwise barren , healthy food starved Zila Ghaziabad . Then is is quite large , hygenic and clean , a seasonal selection of breads and other sweet and savoury baked goods in addition to a selection of gourmet packed goods and chocolates , but be aware it is all vegetarian . This place also takes care of most birthday and special occosaion cakes in the area . Now on to the limitations , limited selection in all the areas , not just limited also very basic , nothing exepctional is baking here , for a cafe they only have one variant of coffee and it is called , yes Coffee though you have the choice of having it hot or cold
The staff could be better trained , but what the hack so many things could be better but what we have here is a true mid of the road place , some place you will find it difficult to find a fault in while at the same time will be difficult if not impossible to find something to save about .

I have booked birthday cake for my son's birthday after searching so many well known bakery. I must say we taste one of the yummiest cake in recent times. It was beautifully made and 100 % marks on taste as well.
A Nice, Clean and Spacious unit to enjoy and have tasty food.. White Sauce Pasta is my personal favourite, far better than anywhere i have ever had.. All the food items are freshly prepared keeping in mind the demands of the customer.. And the Red Velvet Cake or/and Pastry are delicious !!
Though, I went there an year ago in a friend's birthday celebration but got an awesome experience of bakery and other stuff. We ordered cake which was delightful, red sauce pasta and pizza and all tasted truly amazing !

One of the best bakeries in the area. Best for cakes. Very less variety of chocolate though. Not much range in gifts. Very basic choices available. Baklava is quite good. Puddings pastries sandwiches are all good.
I have been to this place for quite a few times now. A major plus point of this restaurant is it's location, which is just below the Kaushambi Metro Station, so it is more than convenient to reach there. Conventionally, Mr. Browns is famous for its confectionary products, but the freshly prepared food they serve is also a worth try. The seating area is quite impressive especially on the first floor.

A very nice place...beautiful decor...lots of variety..with reasonable price... I ordered spiral roll which was amazing and different...then I ordered Apple pie which was okay...chocolates were very tasty...overall taste 7/10...ambience 9/10...value for money 8/10.

You can surely count on Mr. Brown for your bakery needs, especially the breads. I have been visiting the Kaushambi outlet for over a year now and have always had a happy experience.
Outlet is pretty spacious and well maintained. Staff is particularly helpful and attendant. Paying by card though, can sometimes be troublesome given connectivity issues. Faced it twice.
Fun facts:
1. Strangest thing ever, the floor in charge advised not to click any photographs. Per my conversation with the guy, it seems the management doesn't appreciate it. I find that a bit old school
2. Strictly speaking from ergonomics perspective, seating is not very comfortable. At least when it comes to the one table next to the entry. Funnily, the table top is too high, giving an odd spin to sitting and eating. I would assume similar furniture on the kinda mezzanine cum 1st floor sit out.
Order highlights: Aalu tikki hot dog, spinach n cheese bun [nice n fresh.. don't have a picture.. no photography rem ;) ], bread mushroom loaf (My regular order.. love it), bread cheese masala loaf, bread tomato cheese loaf, bread onion loaf, Atta biscuits & ginger biscuits... phew !!
Overall I like Mr. Brown and visit regularly.

I visited Mr. Brown after a long long time der dey have a wide menu dey offer many kinds of bread sandwiches pastries though dey are bit on higher price but dey do maintain quality so its a value for money
Absolutely love this place. May seem a bit expensive, but it is worth every rupee you spend.

a place to hang out with beautiful ambience all full of sugar cake tempting aroma and variety if breads and cakes to just excite your taste buds. the breads and cakes are baked just right with that soft and spongy foam to be enjoyed both available in egg and without egg options and the strawberry cake is beautifully baked but since served in a big piece tends to too sweeten the mouth in last few bites but is yummy, apple pie is a special mention which is perfect with its sweet, honey and cinnamon flavour bended with simmered apple just right to amaze you totally and the other offerings like shakes and salads, grilled sandwiches are also good and have very well mixed flavours. a best destination with taste and good price offerings to have those mean time nibbles.
Finding a good bakery is a very hard job but Mr. Brown is amazing all bakery products good but this fruit salad is yumm😍. Love it. Services is bit slow 😒
I have been to Mr. Brown in lucknow as well and i am a big fan . I have a sweet tooth so i usually like bakery products. The non sweet bakery products were good but not as amazing as in the pioneer store at lucknow. So as an individual baker Mr. BROWN ghaziabad IS GOOD . But if you campare to the name it carries. . I expect the same taste..

The place is down the kaushambi Metro station and one can easily see it from a distance as well. We got down here to buy a cake for my friend’s anniversary celebrations and thank god they were instantly available with it. The place is no less than a proper restaurant with seating available on top of it but we just bought a cake and its taste was simply yummy and out of the world.

Their choco truffle is to die for. They have best and wild varieties of cookies , pastries ,sweets pudding , gift hamper , i have ordered chilly cheese pizza , black forest pudding and mango pastry .... all Are really yummmy..... awwsome.. multilayer pudding , well stuff in chilly cheese pizza nd mango pastry also tasty...A bit heavy on the pocket compared to other bakeries in this locality but the taste surely make up for it. If you are looking to satiate your sweet tooth then this place is a must visit.

This shop is looks so fancy from inside as well outside so does their food. I m so big fan of this place, the way they have presented the food in the showcases it's very appealing, not only presentation the taste is appetizing as well. First of all, this place is so approachable. Just below the Kaushambi metro station. And yes, finally there happens to be a large spacious outlet of Mr. Browns offering virtually everything that one expects at a bakery. Though I love there cookies, wafers and other such items, I make it a point to get cakes, for all birthdays and parties that happen in my family. For the simple reason that they taste too good. Even the egless ones. Never been disappointed!!

Situated at a very noticeable place , right below the kaushambi metro station , after 5pm there could be a little bit of parking problem.
Entering in you will be glad to be here as you would be pampered with loads of breads and brownies to choose from , one may even try his/her hand at orange flavoured brownie , coconut flavoured brownie and of course , the original brownie goes without saying.

Having seen Mr. Brown's boxes across the city, I was curious to try it out and I grabbed the first chance to do so. Crossing this outlet I thought of trying it out. The place is spread across 2 floors and they have every bakery item one can think of. Breads, chocolate hampers, cookies, cakes, pastries (eggless versions too) and of course small eatables like sandwiches. I just had fruit pudding which was less sweet, fresh and fruity. A well balanced pudding. Waiting to try out other items as well.
Nothing bad about this place. I've been here around 5-6 times for a quick bite and they've always served us well and in time. Sitting atmosphere is quite good.

Craving for muffin dragged me here. This name just popped out of nowhere. And I am glad I went there. They serve the softest quick bites. I tried its chilli paneer stuff and it melted in my mouth. The spices and the paneer were so rightly filled. The place is so bright and well managed.
I bought home their blueberry cake, which literally melted when microwaved for 10 seconds. They were even better than the muffins.
I have also bought kulchas and masala breads which I'll have in the breakfast tomorrow.
They have introduced ice cream burger(pic attached ) it was good though cliché.
Pasta is highly recommended. I keep going there for subs, love 'em but always forget to take its pic.( you can understand my patience level with the sub sandwiches ) :D

Mr. Brown is no doubt better than any other bakery cum snack shop. The reason I rated it 0.5 less is because Cakes are good but you can get that good cakes in few other good places as well. The must try are- Veg burger and salads which are Amazing, even better than KFC or McDs. Ambience is decent and worth a try if you are still confused.

And my husband has a sweet tooth.. We went this place while we were waiting for our table at nearby restaurant.. As I couldn't find any dark chocolate pastries due to peak time of weekend evening my husband still bought 5-6 varieties of dishes which all included apple pie, vanilla cup cake, raspberry pastries and some mousse.. Beautiful dressing and tempting looks can't make yourself ctrl to not try anyone of them.. Nice ambience quick service and happy staff.. What else you require to gather some sweet memories at such sweet place with your own sweet heart.. ;)
Even though it's surrounded by the big players like McDonald's and Domino's, Mr. Brown manages to stand out due to it's big board and really nice interiors which can be seen from the outside and they really tend to pull you in. They have a huge space inside. The food is nice but their desserts are something that would lure you back again and again. Their other products such as gourmet breads, chocolates, sponge cakes are a big hit as well. They also keep some of the best imported chocolates that are otherwise difficult to find in Delhi. This has become the one stop bakery for me for any occasion which requires the famous cake-cutting convention.

It offers a whole range of breakfast items but its cakes and pasteries (available in both egg and eggless categories) are foundation of Mr Brown. You can order your desired cake or can purchase on-the-spot from 4-5 showcased cakes. My personal favourite is 'Red Valvet'. All the cakes are finger lickingly tasty !!
To kill your hunger, it offers you great variety of snacks - paneer roll, hot dog etc. Price tags are very economical. This outlet can accommodate 23-25 people's dine-in.

This is a nice bakery cum fast food restaurant with a wide variety of products to offer. Their cup cakes are awesome and so are their breads. You can get home their Garlic bread at home and stuff it up nicely to make some exotic stuffed Garlic bread. Also they have a nice collection of savoury bakery items which can pick from the counter. Their methi puff sticks and sugar coated puff sticks are awesome tea companions. Want to try Baklava in my next visit.

After a long time I visited Mr. Brown located below Kaushambi Metro Station. This bakery house has quite an amazing and spacious ambience. This restro has mind blowing varieties like breads, rusks, cupcakes etc. and the veg cheese grilled burger was far much better than Mc D burgers.

Amazing and absolutely fresh pastries and cakes along with the most lip-smacking snacks and breads, this bakery has a lot to offer when it comes to food. Located just below the Kaushambi metro station, this is a good place to have your sweet tooth do the talking. I have eaten almost everything that's there on the menu but I especially remember raspberry cake because I ate the whole half kg myself because it was so good.
These guys are really good, it was my son's first B'Day and I had ordered a cake @ Mr. Brown-Kaushambi before order the same I had myth that if they design the cake beautifully so I won't get the taste and if taste will be there so it won't looks good. But they really have done great job and got taste & design in a single cake. Well done guys.
Have visited couple of times and its turning out to be my favorite bakery in Delhi ncr after Wenger's. Loved their white forest pastry, it was nothing like I had tasted before. Ordered black forest cake for a friends bday, it turned out to be great as well. Prices are slightly on higher side but you its worth it! Must visit!!
The Coffee Nut cookies have a beautiful coffee flavour. But they also have LOADS of butter! And they are the chewy kind of cookies.
Their Fruit Cake(Dry) was DELECTABLE. They went a little overboard with the glazed cherries/fruits..can do with a lesser quantity of those.

A visit to Mr. Brown was long pending, so I decided to go there with a friend to beat the Monday blues. Located below the Kaushambi Metro station this bakery has quite an amazing and spacious ambience.
They have mind blowing varieties of different types of breads, rusks, cookies, cup cakes, pastries, snacks and most importantly cakes! The veg cheese grilled burger was far much better than the Mc aloo tikki burger. And the club sandwiches and black forest pudding was also quite satisfying.
Service is fast but the prices are on a bit higher side although not compromising with the food quality and taste, which is totally worth it. Overall experience 4/5

I took a cake Red Berry for my mom's birthday (my first buy with them) , and i turned to be an absolute stunner. The cake was WoW. Finally i got rid of the bad cakes available in the area. It was fresh, tasty annd had the right amount of sweetness in the cakes with unique combination of flavours and cream.
Amazing and tasty cakes with a huge variety and designs but a bit costly and expensive and thats why a 3.5 from me, else service is good and nice :)

Yeah, I would like to use the line as in the previous comment, a hidden gem in the city. I always love to visit bakeries and get absolutely delighted when there its closer to my house. I was tempted the moment I saw through their snacks window and loved Pizza and lasagne.

Ordered grilled chicken cheeze sandwich, strawberry pudding and Chicken Chinese stuff (roll). The food was as delicious as is looked.
Service was quite quick and upto the mark, but had to wait 5-10 mins for a table cuz a birthday party was going on in the main dining area.
All the cakes and snacks were a bit high on pocket, but were mouthwatering.

A very well decorated shop that goes by such a catch name caught our attention. So we decided to give it a try. The ambiance is amazing. The mood freshens up as you enter from the humid sunny outside to the chilling soothing inside .. However they lacked the varieties u. Expect from a renowned pastry shop. But I have to say the taste was good.
For appetizers, we started off with the Nachos with kidney beans and salsa. We happened to love how the nachos were freshly baked and the salsa was just so fresh. Bruschetta con funghi here deserves a mention, because it was the perfect amalgamation of cheese and mushrooms. Crisp and fresh, give this a try. Since they have introduced Chinese in their new menu, we were served Vegetable Spring rolls and Vegetable Dimsums.

Great decor upped the mood upon entering it, suddenly feeling a lil hungry by looking at all the great delicacies which were kept on show...Seating area was on the floor above the kitchen providing privacy while having ur dish certainly earned it a star(and a half).
Delicious and great looking puddings and pastries albeit a little pricey(lost a almost a star for that)... Also even though its under a Metro Station you don't actually feel/hear the metro vibrations(which can be felt/heard at similar below-metro establishments) and for that rush will be usual still one can get their order without waiting for much time (in the range of 2-5mins if rush...if not immediately)..
Sry for long review. In a nutshell, a great place to relax with a cup of coffee or a pastry on a stressful/tiring day.

Heard about this bakery a lot and thought of buying some bakery products for my family.
Bought Bread Cheese Masala, Bread Foccacia, Bread Garlic, Rusk Suji, Cake Red Velvet and Cake Marble. All the products were fresh and tasted good except Cake Red Velvet as it didn’t taste like Red Velvet at all. It was just the color of the cake which was giving it the texture otherwise it tasted like Cake Marble only.
Many people must have found the pricing on the higher end but local bakery products also varies in the same band. They allowed me to pay using the Meal coupons which was a plus point. I’d would love to try their pastries and cookies as well.
This is my favourite bakery and according to me is the best bakery in delhi ncr. I always get my bday cakes from this place and they have never ever disappointed me. Their fruit cake is a must have. Another good thing about this bakery apart from their mouth watering cakes is that they have a good seating arrangement.
But last time when i ordered my cake it didnt turn up the way i wanted it becoz of their own mistake. So i really wanted to rate it a 5 but becoz of their mistake i can only rate 4.5 but still the cake was really delicious.

Amazing baker. Great collection of breads and cookies. You will find the breads amazingly fresh. Has a decent space to sit and have some snacks too. Would strongly recommend to try all the breads here. And the best part is all the the pastries and cakes are eggless 😊

I love love and love their quality of cakes and breads. Its little far from where I love, but whenever I visit Vaishali are I make sure to drop by Mr Brown to try their amazing pastries (Tiramisu being my favorite) and assorted breads which are very soft and delicious.
They have an extensive menu which would surely lure you to come back again and again.
Cakes are awesome. It cannot b compared with any other bakery. Very soft. The cake just melts in your moutj as soon as it gets into your mouth. Do try it once nd i m sure it will b in yuor budget.

I ordered 5 kg birthday cake in some flavour for d party, but something else arrived, though they asked us to take 10 pastries d next day of our previously ordered flavour for free. But y shud I pay extra in the first hand. One thing which they should improve or work upon is home delivery, nevertheless quality is gud and worth it.

The place has a stock of amazing and really classy chocolates, pastries and many other bakery products. The best thing about the place is that it has a stock of various products under a roof which cannot be found easily in other bakery shops. The baked cakes, choclate muffins, fancy gift packages, candies, wafers etc. Are totally yumm! They have different types of breads too like cheese, garlic etc which is good to buy. You can make your own sunday brunch using it. Not only do they have stuff for the sweet lovers but they also serve equally delicious spicy food. They have a changing menu and you can find really fancy and tasty stuff displayed on the shelf everyday. Double decker pizza, panner pizza patty, munchurain hot dog etc is a must try. Among the pastry side, fruit custard, pineapple pastry and choco lava are my all time favorite. Mr. Brown has a range of amazing cakes. Like real amazing! The cakes look awesome and tastes even better. For any birthday party at my place, Mr. Brown is always my first choice. They also make customised cakes and trust me its really worth the money. I got a double decker cake for my parents anniversary and it was beautiful. One can also try the pasta and fresh burgers from their live counter. They have a decent sitting arrangement with some 5 -6 tables but I always prefer a take away from this place. Morning breakfast is a good option here. The only improvement points I have here is that there billing system is tedious. You have to run between the counters atleast thrice to get it done. I wish it was simpler. Also, whenever there is a bday party or a kitty going on, they dont leave any place for other visitors. At least a table or a two should be left for the regular customers as well.

It was a chilly evening and we were thinking of going somewhere, then I come to know about his place. The place was nice.
Ambiance - It was quite decent. Good for hanging around in all age groups. When we went a birthday party was taking place. The place was clean and tidy.
Staff - The service was good, although he forgot to make our sub rest of the things were fine.
Food - We ordered Pasta white sauce, Grilled Sandwich, Roasted Tikki Cheeseburger, thick shake, shakes Exotica and brownie with ice cream. They forgot to put salt as I believe in Pasta and sandwich so it was not good. If salt would have been there it would be much better. The rest of the things were tasty. I like the exotic shake blueberry, it was very good and so do the burger, one can try that.
Overall, it was a nice experience I would suggest trying its Fruit cake, burger and shake Exotica.

One of its kind bakery in this area, its located on the ground floor of Kaushambi Metro Station right next to Green leaf. Its a really big place for a bakery but they have got a really great variety of cakes, pastries and other bakery items. I have been here a couple of times to buy cakes and they have got one of the best cakes in this part of the town. Their choco truffle is to die for. A bit heavy on the pocket compared to other bakeries in this locality but the taste surely make up for it. If you are in this area and are looking to satiate your sweet tooth then this place is a must visit.

I became a fan of Baklawa (a Turkish Delight) when I'd visited Istanbul. It was so hard to find it in Delhi but guess what, one fine evening, I got down from the metro station, found this amazing outlet and was surprised to see that they sell Baklawa.

Cakes are also made with utmost care and cleanliness is taken into consideration.
Ambiance is OK but see, we wish to buy the food and take it home so ambiance is not something that I'd rate this bakery. Service is quick and food iis awesome.

Heaven for sweat tooth. Everything is amazing be it confectionary item or bakery item. I love their American Chocolate Chip Cookies. These large sized cookies are so good and buttery you just can't stop eating them.

Awesome place to visit for some quick and tasty snacks and breads. Iced Tea was pretty normal but Cheese Sandwich was very well grilled and tasted Dhaasu (awesome), ingredients were of very good quality. Also tried Vegetable Extravaganza which was equally sexy, its contains fresh vegatables and 4-5 types of sauces which makes it very tasty. They provide number of snacks,cookie's, breads for takeaway most of them are good. MY family appreciated their Rusks especially.

Great place to catch a quick bite. Sandwiches r good especially the focaccia sandwich. Loved the coffee too. Pasta being good was a great surprise, was just a little overcooked but tasted great than many other places I've had before.

There was no arrangement for six people to be seated together so my suggestion go max in a group of four or in pairs.The interiors were undoubtedly beautiful..I tried grilled cheese sandwich and three kinds of puddings- chocolate,mango and strawberry..The sandwich was properly grilled and had proper cheese in it but what I felt was that the veggies in the stuffing were not fresh. Next came strawberry pudding which was way too sour and tasted like tamarind to me, mango pudding was good but the chocolate pudding was the best part, it had the thickness of a pudding yet the glaze of rich chocolate was still maintained..The place was very cost effective. You can give this place a try but i was personally not very impressed.
Best baker in gaziabad. A lot of choices for gift packages as well. Choco truffle cake was amazing. Proper dinning facility is available. Location is very good

Though a frequent to the Kaushambhi metro station, I've only been to this hidden gem once. So I'll give a very quick rating and add along as I find out more in the future -
1. Ambiance - 5/5
One word - Whoa! It's got a clean, modern and subtle look with welcoming warmth and strategically lit-up lighting that makes the bakery glitter like gold. Impressive for Ghaziabad.
2. Staff 2/5
Having entered an almost-empty bakery (at like 3 PM on some weekday, so it isn't a big deal), I approached a staff-member, and he seemed just as clueless as I was, when I asked him what the best things to take-away would be. It took a while for him to figure out some things to recommend and actually help. I was quite bummed out to see that none of the other staff seemed to care despite seeing that I'm wandering from display to display, wasting my time.
3. Purchases 5/5
I bought an assortment of breads, of which the only one who's name I know is the garlic bread. There were two others - both had dried veggies tossed on top and were along the lines of some indo-italian flavors. My bad for not taking note of the names. But yes, each of the breads was FRESH, well-baked and delicious! They're perfect for parties at home, and I am determined to go back ASAP and buy them again (as well as try more stuff out)!
4. VFM - YES! The rates aren't a bank-breaker, and you'll love their breads, no doubt!
NOTE: I noticed that they're selling chocolates molded into fancy things, at RIP-OFF rates! Definitely would steer clear of those.

Visited mr.brown bakery around 10:30 pm so i was in quite hurry order a butter mushroom patty and seriously it was delicious and had some brownie and cupcakes packed and the place is really good and ambiance of this place is very good and they have almost everything available all time mentioned in the menu and every thing taste so good .. recommendation please try cupcakes which are really good :)
If you want some snacks or cookies...nice place. Initially when it was started, really good. But it has degraded its quality n service.

I have been to Mr. Brown quite a time back with 2 of my frnds.. We visited the one at BotanicalGarden Metro Station... I ordered cake for my Best Friend's Birthday as I heard dat their cakes are full-flavoured :D
And yess I found it completly true... We tried #Truffle #Chocochip both pastriess also which were very Delicious.... ^_^
Apart from cakes you also have quite a lot options to eat there... #WhiteSaucePasta #CheeseSandwiches we tried.. Oasta was okie in taste and at the same time sandwiches were really mouthwatering and akso they have good taste pizza's :)
A sub for 80!! That's a dream for every foodie+students who only thrive on their pocket money.

Actually its a bakery, but they have made a small area as a cafe, so if you want to taste something, you can relax. Have tried pizza, couple of pastries, cookies.
Frothy vanilla icing spread over soft light sponge filled with pineapple chunks...it tasted as good as it sounds..for people like me who just cant get enough of chocolate and truffles, this one was one refreshing change..and it did well to tickle my taste buds... Topping the taste, assistance provided by employees was satisfactory.....

Very conveniently located under the kaushambi metro station. Its a big bakery where u can get chocolates, cookies, breads and pastries of wide variety. Tastewise its good too! Worth a visit.
The best part (till I tasted the items) is that it can be easily located as it's right at the Kaushambi Metro Station. The ambiance is pretty good, however, considering it was the Rakshabandhan eve, there was a huge rush; you don't usually find this kind of rush in a bakery shop.
Coming to the cake, the brownies and the cupcakes; it wouldn't be wrong if I say that it's one of the best that I have had in and around this area. They tasted fresh, soft and yummy. Aptly soft and smooth and equally tasty. Just loved it.
I would any day recommend it to my friends and family. A 'Must Try'; I should say.

Mr. Brown which is located just below Kaushambi Metro station is one of the classy bakery and food place one can find in Ghaziabad area. The ambience with nice lighting, lovely aroma and reasonably fine seating space gives you feel good factor as soon as you enter here.
We ordered garden fresh sub and focaccia sandwich. Sub was comparable to that of subway in taste and was less in price. Focaccia sandwich was a new sandwich form for me and its each bite gave superb yummy feeling to tongue and mind. Also, we took white forest, black forest and chocolate truffle pastries. While truffle was nice and soft, black and white forest pastries were just OK.
Also, there were ample options of packed breads, buns and other related bakery items. We purchased masala and cheese masala bread. The normal masala bread was brown and had chilly flakes which give spicy feel while cheese masala was white one and had cheese on side of bread with flakes in it. Both bread types were very soft and tasted nice in the form of sandwiches or just with spreads.
You can also give a try to different form of cookies with their samples kept on shelves for tasting. Also, cakes can be ordered with multiple options available. The staff was friendly and made sure we received our products with best quality and all ingredients.
So, it is place which should not be missed by the lovers of nice quality bakery products and sandwiches.
My unending quest and passion for all things sweet took me to Mr. Brown at Kaushambhi. This place is pure delight. Great taste, reasonable pricing and a spic-n-span outlet. The guys were fairly knowledgeable about their products and not dumb and uninterested in selling like Donald's in Noida. I loved the Red Velvet and the Fresh Fruit Pastry. Fresh, light pastry cream and soft, delectable sponge cake base....pure heaven. The mango tart was sheer delight in every bite. They have an impressive assortment of freshly baked breads and loaves and I picked up a couple of them , a garlic one and a coriander chilly loaf...they were soft, fresh and smelt heavenly. The walnut brownie is one of the best I've tasted and I got a few packed for the kids as well. Will be revisiting them soon.

They have good collection of cakes, cookies and snacks. Got a blue berry cake pac
ked and it was quite fresh and well topped with cream. They also have collecrion of few imported candys and chocolates for the kids.

Took cake and cookies for cousins birthday. As it was eggless cake i thought of having just a bit of it but believe me guys I Never had tasted such delicious fruit cake. Cookies are good too.

An amazing place for those who have sweet tooth. Mr. Brown is easily located under the Kaushambi metro station and opposite the mall. Good sitting space and a huge floor that consists of all kinds of breads, cookies, cakes,pastries and festive cakes as well. I happened to pick up some breads and cookies. The best part is they have eggless as well as sugarless stuff too. A huge variety of bakery products under one roof. A must try is their chocolate cake. Its sooo soft. I tried each and every cookie and the breads here. There is a huge variety of chocolates. Though, they dont allow tastings for chocolates.. however I picked a small basket of chocolates which finished on my return to the parking.. Not overly priced, suitable to the pockets.. I highly recommend this bakery. Hats off to Mr Brown for bringing such an amazing bakery in town.
Pretty amazing place near Delhi. When i went there 1st time, it looked like some Italian bakery, great ambience, yummy stuff on display and huge variety of cakes, pastries etc. Food stuff is pretty good especially cakes. I would love to try other menu stuff as well. Looking forward to visit again.

Situated at the doorsteps of a metro station, a very nice bakery it is! The breads are fresh and soft. I tried jalapeno, mushroom and onion breads and liked then all.
Although priced high, pastries are delicious.
I personally like their vanilla sponge cake a lot. The aroma of caked drags me into the bakery every time a cross the Kaushambhi metro station.
Finally after years of waiting a good quality bakery in my area. This is a really classy outlet with all the amazing baked material. Its cakes are awesome specially the fresh fruit cakes. Even the breads are of huge variety.

My first Foodie destination in Ghaziabad and I am not at all disappointed. It is very near to home but still i dont prefer trying stuff in this area as Delhi is always my first preference for foodie-ism. Anyways it is not at all hard to locate, it exists just under kaushambhi metro station. As i entered it looked more like a showroom than a cafe. First for sometime i figured out what is going on and then went for my business.
I started my ordering process but was disappointed to know that they have no non veg. So i went for a veg tikki burger, which again was not available. So i ordered Veg Submarine Sandwich with ice tea. Then i took the slip went to billing counter and paid. then i returned to old counter to submit the bill and get my order prepared. The good thing is I can chose my fillings and sauces (like subway or pita pit). I gt my bun ready and then with ice tea went up to the seating. I took first sip of ice tea and it was quite refreshing. The first bite of sandwich, superb. The quality of bread was amazing and with fillings and sauces it gave a brilliant taste. The combination of ice tea and this sandwich was a great pick.. credits to me. :D. All i wished was for them to have Non Veg, which is prominent in their menu but totally absent in their kitchen.
For dessert i asked for Black Forest pastry, which again was not available. So as recommended by the counter boy i picked up White Forest. Again same procedure, going to billing counter, pay and come back. I tasted it and it was also good. Not at all disappointing. The white texture was prominent in look as well as taste.
In all they serve really good stuff at very cheap prices. My bill was just Rs. 170 for those three wonderful items. But they should improve service and availability of items. Also they have lots of breads and cookies. It is a must visit for many reasons.

Decent place and if you are local then you can enjoy some great breads and bunns. I prefer using their bunns and breads compare to other bakeries but not a big fan of their fast food and desserts.
What can be more mouth watering than a Chocolate truffle with loads of ChocoChips on it. This couldn't get any better. Every single bite of this cake is worth the money.My all time favourite. Highly recommended.

I have often visited this bakery since the day it opened. I find it the best bakery in entire Indirapuram, Vaishali and Kaushambi area. They have a large space catering to wide variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, snacks and chocolates. Cookies are the best of all. You can get to see unique flavours of cookies nicely baked, although on expensive side. Their soup sticks, pizza base (you can also get a wheat base here) and other such stuff is also great.
They have a seating area upstairs where you can enjoy snacks and coffee.
I was in Kaushambhi for some work and it was lunch time . So I though of getting a quick bit and decided on going in Mr brown which below the metro station and the parking is just in front of the outlet .
I ordered a grilled veg burger which is a Frozen veggie cutlet toasted without oil and seasoned with some coleslaw . The quality of the bun was really nice as they are into the bakery business . I also got my self some Ginger cookies which taste really nice with hot milk .

Finally kaushambi has a good bakery ! This place is really nice for pastries and puffs . They have a good ambiance with the sitting option in the mezzanine . They also make some wonderful cookies and cakes . Wonderful thing about this place is that they have a washroom for their clients which most of the eating joints including some of the big brands don't think is necessary . Must try if you're using a metro from kaushambi

Ambience wise, its a nice place. The aroma of freshly baked items is all over the place throughout the day. I ordered for chocolate cake and pudding and a veg.burger. The cake and pudding were decently loaded with chocolate and the burger was worth the price. The pizza looked good, at least they put some cheese!
Only negative point i found is the location. Its mostly very crowdy.

what keeps me going back is this great place where you can sit with your friends for hours and you wont find the need to get up and leave.
The food is quite nice. I like the bakery rolls and puffs. They taste good and are not very pricey.
The pastas are desi but they taste really good. Lil pricey doh (150 rupees) The quantity is more then enuf for 2 people.
The biscuits and cookies are super tasty and no one will stop you for trying them out.

Its a new place opened recently under the metro. I found it as a fine bakery in nearby area. The breads are always fresh of the same day and the garden fresh salad and subs are good too.
I also liked the idea of trying the cookies there and surprisingly these guys are not getting exploited as well. Good initiative owners...!

I tried Fries and it was yummy and the portion was also good at a good price of about 180 to 200 I guess.
Coffee tastes good. Don't hop on for Hazelnut Latte is another cappuccino with extra coffee+sugar. Well all the coffee sections are good to have. But it will be too much to consume for one. There are milk chocolates for kids in car shape and animals shape. Which kids can try.
This is the best outlet out of all the Mr Brown's, or maybe I'm biased but I love their Subway sandwiches, cakes and breads !!
The vibe is nice and cheerful and plenty of seating arrangement too!
