A good restaurant with good choice of food but horrible service. The staff are just standing in groups and chatting . Fir everything either we had to call or go and call . The cutlery was not set . The napkin was not there. Clearing the plates every time we had to call. Food was above average.
Food Taste and Hygiene Level: The food has always been served hot and fresh and greatly met expectations. I have tasted many dishes and even tried their lunch buffet. The hygiene and quality of the food has always met expectations.
Food Platting: Simple and Met Expectations.

Been there a few times and it's safe to say Taj never disappoints. Generally 5 star hotel restaurants confuse elegance with low spice but their buffet is a treat for all 5 senses. The staff is overly helpful. The ambience is nice too.
The dinner buffet was really good, however it is a bit costly at around 3k per head for Friday night..

We went to celebrate father's day to Culina 44, restaurant in the Taj hotel, Gurugram. It is lunch and we opted for a buffet lunch. The menu was surprising and full of all varieties of cooking. You name a dish and that was there. There were many varities of chicken and fish.sumptuous salad bar and a
buffet and a la carte is so good. From starting to ending Prashant served me with a lovely smile. Had a good conversation. He’s true gem of this restaurant.
Taj Palace,Taj mahal and taj city centre by Tata group is very luxury hotel chain. I’ll recommend this hotel and specially this restaurant. Dur
Buffet spread is lavish, boosted with multiple cuisine and good variety for vegetarians as well but taste wise is not consistent. Ambience is fine, feels conjusted as two many tables are being attempted to fit in a small space
