Good place. Service and food quality is excellent. About 200m far from Kudle beach and the road is bad. Daily tariff of rooms are also high based on facilities they provide. But the room is spacious and clean. WiFi is very good. Behaviour of people is good. You will get a authentic Konkoni freshly home cooked meal here. The environment is also nice and peaceful.
In short good place can obviously visit with family here, though not a very party type place.
Booked this hotel on an impromptu trip to Gokarna, and must I say it was the best of the lot I was getting and at such a good rate. The rooms were very spacious, had geyser and air-conditioning, and most importantly super clean.
The food was always served hot and fresh, though they have a veg restaurant but you can get non-veg and eat in the rooms.
The best part of the property the private sunset point. We clicked some amazing pics and timelapses.
The location is right next to the kudle beach entrance which has a auto stand so no tension for travel if you don't have access to a vehicle.
Overall a great budget friendly choice for the last minute plans.
Had the most amazing experience here. The rooms are designed in the cottage style which give one a natural vibe and are spacious enough for a four member family. And the wonderful thing is the cliff near the rooms. The sea looks beautiful with different colours at different times of the day. The hospitality of the owner is at the next level and they help you and peovide with all the things as and when you need it. Must visit if you are staying in Gokarna😍😍
This place is amazing. It was a team outing and had booked this on a short notice. The rooms and washrooms were clean and hygienic. They had AC and hot water running 24/7.
Food was good especially dosa and lime soda (quenched our thirst in summer). Nominally priced and you can pay more for the cliff top view tbh.
It was mesmerizing! A almost full moon night..the glistening and peaceful beach view and a sky full of stars. (We also saw a passing comet).
Didn't get to interact with the host much..they seemed sweet with the few interactions I had.
Kudle..paradise and om is really near to the place.
I would surely visit again..

The cottages are nice and clean. Good privacy. The view from the hilltop is amazing. Good place to watch the sunset. Kudle beach is just 200 meters walk. The owners are superb hosts, very friendly and considerate. The food is excellent. There are also other restaurants nearby if you want to try something different. Will definitely visit again.
The hospitality shown by owner was too good & the food they served was totally authentic especially plain dosa and energy drink "KOMBUCHA"... all the staff treated us so nicely that i will recommend to those who want to explore the beauty ...

We stayed 3days (2nights) at this beautiful place.. The rooms, bathrooms were clean.. The bed was quite comfortable.. They had hot water running 24X7.. The hosts were super friendly.. and were quite flexible.. The food was very homely (only Veg) and quite tasty. It was quite easy on the pocket as well. The view from the pvt vista point was amazing.. Kudle Beach was hardly 200mts downhill from this place.. Overall a great value for money..

This resort is like your second home. This owner run resort is awesome in all respects, be the cleanliness, hygiene, location, the amenities provided or the food served. The most appreciable part of our 2 days stay was the hospitality extended by Mr and Mrs Gopi. The quality of food they served was incomparable. There is not a single word available to express the lacunae in the entire experience we got during our stay..
The best anybody can offer to a tourist was made available to us...

I saw excellent rating for namaste cafe. S the food was nice but the food here is great. A must visit if u r in gokarna. You wil know what I meant

The room is simple cottages (AC &NON AC) with clean and basic furnished. Food is completely home made by Aunty only. Property staff are always eager to help and have a smiling face... thank you once again and sure will be back to stay with you...take care...
Place, location was great. Also it is run by family so people coming solo can choose this place blindfoldedly. Aunty there is super sweet to talk. Uncle are chill and were quite helpful. Recommended for girls coming solo or anyone just wants to be surrounded by nature and beautiful views.

Prema Hilltop is not just another regular stay place but feel like home. Run by a wonderful couple and their staff. They are courteous and making Guest(s) comfortable is their first motto. Only Vegetarian Food but very tasty. Decent room and clean rooms. They understand the customer requirement and fully supportive in almost all situation. Though the Dinner time end at 8:30PM (Subject to availability), we requested to serve us an hour late to which they happily agreed and checked on to ensure we are comfortable with the arrangements.
We visited in the first week of Jul'22. They suggested few good places to try non-veg food depending on our preference and one turned out to be a great place for sea food.
Jatayu Theertha cliff is just behind Prema Hilltop and one can take the adventure path cautiously downhill to reach the beach. Opposite to their property is a Shiva Cave temple which will be a worth try.
Kudle Beach is ~200 meters, Gokarna Main beach, Mahagapathi Temple, Mahabaleshwara temple are within ~1 km.
If google has option for more than 5 stars I would give that. The best hospitality have seen amongst all !!
Super clean room, Spacious and All the facilities are available.
Incase if you are planning to stay at Gokarna, I would not suggest any other than this one.

Small and quiet restaurant near Kudle beach, Gokarna. The place is very neat and clean, with a very peaceful ambience. Food is okay, some dishes are good, some are bad. Prices are reasonable. Overall a very nice place, perfect for having food and resting before/after going to Kudle beach
Place is really beautiful. Rooms are clean and good. Specially 2 rooms are having kitchen that will help if we take kids we can only cook. Hot water available all the time. Food are bit costly please don't buy french fries and rest are ok good service. Top view point is really beautiful.
Nice restaurant at the entrance of the Main Beach. The South Indian dishes are quite good here. They offer different types of shakes too. Don't miss them as they are awesome! The prices are low. The service is fast! Good place to have a quick bite or lunch if you are at the main beach.
