In terms of service, while the staff was friendly, there were a few instances where the wait time for getting the attention of a server was longer than desired. It seemed like they were understaffed during busy hours, resulting in delays in taking orders and serving the food.

One of the best and oldest shop for sweets in Gorakhpur. Wide variety of sweet are available. No concern about the taste and quality of food. U may find the price a bit costly.
Restaurant is on the first floor.
Major concern is parking.

They are best in terms of sweet, and for the restaurant from the last 15 years I have been eating masala dosa from here and they haven't changed

A good Shop for grabbing a quick bite as well as full lunch or dinner. A wide range of sweets and pastries are available for which the shop is famous for. This is present in a nice location near golghar which is main market in Gorakhpur. Sweets are nice but a bit overpriced. Food is not that much go

Food quality and preparation is excellent .
Only problem is service which takes much longer than one anticipates.
A normal veg thali needs 25-30 minutes in non rush hour period.

Service is good. I had Mixed Masala Dosa and it was super delicious. Mixed with spicy ingredients and garnished with Sambar, it was great.
