I've heard of Paul cafe from all over the world and definitely wanted to experience it and my wait paid off, it was a lovely experience! I went to their open cafe as well as the restaurant in Ambience mall and enjoyed it very much .Their onion soup is definitely the dish to get your hands into, pasta and my favourite HOT CHOCOLATE. If you are craving for an authentic cup of hot chocolate this place has your back.

If you would like to experience the proper authentic French breakfast this is the place for you. The food is so delicious that would be licking your fingers after finishing it. I tried their cold coffee along with butter Croissant when I was dining with few of my friends after a long time. The dining space is also good and is in the middle of walkway inside the mall. If you are looking for privacy then it’s not for you as it’s open diner.

Breads are amazing, food is excellent (one of the best roast chicken I have had in india!) but service was an issue recently (and very strangely). This was my first restaurant meal since March 15th.

We entered the restaurant at 8:25PM yesterday and were told to order before 8:30PM. We quickly took out the e-menu and I knew I wanted the orange juice before all of this. I asked our server for the same while we decided the rest. He said orange juice is over, which was very strange because I could see the oranges on the beverage counter. My co-diner also wanted orange juice and he said that’s not possible. We assumed they wanted to call it a day (probably it was too much work?) and we made it apparent that we know why we are being refused. After much of these under the breath statements and even referring to the manager, the server finally gave in and asked the beverage operator for two orange juices. It took them exactly 2 minutes to get us the orange juices! (They simply had to toss in whole oranges in a machine and it was done, no other effort!). This was so bizarre , I didn’t quite understand the refusal for a confirmed transaction.

Anyway, the meal was incredible, the juice was regressing, we re-ordered the chicken at 8:45PM (this time the restaurant manager came to us) and he graciously complied and got us another chicken even though the kitchen was almost closed. So that’s a winner for sure for service!

well new place Alert! PAUL is a french pasteritte and has some unique and sophisticated ways of presentation, ambience and service will win your heart. Its quite elegant place to have unique visits with your special ones and have good long converasations over a cup of PAUL`s coffee.

During my first visit i had ordered A mocha Cappuccino, Chicken footlong pizza, Olive footlong pizza and a chicken sub. I really enjoyed my mini meal with fancy people all around and enjoyed the company of its ambience. I would love to visit this place multiple times.

What a beautiful experience!
Went to Paul’s for an early supper and here’s what we got:

Pepperoni Pizza- simply delectable! One of the very best that I’ve had in Delhi so far, a perfect thin crust. 4/5

Pain au chocolat- this is French of chocolate bread, but it’s actually close to the taste of a chocolate croissant, mouthwatering nevertheless. 5/5

White sauce pasta- got some fettuccine in white sauce, perfectly seasoned with subtle flavours and a slice of buttery garlic bread. 4/5

Hazelnut crepes- they came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, hazelnut syrup and berry compote and were surprisingly cheap (somewhere around ₹150 years if I remember correctly). The flavours were so so well balanced and perfectly complimented one another (it was like sweet medley in my mouth). MUST TRYY!! 5/5

Black Forest Gateau- I wanted to have some tiramisu but it looked cream cheese based as opposed to mascarpone so I passed for Black Forest which turned out to be a great decision! The cream and sponge were in perfect proportions and the layer of cherries in the middle had made it even more delish. 4.5/5

Recently i hv visited there in ambiance gurgaon the place seems quiet fancy like it is for elite people but rates are nominal in 500 rs you might be able to grab a good meal.they have a very good bakery stall in the center of the mall.they have a good variety of pre baked pizzas and pastries.i hv tried the chicken sandwich in the restraunt it was fresh and juicy,bread was bit differnt but overall good place to visit in wekends with family.

I visited Paul today in Ambience with friends only becoz I wanted them to experience the class of the Resturant/coffee shop
I’m from SA n without fail visit Paul almost each Saturday in Melrose arch Johannesburg for the ambience , the spectacular staff and most of all the food

I loved my breakfast today in delhi however found staff not groomed for a restaurant/ coffee shop of this caliber
It’s a classy place , staff not well groomed or dressed especially the man , uniforms so I tidy and dirty

I also found there was no come back on the raisin Danish we ordered , it wasn’t fresh we had brought it to there attention and were told they would bring another. We received no revert from the stewardess that served us ,

Breakfast I ordered eggs Benedict medium eggs it came runny ....
Overall still enjoyed the food but staff seriously need better training especially located in a place where there are foreigners don’t bring down the name of Paul ...

I love going to Ambience Mall now only because of Paul ! I have always had a pleasant experience at Paul and their cold coffee and chilli emulsion spaghetti is to die for ! The only little thing that bothers us is the overall cleanliness of the place. There is always food on the chairs, tables, on the floor even after it's been cleaned right before you are seated. The staff is slightly indifferent I feel, but overall always had a good experience!

definitely one of the best bakeries in the country..they have some of the prettiest looking desserts on display...the sandwiches and breads look ever so appetizing...they have seating at two places outside and inside...they are always crowded so you may have to wait to be seated..its well worth the wait...the tiramisu was light and sinful...the blueberry cheesecake was one of the best that i have had...highly recommended ...

There is nothing i would like more in this unpredictable weather. A decadent dessert with a glass of chilled white wine. This bakery provides just that. The desserts of this bakery are pure indulgence and unlike any other bakery. The place had a relaxed atmosphere.

We tried the baked cheesecake and the tiramisu, both of which are their speciality. The desserts were immaculate and taste heavenly.

The staff was courteous and provided quality service. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. I would definitely like to revisit to try out the myriad of savoury options available as well.

This is amazing... I've been there manier times just to savour myself with croissant.. Coz that delicious. But this time I've tried their mains and it was too good.. French onion soup... A really blended perfection of caramelised onion thyme and spices. As well as the sandwich just won my heart at the very first bite. Chilli butter emulsion pasta I d suggest to give it a try as it's emulsification is too good to experience. Except the servers.. They were constantly talking with each other beside my table for a long time of 1 HRS. AND THAT GROSS.

This French classic from Paul's is a lava cake with gooey melting in the middle which melts as soon as the first bite enters your mouth. This decadence is worth the calories and is on our 'Must Try' list! You can even try this with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

An afternoon of tête-à-tête over a gourmet extravaganza!

We had decided to have a light and refreshing meal and that's what we got! We ordered:

Paul Salad: Refreshing mix of succulent chicken and greens with green apple tossed with Emmental and nuts. It set the pace for the meal
Smoked Salmon Bites: Baguette topped with salmon, creme cheese and the most delicious sweet mustard dressing ( It was so delicious that we asked for more of it!)
Stuffed Chicken Breast: Succulent chicken breast stuffed with yummy pimentos and cheese. A Must Try!
Fresh Orange Juice & Fresh Lime Soda: Both turned out to be quite drab in comparison with the food (Couldn't order any alcohol as had to head back to the office!)

After the Salad and Salmon Bites, one portion was enough to fill the rest of the space in our hungry stomachs (though it craved for more!) It was a heady afternoon; delectable dishes paired with meaningful conversations! Paul over exceeded our expectations in delivering a culinary experience!

A point less for the noisy, elbow jostling sitting space and the fruit juices which were sub par, rushed up fixes! But hey we will still return....

Always overcrowded but nevertheless worth the bustle because of their incredible baked cheesecake. Their special fries too makes for a great snack. 1 tip though, the outdoor seating seems to serve better food strangely so definitely choose over resto on your first visit. Dining in the middle of a mall floor could actually be fun, due to the tasteful visitors themselves not being very noisy.

The coffee here tastes so special. The salmon crossaint was so fresh. However, there was a major drawback that prevented me from rating this 5 stars - hygiene. Several flies were visible on the display counter and considering Paul being an internationally recognized brand, they should ensure hygiene is met with utmost importance.

I was craving for something sweet and that’s when I saw Paul bakery with a display full of mouth watering pastries.

It was hard to choose one so I ended up ordering Chocolate raspberry cake and New York cheesecake.

Chocolate cake was good and extremely filling but the cheesecake was the show stopper. It was so creamy and light, loved the flavours and texture.

Would definitely visit again to try more desserts.

The service at this restaurant is just great. We asked to customise our pasta, and there were no hesitations from the staff’s side at all. This just might become my next go-to place!

Paul is a French Chain offering delicious breads, desserts and Pizzas all across Gurugram. It was interesting for me to know that it's been in business since 1889 and recently only they started these restaurants here in India. To start from the very start, I have seen a few pictures of the restaurant.. I also saw it in the stories of one of my contacts and I was curious to try it out. It was in the back of my mind but I wasn't actively looking for it. Recently we went to Ambience and I saw it right there at the entrance and I knew I had to try it. We went there for lunch and this is all we had- *Fettuccine in Alfredo Sauce- This creamy, cheesy pasta has my heart. It was perfectly cooked and just melts in the mouth. *Cold Coffee- The classic cold coffee which actually was like everywhere else. *Iced Mocha- This was good, the taste of the coffee was prominent and to my liking. *Tiramisu- I have been wanting to try Tiramisu since forever and when I saw it on the menu, I knew I had to give it a try. It's clearly mentioned on the menu that it has alcohol in it. Although I was sceptical about it because I don't like the taste of alcohol but hey, it was a surprise. Yes, you tatse the bitterness of alcohol but the other layes of the Tiramisu help balance it and all the elements compliment each other. It was just perfect. * Ambience- Fair warning, it is a closed space which is always crowded.. We went there on a Thursday afternoon and we had toh wait for 20 minutes for a table. But that's not the issue, the problem is the close sitting area. Everybody is so close to each other that you can easily eavesdrop on the other table. I have so much of information about this Mansi girl who has the topic of conversation on the table next to mine.. So if you are not a fan of closed sitting ares, think before going. But if you are like me who loves food way too much, thoda sa bear kr lena.

Excellent food. Awesome vibe. Decent & helpful service on a jam packed Sunday afternoon. The Salmon was superb. The soup fab! The pasta - creamy mushroom & chicken ( as good as Big Chill - I dare say!) Avocado on toast was the only dish which was okay ish ( I've had better at a lot of places in Delhi, not comparing with spots abroad) 5 senses Asian chicken was decent. 10/10

Social media got me here to try their signature Hot Chocolate. It is good, thick Chocolate though not what I would prefer. Bit too bitter because of dark chocolate. And it is expensive for the range. Almond croissant was crazy good. The almond sweet filling was perfect on sugar, gooey, oozing out. I had them all over my fingers, even though I followed all table manners 😂 Price is decent compared to brand and taste. My brother ordered Chicken and Ham sandwich, which tasted like what it said. Nothing more to expect. They gave French fries with it, which were honestly ones you get on streets. Totally avoidable

You'll undoubtedly adore the restaurant's ambiance. Delicious coffee is served in this little yet adorable bistro with French-inspired decor. I got pastries, danish rolls, and croissants, and I would say that everything was perfect. Their prices were really reasonable. Without a doubt, I'll return there to do more exploring.

Paul, the famous French Cafe has been in India for a couple of years now and has established itself as one of the best places to eat. Located in Ambience Mall, Gurugram, we truly had a great experience here. We waited a while to get a seat, the service was top notch, and the food was excellent. We had the following while we were at Paul. The coffee combo has a cup of coffee served with a butter croissant that is flaky, and beautifully done. You can make out by the golden glaze that this is bound to be tasty and delecious. The Iced Mocha is one of the specialities that is served at Paul. This drink has espresso with chocolate and cold milk. A perfect drink to wake you up. Pain au chocolat is imported from their main bakery and we were expecting a lot but we found the amount of chocolate to be very less inside. Aglio olio e peperoncino is spaghetti based pasta that is tossed in garlic, olive oil, and red chilli peppers. A classical dish that was simple and rich in taste. Fettuccine with creamy pesto sauce is cooked in creamy basil pesto sauce balsamic drizzled on top. A must have for all the pesto lovers, such a brilliant sauce mixed with well cooked pasta is all one could crave for. Triple Decker Club Sandwich has nice chunks of chicken, with mustard, mayo, bacon, egg, grilled vegetable, and the special Paul’s multigrain pain de mie. If you are looking for a good tasty sandwich that would fill you up, then this is meant to be gobbled up. The Tiramisu served here contains alcohol, the dessert was well presented and was good in terms of the consistency and the taste. Creme Brulee was absolutely fantastic, and has to be the highlight of our time at Paul. We highly recommend you to try this out when you are dining at Paul. Finally, the chocolate eclair was a decent dessert, we were expecting the chocolate to be more gooey but nonetheless a decent affair. Pauls is a roller coaster ride and a perfect place to experience the French cuisine in Gurugram. You can find them at G-1 , Ground Floor ,Ambience Mall, Sector 24, Gurugram, Haryana 122022.

It's a good place for an evening out with your family & friends, their breakfast menu also looks delicious. you must know it's a little bit congested in space, I don't know, maybe that's how they have planned it out and being in a mall, having an open facade of it, it gets little bit noisy. Area of service needs improvements rest great breakfast place if you are lover of excellent bread, egg, Cheese, ham & coffee. Chocolate croissant or eclair is a much with coffee.

The very ambiance and the food presentation takes me straight into bistros of italy. The pasta made here is perfect and very authentic Italian taste, presentation is at par with any five star hotels. Coffee served is one of the best. Service needs to be a bit better matching to food.

The food is decent, the service was slow maybe it was because of Sunday but they had a lot of staff so it seemed a little unusual. They have a good variety of vegetarian options. The pasta was a 7.5/10, the garlic bread that comes along was too soft so a 3,10 but the Caesar salad made up by being a 11! The pastries are undoubtedly over the budget but they are to die for:)

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this charming cafe and bakery shop, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from the moment I walked in. Food quality and taste are pretty amazing. Hygiene standards are high, so that's a plus point. Recommended items: Grilled veggies sandwich Sphaggeti with butter chilli emulsion Cafe Mocha Paul Iced Mocha Tiramisu Located inside the beautiful Ambience Mall, parking won't be a hassle here.
