“The flavors were perfectly balanced and complemented each other beautifully.” all dishes were good .fruit punch and mango bliss were the best in any restaurant we had .The taste was mild yet tasty.
Schezwan veg noodles were mildly spicy and properly cooked and more than enough for 2 people,
honey dipped potatoes loved it completely sweet and tangy flavours on your tongue, mashes potato fried and marinated and mildly crisp enough.👌 Highly recommended dish.
Fried chicken - the quantity portion was good for 2-3 people crisp and fresh. Fried in bread crumbs.
Tender coconut pudding 🍮 was chery on top of overall experience.
The places is also know for Tandoori platter,that is also recommended.

I’ve been to Moms recipe at verna and had loved the food there so we decided to give this place a try.. the Ambiance of this place is completely different from the one at verna.. loved it😻 it has a nice Goan vintage vibe.. Coming to the food, we ordered prawns cheesy crumb fry, chicken crumb fry with pesto sauce: both were 5/5.. Didnt like the chicken ghee roast and biryani much. Service is good.. Can get a little busy at peak hours on weekends so prior reservation is recommended..
This restraunt is located in Pilar and serves some really good food and some new and innovative dishes.
The crispy prawns with a dip was amazing and the chicken kebab with minced mutton was nice. Chicken cafreal was lovely.
The malai kebab was also nice.
The cheesy crab baguette and the crispy prawns are a must try.
For sweet dish we tried the fried ice cream and the tender coconut pudding. The fried ice cream was nice!
The atmosphere and vibe is lovely and cozy and the beautiful Goan interiors set a wonderful ambience.

Now coming to the food, We tried out Spl. Chonak thali, Spl Veg Thali and Prawns Cheesy Crumb fry (HIGHLY recommended).
Chonak Thali was great, but slightly on the expensive side. Veg Thali was also great, the mushroom gravy was spicy, but awesome taste. Sweet dish was the 'The OG Goan Delicacy Patoli'.
One area where they can improve is to use less oil in cooking or fried items. Prices of side drink items are very high. Could be a bit crowded during weekends or holidays. Service was great though.
Food was a bit late, but that was more because of the crowd. Absolutely fantastic restaurant. The decor is beautiful, the staff friendly, the food is to die for and the decor is too beautiful to miss.

This place was little crowded. We have to wait for some time in waiting area. But it was worth to wait, as the overall experience was very good.

Lovely unassuming great Goan food, yet to be tapped byvthe goan populace. Was wonderfully happening with huge crowd. Do prior booking. Host Amit was personally attending , and it was kind on his part. Authentic simple basic great Goan affordable cusine , hyenically astute and beautifully ambient with lot of free street parking without having to hustle and juggle

Mom's recipe serves a very tasty chicken biryani and their other items like kababs, tikka, soups are also good. The quality of products used to prepare the dishes are superior and one can automatically relate to while having the meal.
A very good place with delicious food. Went with a large group and all the dishes ordered were too good, especially prawns dynamite and chicken kheema canape, which were the dishes of the day. In veg, crispy cheesy Gobi was delicious. Good options in cocktails and mocktails as well. The service is bit slow, so be prepared to wait for some time for every order.

Unique food options, very detailed ambience, decorated with lots of love for sure. Well trained staff and very caring towards the customers. Overall a very warm experience.
Wouldn't recommend 'the tee off' cocktail, unless yr looking for something tangy.
Would recommend the 'dream girl' if ur looking for a gin based cocktail. I'll give it a 4/5, I guess a little more can be put into the presentation for the cocktails since the ambience is so detailed (jus a suggestion). Also tried the gentleman, it was presented well wit a spice on top of it.
We tried the crumb fried chicken wit pesto sauce, would give it a 4.5/5(0.5 less coz I expected pesto marinated chicken, not a dip). We also tried the crispy mutton ravioli 5/5. The malwani chicken wit vade- 4/5( I expected it to be a tiny bit spicier as malwan is generally known for its spicies). Also tried the malbari mutton biryani, I was so full by then that my review might be compromised so I will definitely visit again and try the biryani again to leave a review here abt it. As there's always room for dessert, we tried the tender coconut pudding, 5/5, So soothing!!
To whoever decorated the place, I love the way it's decorated and you hv really put a lot of hardwork into selecting accurate stuff for the place to look so cute. I even noticed the cute little salt and pepper shakers. So cute!
This place has a classic ambience and they serve really yummy food. They have good range of mocktails and cocktails and a well curated menu that definitely satisfies your taste buds. The staff is also very courteous and prompt. A must go place.
Visited Mum's recipe, (aka 'Aarvee Fine dining' restaurant), along Pilar Neura road, for Sunday lunch.
On weekends, either book in advance, or go early, as it gets full by 1pm.
Cocktails: Gentleman (whisky based; awesome), & Beachside (gin based, pleasant).
Snacks: Cheesy Crab baguettes, & Cheesy Crum fried prawns; both awesome & v highly recommended.
Entrée: Fish thali (their speciality & highly recommended), & Gourmet stuffed chicken roulade (super).
Their Cocktails & snacks were outstanding.
Ambiance & Service commendable.
Ample & secure parking.
Fairly priced restaurant
Strongly recommended to dine here.
