Visited Charcoal eats yesterday. Actually we went to two different outlets so I'll be posting the review for the other one shortly. So yeah! Went to one of their outlets in mumbai and must say the taste is very similar. I'd say it's even better. As for the starters aloo tiki pav was my favorite. They are known for their biryanis which were equally delicious. Also u should try the butter chicken rice bowl. The sitting was comfortable and the staff was customer friendly. I'd recommend u to go here

This is a small place on the first floor. The staff was nice and explained the dishes very well. The Paneer Tikka Rice Bowl along with BBQ loaded fries was just perfect for me.

So biryani is the thing where atleast biryani lovers never wants to go wrong. Still I took the risk and ordered Afgani tikka biryani. And guess what ,it's became one of my fav in the town. As the fragrance of spices and rice were divine, chicken chunks were nicely cooked and flavourful. In total bit different from the regular hyderabadi or awadhi biryani ,but totally worth it. My suggestion atleast try once.
The only place that could do justice to the tag of Hyderabadi biryani! I just love their biryani and have never stopped praising about it to my friends! Love the masala and not to forget, bamboo spoon!
We are roaming around in Gurgaon phase 4. We have heard about this place called charcoal eats from many of our friends. So we decided to go there to grab a bute. The place was very neat and clean and the ambience was really good. We ordered chicken tikka, Schezwan loaded fries, bbq chicken square pizza and in desert we ordered starwberry souffle. The food was really good and staff was very polite and helpful.

We had ordered Paneer Makhani Biryani and Classic Veg Hyderabadi Biryani from Charcoal Eats. The quantity for full biryani is good. They served it with curd and raita masala. The packaging was good and very convenient to eat in office. Cutlery was also provided. We also tried the Chocolate Mousse which was delicious.
The afgani chicken was tasty the garnishing was ok ok. And the presentation wasnot up to the mark. But if you want to try food with some new names then go for it.

They serve one of the best fries in gurgaon with amazing options. My favourite is the one with barbeque sauce.

New outlet and a great experience. Recently, went to pi k up from this place for dinner and I am glad I chose this place. It's a small outlet with a seating arrangement of 10 people. They have a good menu with Biryani options, Tandoori Fries, Rolls, square pizza and dessert.
I ordered couple of items -
Afghani Chicken Biryani, Tandoori Fries, Lucknawi Mutton Roll and Choco Mouse
Biryani was well prepared, with marinated chicken pieces mixed with long grains of rice and spices. Good quality of rice was used and there was this sweetness very subtle but it enhanced the taste of the Biryani. It's a definitely try definitely sh from this outlet.
Roll comes with Malabar Paratha, loaded with Mutton Seekh, grilled and marinated, rolled in with onions, mint and sauces. But if you want to really enjoy it have it at the outlet where it's proper hot and served properly. I loved this roll and will definitely have it again.
Tandoori Fries was very different from the regular fries, it's an scrumptious mix of fries with masalas and sauces. If you love fries this is a must try dish

This place is quite near to my office and i have been hearing alot of good things about this place since a while now. So i finally visited this place last weekend and it stood up to the things i heard. A SMALL AND COMPACT perfect place to hangout with friends and have amazing food. I tried their AFGHANI BIRYANI and it was like something i've never tried before it had a very distinctive strong flavour to it and for desserts i had the chocolate mouse which was sheer pleasure.
This place surprisingly turned out to be really awesome. In the Starters I had, aachari aalo and tasted really spicy and amazing.
In the Pizzas we has the bombay masala pizza, mozarilla and it tasted amazing. It had the crunch patty base which made it taste really different from just normal ones.
The fries were super crispy, with amazing cheese spread over it.

Being near it from my office and heard a lot about it so I tried it by ordering chicken seekh starter, chocolate mousse, BBQ chicken square pizza and chicken tikka loaded fries. The food was delivered on time. All of the delicacies were looking very tempting and good. Chicken seekh was served with onions and lemon, though it was very good and amazing. Pizza was in square shape and thin crust. It was soft and very good. Plus it was spicy. But it was very good. The fries were amazing with chicken and amazing sauce on it. It was the best seller item amongst all. Last but not the least comes their signature chocolate mousse. It was light, fluffy and soft. Yet very tempting to eat. It was very yummy. A very good dessert to end your meal.

Having heard a lot about their loaded fries, i so wanted to try them. I had Tandoori loaded fried and Barbecue fries - both of which were amazing! Nice crisp fries and yumm toppings. It sure does live up to the hype. I also ordered Achaari Aloo wrap and Margherita square pizza whose base is more like a puff pastry- very different.
Strawberry Souffle was delicious too! It had a nice balacne of sweetness and the sourness of strawberries!

I had ordered classic chicken tikka at home through Zomato. I received food in time but it was totally cold. I told this to the Zomato delivery guy and he said he had received like this only. Clearly it wasn't freshly made. I called up the restaurant to complain and they simply said that they had prepared it fresh and hot and it was Zomato delivery guys fault that it became cold. I spoke to Zomato customer care and they said it wasn't their fault.
Delivery from Charcoal Eats was perfect delight. By far, one of the most amazing delivery places that I have experienced in Gurgaon. They were right on time and the packaging was high-quality too. Kudos to the branding!
The food was lip-smacking. Especially the loaded fries. It was not short of a surprise that the fries were not soggy even when they were topped with loads of sauces. Crispy and yummm! And even the Chocolate Mousse was surprisingly chilled.

I ordered Peri Peri Square Pizza. Pizza crust was crispy and toppings were great to have. Yes, they served pattizza that is patty base with pizza toppings. The delivery was on time and delivery boy waited for 20 minutes but was still so sweet.
Schezwan Fries the best. Must try!

Roll outer layer was bit thick to have but the filling was great to have. I am already in love woth this place.

Delivery from Charcoal Eats was a surprise because not only were they right on time, but the packing was beautiful too. They surely know how to brand themselves, as shown on the packaging.
The food was simply delicious. Especially the fries. You may think that if you order a fries topped with sauces for a delivery, then it may get soggy; however, this place does know how to defy science. Not only were the fries crispy, but the mousse was chilled as well.
It was my first experience to eat a puffy chicken pizza and the experience was great. Never thought that it can be made like this too.
The Tikkas were finger-lickin good too. People who prefer spicy food should definitely order this because it was soft, flavorful and 🌶.

This was really a good place to have biryani, the taste of biryani was really really very amazing every bite was mouth watering.

#Veg Makhani Biryani: Yes, the non-vegetarian may call it Pulav but this dish proved it wrong. It was truly ravishing and what I liked is you’ve to mix it well to get the layers of flavours which goes well with your taste buds.
#Chicken Biryani: A must have dish, it was toothsome. The chicken was succulent and juicy which was well mixed and gave mughlai flavours. I really enjoyed every bit of it
#Mexican Fries: Big fan of fried potatoes? Then this will truly live upto your expectations. It was well topped with mayo and peri peri sauce which gave me an exotic taste.
#Puff Pizza: Now here comes the showstopper! Ditch the old triangle pizza slices and try these new and fancy Puff Crust Pizza squares. This new version of your favourite dish has replaced the boring old flatbread with a unique, crunchy khari base (patty base) which was really unique and exceptionally went well.
#Chocolate Mousse: Your meal is not end without desert. So I ordered my all time fav and ended my food on a sweet note. It was dark, loaded with delicious chocolate sauce.

Charcoal eats is a multi city operation food chain that specializes in Northern, Mughlai & Italian Cuisines.
I tried their food few days back.
Margarita Pizza was Unlike usual pizzas, this was made on a puffed base with lots of mozzarella cheese on top. It was perfectly baked and tasted good.
The fries were just awesome. I tried barbecue fries, they were super delicious fries.
The desserts are a must try, my favorite is the salted caramel mousse. Strawberry souffle was also Very yummy and tempting.
I had a pleasant experience with Charcoal Eats and looking forward to order again in future.
I love the food and ambience the food here quite different, i love to try new places and when i came across their menu i loved the food and taste.
I ordered some paneer makmali biryani which was amazing! The taste started to blend magically, the ideal biryani for me has cooked onion topping for taste and presentation and it looked the same!

Achari Aloo Roll: I mainly liked the wrap, it was not the ordinary wrap but more like a thick layered Indian bread filled with potato goodness. A little spicy and perfect for people looking for just the right amount of spice in their food.
Tandoori Fries: These are by far the best fries i have had in a long time. The best part was that they kept their crispiness for long even after the delivery. Perfectly cooked fried with no extra oil dripping, coated with spices and tandoori sauce gave a perfect blend of flavour into the mouth.
Margherita Pizza: Unlike usual pizzas, this was made on a puffed base with lots of mozzarella cheese on top. It was perfectly baked and tasted even better than other Margherita pizzas I have had at some renowned big names. It was delivered in a compact square box.
Peach Iced Tea: They send the well-known brewhouse iced tea which is one of the best in the market.
Chocolate Mousse: Their home cooked mousse served in a perfect ice cream box is a highlight. Really looking forward to try more of their offerings.

Schezwan loaded fries - I extremely enjoyed having these crisp, spicy and cheesy fries.
Peri peri veg square pizza- the pizza had square unique puffy base. It was prepared well. Different but a tasty one.
Awadhi Chicken Biryani was superb. The flavours turned out really well. It was prepared to perfection. Star Dish!!
