This pind balluchi is my favourite place for the family get together and the staff service is amazing and friendly. I had tried many things but the naan bread is quite hard everytime I ordered.
I tried Pindi chole, Malai kofta and paneer sabji from this place and the gravy of Malai kofta was excellent, the Pindi chhole was okay-ish the Paneer was also good in taste so I will recommend you to try as it is hygienic and you can trust this place for good food.
Ordered paneer lababdar and tandoori roti from the outlet. Delivery was done on time and the food was hot when delivered. The paneer was very tasty and worth the money. Also the tandoori roti were well made. Overall loved the experience
Pind balluchi is a really good place for authentic punjabi food.
The staff here is very nice and courteous.

The mood is extraordinary, ordinary indian dhaba feel with great lightings and appropriate hygenic.The sitting game plan is likewise great and its very spacious.The menu contains indian starters and principle course alongside sweet and chinese cooking styles.The vibe is alright,administration is alright. The nourishment quality and amount is simply immaculate.I requested some of indian hors d'oeuvres and fundamental course. The taste was flawless and chinese cooking styles was impeccable in taste.
Great ambiance, nice services. Even more tasty food. We had Dal makhni that was their speciality in main course, with butter naan. But the game changer was their mint Mojito that totally won our hearts.

THIS OUTLET IS MY FAV. OF ALL LOCATED NEARBY. THEY OFFER GREAT FOOD. I HAD CHILLY CHICKEN DRY, ACHARI SOYA TIKKA AS IN THE MAIN COURSE. BOTH DISHES WERE GOOD AND THEY LEFT A TASTE ON MY TASTEBUDS. AT THE END WE HAD THANDI KHEER AND RASMALAI WHICH WAS THE BEST DESSERT. THE SEATING CAPACITY HERE IS OF 100 PEOPLE AND THE STAFF IS ETHICAL TOO.

- Pind Balluchi is my all time favorite restaurant. When I am not sure where to eat I always dine here.
- Food is always very delicious and fresh
- Dahi ke kebab is a must try.
- Staff is nice and ambiance is like village type.
- You can see the bread section from dining area.
- They have fixed menu option as well where they serve unlimited food which is listed in their fixed menu.
Overall my experience was good. Shall visit with family again.

30th December Lunch at Pind Balluchi ,Mahagun Mall went as planned.
We wanted to have Pindi Chhole, and we got the best of the Pindi Chhole.
Manchurian as starter was yummy but their vegetarian seekh kebab was the weak link.
Main course was yummy, missi roti was crisp with full flavour.

When you are informed at the 11th hour to be a host for luncheon of 10-12 persons with a tight schedule window of 45 minutes at hand in a place like Vaishali - Then only "Pind Balluchi" comes to your rescue.
At the end of Mahagun Mall Open Food Court, a Mannequin of a Man in RED 👲🏻is engrossed in deep thoughts. When you step in after pushing the decorated doors, the interior, lightings, seatings, brass dinnerware 🍽 and aroma takes you to an altogether different world.
It's a paradise for Non-Vegetarians 🥘but Vegetarians also get their share 🥗.
I had ordered veg meal - Tamatar Dhaniya soup 🥣, clear soup 🍵, Vegetable Spring Roll, Paneer tikka Shilska, Dal Makhni Balluchi Special, Paneer Butter Masala, Pineapple raita, Butter Naans and Rumali Rotis.
Their service response is so prompt to be able to serve for a group of 9 people within 20 minutes. We got our starters within 7-8 minutes of order. They served our meal on exact time we had asked for.
The portions served in the order above were far beyond the capacity of 9 people. They serve in good quantities.
Staff is quite modest and humble. They anticipate your needs and take great care of it.
The most amazing part was - dishes 🍲 served were so balanced in ingredients which forced us to think -" how could they perform so well within such a short span of time ?🤔"
And yeah - Rasmalai is the most appropriate delicacy to finish your treat here. 😊

The onset of January thus marks the first festival in India, that is celebrated with fervor across North India (though mainly Punjab) is Lohri. What better place to celebrate Lohri then, other than Punjab itself?
What if I make known to you, the fact that Punjab has rightfully descended in Delhi/NCR through the iconic Pind Balluchi, that emulates a Punjabi Village or Pind as it is called? Well, of course, Pind Balluchi is a classic brand and must be a favorite for many of us when it comes to authentic North Indian fare and festive celebrations with family by means of food.
I am thus, no different, as I decided to celebrate Lohri by pampering myself with a feast of sorts at the newest outlet of Pind Balluchi, located at Level 3 in Mahagun Metro Mall, Vaishali, Ghaziabad.
Pind Balluchi is an interesting amalgamation of rustic ambiance and authentic food. The ambiance being dominated by earthy tones mirrors a rural backdrop, with mud plastered walls, imitation artifacts, and their staff's ethnic attire which have ਪਿੰਡ ਬਲੂਚੀ embroidered on it.
Pind Balluchi is a place which transports patrons into a quintessential Pind of Punjab. The experience begins from the entrance itself where a traditionally attired सरदार जी sitting on a मँजी welcomes patrons with a सत् श्री अकाल. The traditional entrance doors and windows, झरोका with dazzling hanging beads and bangles, wooden chairs, and lanterns further aesthetically enhance the entire village set up.
An artificial Banyan Tree is also positioned central to each Pind Balluchi to play a vital role in enhancing the aesthetics of the restaurant. An open kitchen in the restaurant emulates a ढाबा with some delicious तंदूर and तवा preparations which further enhances a dining experience.
Pind Balluchi aces it with their food, because the flawless preparations, authentic taste of dishes and quick service are what make them earn points in their kitty.
Going by the 'Best Of Pind Balluchi' section earmarked at the beginning of their extensive menu, we decided to relish the following preparations, which were presented as Pind Balluchi's home-style signature dishes.
Appetizers:
Mushroom Kurkure - Button Mushrooms placed in fried, crispy cups, stuffed with Khoya and Cheese. It had a unique presentation and taste and would be one of my must-have dishes at Pind Balluchi.
Dahi Ke Kebab - Hung Curd with a mild tang, stuffed in fried bread. Simply melt-in-mouth.
Paneer Tikka - A तंदूर preparation, with Chef's Special cottage cheese chunks char-grilled to perfection.
Ajwaini Fish Tikka - Another तंदूर preparation which is Chef's classic, with a lemony zest infused into fish fillets char-grilled in mustard oil.
Kalmi Kebab - Chicken leg pieces marinated with cashew paste, hung curd, and mildly spiced, yet again in तंदूर.
Also tried their Soups - Murg Shorba and Tamatar Shorba - steaming hot and flavorful.
Main Course:
सरसों दा साग ते मक्की दी रोटी - Quintessentially Punjab. It would be a crime to overlook this classic preparation when at Pind Balluchi. It was served alongside sinful pieces of गुड़ and melt-in-mouth मक्ख़न. If you'd ask me, this is the one preparation that is most highly recommended, more so because the साग is authentically prepared in mustard oil (सरसों तेल) as well lending it an unforgettable taste.
An array of Indian gravies and curries, namely Chef's Recommended Pindi Choley, Khumb Pyaaz Bhujiya, and Murg Lababdar paired with Chicken and Mutton Parantha respectively.
Desserts:
Classic Punjabi sweet delicacies were there to bring the meal to a fitting conclusion.

My go to place for every family dinner! The starters (veg/non-veg) are all mouth watering. The main course and the variety of available food options make it a perfect place for authentic Punjabi dishes! Dal Makhni with Garlic Nan are my favorite dinner options at this outlet. For a meeting with client we choose this place followed by lunch, the staff is soo humble and nice they provide special place for our discussion, comes to food we ordered some sizzlers, virgin mogito, aam panna, vanila ice cream, which they serves very quickly. And after taking all this i just say wooow amazing food, cooperative staff, pleasent ambiance, you must try this at once...keep it up team
Quality and quantity is very good
The atmosphere of the place was nice.. I didn’t know they served alcohol until I went here.. so that’s an added for all looking for something like that.. apart from that the food was okay. We had kalami kebab and lehsuni murgh kebab.. later we had mutton biryani.. the Kebabs were nice and soft and the biryani could have better a little better.
The service was quick so that’s a bonus!!!

I have tried many branches of Pind balluchi but being a regular costumer of vaishali branch i just love their food.
I personally loved their veg- main course, it is just too good to be true as. Alcohol is also served here if one wish to have.
Food is great in taste as well as ample quantity is served. The staff here is polite along with their quick service. They have quite a nice ambience inside.

Located in Mahagun on top floor. This restaurant tastes similar to all the other Pind balluchi. But the Dahi Kebab were lip smacking. We also ordered for Kadhai paneer which was again good as expected. Overall a good place for dinner.

Good ambience with an outside area too (mostly reserved for kitty and other parties with DJ). Love the subj biryani here. Virgin mojito is different from traditional drink but is worth a try...bottled water kept on the seats are paid (Rs 60/ liter). Once you open it, it will be added in your bill. 5% normal GST + 10% additional service charge will be added to the bill.
