After a long wait we finally went to low and slow. We had the chicken nachos and the signature Platter and it was brilliant. The meat was tender, the sauces were tantalizing. From the platter we enjoyed the pork and the beef brisket. The Mac and cheese and the salad was very good. It took 8 of us to finish this platter. Lovely ambience and the toilet is so pretty. Must try if you are a meat lover.
Visited Low & Slow because a few friends recommended it, and we were delighted with it. Chef Charlton is the heart of the place, but his crew provides a friendly, attentive experience too. The brisket was our favourite - perfectly done, falling apart with one touch - and I'd highly recommend the masala chai cake dessert, especially if you're super full with delicious food (very likely when you're here) but want the perfect dessert to round off the evening.

For all those who haven’t tried cabo coconut with pineapple juice its a must.

Exceptional. Bang for buck food. Nice nachos. Only thing they got a bit soft but otherwise smack on. We didn't get to try most of the things but we did do the special platter, and it's definitely not for 4 people. If you are ordering it make sure that you are at least 6. It huge and loaded with magic 🔥. Polite and very helpful staff. Being from the north of goa imma definitely visit again. Kudos to low and slow 👍

Pleasantly surprised by the awesome food served here. Enjoyed every single dish to the core and Mr. Flanko helped us select the right ones... in addition the music and the heavy rain hitting the roof only added to the soothing experience we had !!!

Finally had the chance and to be very honest it was worth it
From the beef brisket and pulled pork soft shelled tacos to the beef brisket slices to the baby back ribs with togarashi seasoning everything was amazing and a melt in your mouth moment
The only set back was i couldn't have desert as the meat fiesta i had was something I didn't want to disappear from my pallette

We randomly came across this place on Google maps and drove 45 minutes to try it out. It was well worth it. The owner knows his stuff! He took us to the back to see the smoker and explain the process in brief. We took some food takeaway and even came back the following night to try out the tomahawk which we had to pre-order. They allowed us to bring our dog as well. Definitely recommended.
Really amazing! Love the family owned/kids around vibe! Really genuine people own and run this place. From the decor, to the ambiance, to the food and even to the toilets….everything was tip top! Highly recommend and the portions are BIG! One more thing which was huge was the music was perfect! Great covers of recent songs and the volume was just right! Not too loud and not too soft.
