Been for late lunch, gave a try on chicken biryani tasted good with limited spice and decent quality to fill up your tummy.

I don't find anything bad about the restaurant!! All good! They need to clean the tables often and need to place tissues in each table! A perfect budget friendly restaurant for tasty food :)
One of the best briyani I had in Gobi.
Food was nice but we not got biriyani and mutton items to taste then one more request pls add English menu in u r hotel so other state customers can order more items
One cannot miss the bright yellow colour hoarding on the Perundurai road at Gobichettipalayam. Yes it's Kongu Mess & Biryani. Very tasty food and affordable too. My favourite dishes are Mutton Biryani, Chicken 65 and chicken lappa.

It was a nice experience at Kongu mess.. Due to time crunch we had only very lesser time to complete the lunch.. they understood and served.. Food taste is really nice (commenting only on few dishes we tasted its Plain biriyani and Chicken chettinad)
Price is little higher but food quality matches it, good restaurant
