Food is authentic and yummy.
Frequent visitor to this lovely place
One of the best place to dine out in Gurugram. Every eatable is superb. The staff is full of courtesy. The rates are also affordable. The quality of Litti Chokha is even better than Bihar. My grandchildren are also very keen to eat out at Magadh and Awadh. I'm a frequent visitor.
Yummy food ... Fish tikka was very delicious its too good ... good place ... polite staff .. good service
the wait is over, having litti chokha with all its prestige , heritage and the authentic taste was a dream before in Delhi NCR. Thanx to the owner for thinking something different and related to our roots rather than a mere commercial idea. loved the ambience, ekdum jhakkas. :-*. do come and enjoy your Bihari meal.
Great place to have authentic North Indian food. Awesome food, great taste, perfect ambiance. Menu full of varieties. Try litti chokha

This Is pure poorvanchal based restaurant..food has homely taste..specialty litti and chokha
We have ordered from here a couple of times over the past month or so, and review is based on the basis of those online orders. Each time the food quality was top-notch! We were delighted to find that each one of the food items seemed to be made with fresh ingredients. Although we are not quite used to the Bihari cuisine and did not like the taste of some of the items, but that does not take away from the fact that everything was fresh and well cooked. The items were well packed. Happy to recommended the outlet to other customers.
Specific items which we highly recommend include: warqi parantha, murga jhor, muga gravy and taas mutton.
Our feedback on the Zomato delivery operations from this outlet to our place is a rating of 2, as each time we have faced a problem with wrong location coming on rider's phone, and the riders having no clue about the direction and requiring lengthy discussions, explanations and follow-ups.
Chicken Jhor is very good. Gives a very good feel of home made chicken.
All the food items having really very authentic taste. We ordered here Litti chokha platter, Sattu paratha, duska, ghughni and some nonveg dishes ordered by my friends. Overall experience was very good. If you really very found of authentic Bihari and eastern Up cousine.. then you can definitely try this place.
Will soon visiting again. thank you 🤗
Mesmarize me it was good nahi very good no no Aprateem test not want to forget this test
Bihari dishes are fantastic keep it up
Went there with my frends and ordered litti chokha, paneer tikka, mushroom masaala with missi roti, little over priced but worth if ur going there once in a month, taste of litti was amazing and i like the chokha as well, panner cubes in paneer tikka was good in size and taste was yummy too, overall worth the money but little expensive if ur thinking to go there 4-5 times in a month😊😊
Two of my friends and me went to this amazing place called Magadh and Awadh. As the name suggests, the place is best known for their Bihari and awadhi cuisine. The decor of the place is typically of this region and the food is just amazing. Each and every dish gives the authentic taste of Bihar. The services are amazing too. We loved the food here and very impressed my the presentation
Amazing bihari cuisine...
Have been there once but love to recommend and looking forward to visit again , in Gurgaon if anyone looking for bihari cuisine this is the place you can go for .From food to service everything is a wow experience and ambiance is like fine dine .
This is the place for genuine bihari food. Loved it. The quantity is a bit less according to the price but taste compensates for it.
If you wanna try bihari food this is your destination.
Good place to eat. I liked the variety of food that magadh awadh offered. The interiors were good and the overall feel of the place was great.
Great food for people hailing from UP Bihar..
Authentic taste and quality food.
They also provide half plate food, so value for money .
Do try murg jor and steam rice, worth a try.
Litti is a bit expensive but taste is original.
The vibe was decent with open to seating and they play old bollywood melodies. Things we attempted were Litti Chokha, Darbhanga Style Machli Tikka, Murg Kesari Kebab, Sarson Wali Machhli and Murg Khurchan. The Mustard plunge had an ideal tartness season which goes will with any dish. Every one of the dishes we attempted were great in taste. Administration was snappy and staff was courteous. This spot is simply behind the iffco chowk metro station. Administration was great and staff was well disposed.
The name is superb. The authenticity in taste is even better. But the quotes they have on their wall is best.
Service is good. Ambiance is good. Location is okay.
Good for family, friends.
Eat 'Bati Chokha'.
The food (variety and its nomenclature) and the quintessential and hilarious Bihari signboards caught my fancy..
The food is good but don’t forget to ask them to make it spicy if you like it that way.
If you are looking for some good bihari food, this is the place. have came here only once but the experience was so good. The litti chokha was amazing, great flavour and quite filing too. friendly staffs as well.,
Good option for traditional Bihari cuisine. We tried their litti mutton, parathas and fish. The food was good but quite pricey. Located in a small place in sec 29, the decor is done up with quirky quotations. Staff is attentive and polite.
We want to visit more often but the location is far.
It will be great if they expand to another outlet on Golf Course Road or Baani Square.
Food is awesome. Actually the best... A bit costly , but truly worth money. Litti choka ka best.... Other like starter platter and paratha are awesome... Must check out type restaurant... :) 5 stars from my side.. :)
If you are looking for authentic bihari food in gurgaon then this is the place to stop by. Amazing experience dinning out here. The place gives an amazing place to the state you belong to and miss small things.
The ambience is superb. The wall is painted beautifully with the touch of bihar. The service is good.
The food is mouthwatering. It's sooo droolsome. I had ordered litti chokha, maseledar chicken, dhuska aloo dum, and sattu drink. Couldn't have asked for a better place to eat these delicacies.
Food 5/5
Ambience 5/5
Happy experience
I ordered patliputra thali to taste the food of Central India for first time and amazed by their taste specially different varieties of parantha -sattu one was best and sweet parathe in black color was amazing. Overall I like food
Had dinner last night here and I must say this restaurant has bought eastern UP taste here in Gurugram. They serve really good and tasty food. The flavours of eastern UP region is entact in their delicacies. Sattu cooler was best. Baati & chokha, fry fish in mustard oil and mutton curry was amazing. Had great dinner. If you love to try dishes from Eastern UP then u must visit this place.
The main attraction that may drag you to this place is because of bihari and lucknow food.
I visited this place 2 times and it's quite peaceful, like you can actually make an conversation with someone without any distraction except food.
On my table:
Litti platter :10/10
Samosa Chaat :10/10
Litti Chaat :8/10
Shahi tukda :5/10
Shahi tukda was not up to mark, usually it is topped with rabdi and is more crisp.
Good Place to dine in.
It hosts a unique culture of Bihar in it's decorum & Menu. A little expensive though food quality would compensate the extra penny.
Had a good experience.
Since I'm from Bihar, I feel this restaurant is quite over priced. But I am ready to pay anything if I'm getting good quality Litti chokha in Gurgaon. No doubt, the food is awesome the the service is also good.
I’m a bihari and my wife is from Rajasthan. So, I chose this place for the very special Karwa Chowth dinner. They serve Bihari cuisine in the most authentic way. And their ambience is something absolutely beautiful. There’s a Bihar Wall of Fame with photos and a very brief profile of bihari icons. And the remaining space is painted with popular Bhojpuri slangs like Baklol. Awesome is the word!
This place has been in my bookmark for long. At last I requested Litti Chokha and Dohra kebab. The bundling was on point. It was pressed superbly. The part estimate was adequate for two individuals. The kebab pieces were so delicate and very much cooked. The biryani was so flavourful and unpretentious on flavors. The Sarso walli Fish was zesty and high on sarso curry taste.
By and large had a great affair. The sustenance here is extremely delicious.
we went here with friends because I heard that this is very much authentic of Bihari dishes. all are interested to have some Bihari flavor. we ordered like the famous Litti chokha, mutton kebab, dohra kebab, Plain rice and sarso wali fish, paneer tikka any many more. All the dishes are very authentic and we have decided to visits again for the flavor. place is also very nice its very near to metro so you can easily Reach. The ambience is also dedicated to bihar, like different type of words ,music, and some paintings.

I went here for dinner with friends.we are have many dishes like the famous litti chokha, chicken Biryani, daal makhni, sarso wali fish ,dohra kebab, chicken masala wali, butter soya chaap, mutton kebabs, Ranchi duska and many more. As usually the taste is very nice because of his unique flavour. The ambience is also very nice.
Have you ever tasted authentic Bihari cuisine with so much amazing bursting and simply exhilarating in the mouth flavouring experience that it turns a bad day into a day worth spent.
I experienced one when I visited this place and it knocked my socks off like one.
The pictures are a transparent and evidently clear cut proof that the food is way more than just dish well presented.
I can't remember the names accurately but after a good amount of time I tasted litthi with mutton and mashed eggplant and aloo mash.
also mutton seekh and mutton with chicken stuffed kebab were a total blockbuster.
every dish was a show stopper according to me.
loved it.
I had heard a lot about this place through my friends that it serves amazing Bihari cuisine/dishes. Being from Bihar, I really got tempted knowing about the same and checking out the menu on Zomato.
I went there with a few friends of mine. It has got a decent seating space with subtle lighting and light music backdrop. You can hear some old classics being played which will add on an extra charm to your dining experience.
We had litti platter which came with chokha, bharta, chutney and mutton curry which was superb at taste and everything could relate to my desi taste buds.
We also had some Darbhanga style machhi, Taas Mutton which are good dishes to try from their starter menu.
Then for the mains, I had Murga Jhor & sarson waali macchi with plain steamed rice and roomali roti which were lip smackingly delicious.
Loved my entire dining session at this place. The service and staffs were up to the mark too.
I will surely be visiting this place with my friends soon again.
Cheers !!
I visited this place with few of my friends on a weekday evening to try some authentic bihari cuisine. This place is just behind the iffco chowk metro station. Service was good and staff was friendly. The ambience was nice with comfortable seating and they play old bollywood songs. Things we tried were Litti Chokha, Darbhanga Style Machli Tikka, Murg Kesari Kebab, Sarson Wali Machhli & Murg Khurchan. The Mustard dip had a perfect tanginess flavour which goes will with any dish. All the dishes we tried were good in taste. Service was quick and staff was courteous. A must recommended place to try the bihari cuisine.

This place is located very close to Iffco chowk metro station. Its a cozy place with old hindi songs playing. It serves bihari cuisine. It was the first time i tried bihari food and i totally loved it.
For starters we ordered fritters, awadhi soya tikka, machli tikka, murg kesari kebab, kakori kebab and taas mutton. The machli tikka was so flavourful, rich in mustard aroma and taste. Both the kebabs were tasting brilliant with the right amount of spices. We also tried litti mutton platter. It was served with chutney, spicy mutton gravy and salad. The gravy was too delicious and complimented the litti's well.
For main course, we ordered lachha parantha and romali roti with masaledar murga gravy, sarson wali machli, murg kurchan and makhan wali dal. Sarson wali machli was the best among all. I literally licked it off the plate. The fish pieces were cooked well too. It tasted best with steamed rice.
We tried murg biryani also. It was quite mild in spices but so flavourful. Unfortunately the desserts were over by the time we finished our food. Will try desserts next time. Overall the food here is really great and definitely worth a try.

I was searching for restaurants having Bihari cuisine and this name appeared on Zomato. Before this I used to go to Potluck near bihar Nivas for Bihari cuisine but from now onwards will definitely go here as a first choice. We tried Masaledar murga , Bhuna maas, litti Chaat, Ratwa and Darbhanga Style Fish tikka. Everything was just perfect. Cost is slightly higher but not very high. So if you are in love with Bihari cuisine, you must visit this place in Delhi NCR.

Would recommend this place for home delivery, the taste is unique and genuine. The quality was also good - justified by the price they charge. Try the combos to get the most out of this place. Litthi Choka was ok but other dishes I tried in Litti platter was fantastic. The flavor was strong and the satisfaction of trying something different was good. Would try again . Value for money for platters 4/5.
One of the best and authentic Bihari taste...Can't miss their Litti chokha...Rest items are equally good..Go for gravy items with tawa roti and steamed rice.
Amazing food. That's how I describe this place. Polite staff, reasonably priced for the quantity they offer. We tried the fish tikka and chicken korma. Mildly spiced, perfect medley of spices, no overuse of oil and authentic taste.
tired of that regular dal makhani & shahi paneer??i think this the next place you should try.
you will get one of the finest presentation of litti choka & with the best taste.
after hearing a lot about this place from one of my friend, we finally decided to visits Magadh & Awadh & it was tasteful journey.
I think the best think that i liked was that every dish that we ordered had some unique flavour with a pinch of bihari flavours.
Even the Dal Makhani had a different taste, the over all presentation was beautiful & the quantity was superb.
Litti Choka had a perfect blend of all the chutney choka & litti, it had authentic bihari taste.
Ambience was also quite attractive & colorfull with a lot funny bihari taglines & querky 1-liners, but i guess yes they can surely improve a little bit in the service.
Food:- 5/5

Very nice place for family dine-in and when its weekday when not much rush is there, you are gurenteed to have a gala time having your meal and loving it too.
What I would recommend - litti with bhuna mutton, fish tikka, tawa roti & off course gulabjamun. Many more dishes are worth a try.
Staff is polite, they play old Bollywood songs which adds up to the mood and must interior is matching to the theme.
A must try for people who are missing bihari cousiene or even for those people who wish to discover.
Excellent experience. Enjoyed the food. Would like to come again. Became nostalgic after eating the litti chokha. Nice and keep it up. All d best and maintain quality.
Lovely lunch today, The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. Specially Flax seed Chatni, Ole (Jimmi kand - yam) Sabji and Rasia (sweet Dish). 😋
Have came here on a number of occasions and every time had a great experience. The litti chokha is a must try dish here. Other items are great as well.
good ambience and great service by the staffs as well.
I’m so glad to have found Magadh and Awadh ! I haven’t had a more authentic Litti chokha than what’s served here. The flavors aren’t only authentic but extremely tasteful. It’s a perfect blend of traditional recipe with a moderation to suit mordant pallet.
I had Litti chokha delivered home, and it reminded me of the dish that my best friend’s mom used to make.
If you are a native of Bihar, you’ll love the authenticity and if you are nostalgic on a memory like me, then you won’t be disappointed. Go ahead and try !
Amazing food. Came across this place while surfing Zomato and it didnt disappoint. Ordered Masaledar Murga Gravy and (contrary to my expectation) much to my delight, the spices were just right. It wasnt the usual burning spices that you associate with any similar gravy. The chicken was tender and well cooked. Chapatis to go and you have a hearty meal. Definitely recommended.
The masaledar murga gravy had a little bit too much of oil for my liking. Other than that, this place has been one of my favorites for the litti chokha and singara chat and the other non vegetarian dishes.
A grt place to dine out..if u r Looking for something different and better to lure your taste buds then Magadh and Awadh is best restaurant to visit.A grt taste, beautiful decor, incorrigible paintings, commendable service and a taste like Mom's kitchen....I would say one must visit to see a difference with rest of north Indian restaurants
The litti platter was really good but the biryani lacked salt as if there was not even a pinch put in it. Biryani killed all the taste of litti but still i would still rate as really good and the mutton was amazing
they serve wonderful food and the staff is so friendly. i will definitely order again from this restaurant in near future. the veg main course items are must try.
Good flavours.. Keep it up Team !
Absolutely authentic Bihari cuisine
The portions are really small for the amount charged, definitely not value for money. But good food nevertheless 🙂
very nice way of food presentation
good food. subtle and distinct spicing for each dish.
This is a wonderful restaurant - it was a real treat. The service was impeccable. We had the chef prepared menu and the chef was willing to work within friend’s allergy to make it the best meal I have ever had. We had 3 course meal here with desi drink i.e. sattu drink. We had good time here and really enjoyed the our meal
Summer Eve, I had only heard of this restaurant. However, when I walked into the dining room it took my breath away. Understated elegance bihar theme. The service was incredible and masterful. The cuisine beautifully presented for each course and delicious. I have had the pleasure of dining at many Bihari cusines restaurants, this one takes the prize. It was an experience I will never forget. I highly recommend Magadh and Awadh.
The service is outstanding. The staff is always just a look away but never hovering around the table. The food choices are pretty exotic in my opinion but beautifully prepared and very tasty. The Our menu features a fixed number of courses with drink options.
If you love Bihari cuisine and don't mind paying for it, this is the place to go.
We left it a bit late for dinner one night and this restaurant was the only place that would take us at the last hour. We were not disappointed. Beautiful view, excellent drinks, excellent food and the waiter was only too happy to share his incredible knowledge with us.
Incredible food, friendly and attentive staff, pricey but should be expected with the food, ambiance and quality of the experience. Great for special occasions or when visiting Gurgoan. I have been there multiple times and its consistently great
The service staff were excellent, explained the courses and made you feel very welcome. The food was of very high standard, although not special, especially at the price point. I thought it was a little expensive for a 3 course meal that was relatively small, I left feeling as though the meal could have done with something else
I have been here before but forgot how great of an experience Magadh and Awadh is from start to finish. The décor is really fun and the service team is extremely professional but still friendly and this makes for a relaxing yet excellent experience. Some of the best food I have ever had the privilege to try. Quail with was extraordinary
.
The food was superb and the service was wonderful. Our waiter knew we were in the hurry and our service was fast, but not hurried or rushed. We would finish a course and he had the next one ready. We appreciated him working with our time constraint. My next meal there will be leisurely!
Always a sophisticated, classy affair. We weren't disappointed. Food is served with an eye to presentation as well as to taste. A very tasty, refined dining experience.
What a wonderful experience inside the Sector29's Magadh and Awadh. From the moment you walk in to the restaurant, every member of MnW treats you like royalty. The different options offered by menus give you the freedom to enhance your experience based on time and budget. I would recommend making reservations in advance in the evening. Every single plate was out of this world and satisfies the need of any palate. I would recommend for any special occasion and will definitely come back when I am back in Iffco Chowk.
The service was fabulous. Everyone was courteous and friendly. The food was served in a timely manner. The food portion is small but delicious. I loved it!
My friend and I enjoy fine dining experiences and this did not disappoint. Gorgeous restaurant, service was phenomenal and the food and drinks were very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and kept us entertained with stories between courses. Highly recommend, one of two best dining experiences during the week in Sector29.
litti was below average.. quantity and quality of other items was good.
We dont have wait to get a seat on Saturday evening at 8 PM. It was so worth it though! I loved the food, I love the wait staff, and would eat here again in a Gurgoan. Totally reasonably priced.
