The experience and service were good. Staff is nice. The missing one star goes to one dish which we had to sent back for replacement as the same was not cooked properly.

Ambience is great- extremely large place with polite yet slow service.
There are two meal options offered- regular and buffet. The latter is highly recommended not only because it's relatively cheaper but because the starters are way better than the main course.
The starters offered here are pretty generic but they work. The veg starters include Pineapple, mushroom, paneer tikka, baby corn, crispy corn, chilly paneer,etc.
However, the main course was a major let down. I tried Dal makhani with rice. The Dal makhani was very watery, there was no real taste of Dal makhani. I was already full with the starters, so didn't try any other main course item. The desserts were pretty good.
It was my first experience at BBQ Factory and It was fab. All the staff members were so polite in nature and Food was too delicious especially snacks. Very calm and comfortable place to Dine in with your Family and Friends. Excellent Services, Food, Place and maintenance. If anyone think of a Good Buffet with Best Price and Best Services, go for it.
BBQ Factory is the most ultimate destination to go to if you are craving delectable barbeques food. The variety of the appetizers, as well as the main course, left us astounded. The appetizers, in general, were really tasty especially the spicy chicken wings and the barbequed pineapple. Apart from these we also loved the prawns, chicken tikka, fried corns, and the dahi ke kebab. The main course was equally delightful. They had a varied cuisine consisting of the ChineseΒ cuisine, north Indian cuisine and a mixed proportion of the street food as well.

Woaaa the food was so good . So I had some guests coming and wanted to order something which was filling and tasty , then I decided to try out BBQ Factory. I ordered a Mix veg, Paneer lababdar , daal makhni.
Mix veg : It was very tasty. It had very vegetable which one can find in mix veg . It was semi solid and wasn't dry, which I liked the most . Along with this it came in good quantity and serves around 4 people properly.
Daal makhni: creamy texture and heavy it was both what an ideal daal makhni has. It was indeed very tasty too. And quite filling also.
Paneer lababdar: planner lababdar lead the showstopper. It was creamy and flavour full at the same time . It had bug fixes of paneer. Also the quantity was generous.
All the three things I ordered were very tatsy, very filling and would love to order from this place again. Kudos!
If you have a tight budget and have to throw a lunch or dinner party, this is the place for you. At Rs 499 (taxes inclusive), their buffet is probably the most value for money deal you can get at a prime location in Gurgaon. But there is a catch..it includes salads, chaats, soups, main course and deserts sans the starters. The main course menu includes a wide variety of dishes with at least one mutton, chicken & fish preparation plus a host of other vegetarian dishes. Their biryani, noodles and mutton curry are usually good. The deserts are the usual fare you will find in any buffet. The place has a nice ambience and there is ample parking space in front of the complex even during peak hours.

Ambience was great. We had just been there for a Friday night dinner treat of one of our friends and the overall experience was amazing. This place is crowded even on a weekday, so we had to book a table for 5. The expansion of buffet is awesome..the starter part the options are lovely. The service is top notch with the waiters always attentive and giving you special attention.
Had an enthralling experiencs at the BBq factory. Was totally spellbound by their varuety, quality and hospitality. Their buffet had utmost varieties and is totally jampacked every evening.

Went today with family really loved the place, food was great and good hospitality, they have very different buffet packages they call it grande and titanic. We settled for titanic. Really loved churasko pineapples , paneer tikka, in non veg starter fish, chicken tikka, mutton seekh,was my favourite. Was so stuffed that unable to had main course even though had non veg biryani it was delicious. And last we had desserts loved pastry, mud pudding, kheer was ok but loved fruit custard. Also not to forget they also have golgappas.....very nice experience, will love to visit again

This place located in Gurgaon sector 53 , they offer a non veg buffet for rs 999 wherein they offer great variety of snacks like 4 types of chicken , prawns ,2 types of fish whereas in main course they offer 7-8 dishes including veg and non veg. As far as the variety is concerned , it was very satisfactory. They also had a separate section of chaat which included gol gappe , chat papdi. The desserts were truly toothsome. This place is something, checked in here for a birthday celebration plus I got a fabulous deal on nearbuy for their buffet. So buffet was a big one 6 veg/non-veg starters, around 8 veg main course, 6 non-veg main course, 7,8 salads and 6 desserts. So the greatest thing about them is, as you enter, you find a Gol Gappe stall which is a great thing. In starters there was chicken, mutton, fish, prawns. Everything was mind blowing except prawns and not the taste I am just not a too big fan of prawns. For the main course I had mutton Korma and chicken Biryani with Garlic Naans. Biryani was amazing again and so was mutton Korma, mutton was indulged with those flavours when you cook it for hours. For the desserts Chocolate balls were something, pastries we're kinda dry so I didn't like it. Gulab jamuns were good again. You can check this place out plus if you get a deal, my recommendation would be to go for it without giving it a second thought. π
Went for a Sunday buffet lunch to BBQ Factory, Golf Course Road last week.
To start with starters, they have a variety of options in non veg starters but less in veg. My fav was the grilled pineapple in veg. In non veg the fish tikkas were good. I absolutely loved the mutton curry in the main course. Very economically priced but my only feedback is they can improve their dessert and veg starter options.

It was a wonderful time at BBQ Factory , starting from the live counters , the live grill starters served on the charcoal grill with a touch of a smokey flavour was just amazing , going on the main course it was a mix of Chinese , North Indian and much more along with different kind of salads made a great combination together , the options in desserts will again hold u to decide for gulab jamun , pastry , chocolate balls , pastry , ice cream , brownie will give a great end to your meal with a sweet delight to your taste buds.

I went to BBQ Factory for buffet lunch with one of my friends. I fell in love with the decor. I loved the ambiance. Light music was playing in background. We had scrumptious meal at this place. I loved the welcoming hospitality. First I tried golgappas at Live Chaat Counter. I made my own golgappas and really this. Then some delicious starters were served~ Paneer Tikka Haryali, Mushroom tikka, Salsa Potato, Crispy Corns, Churasco Pineapple ( Wow,, I just loved it and first time I tasted something like this). There were two types of soups, one veg, one non-veg. In the main course, there were many veg and non-veg options to choose from including 7 veg and 7 non-veg. I tried Dal Makhni, Paneer Lababdar, Independence vegetables, Navratna Pulao, Paneer Kulcha, Missi Roti. All the vegetables were cooked to perfection. I also tried Idli Sambhar. There were 8 different types of desserts including kheer, ice-creams, custard, gulab jamuns, pastry. I absolutely loved the food. I loved the presentation of buffet cuisine. I had elegant fine dining experience at this place and I am going to visit this place really soon again! The servers were polite and food was served in time.Β

However the other 2 departments make it up in a more than satisfying manner. Mr Sandeep is something who is always welcoming and comes on to keep frequent checks about what you need and at what time. He is a star. Will be recommending this to each and everyone and myself will be going there again and again!

We were personally hosted by the manager Mr.rana and he gave a little tour of the restaurant and his kitchen and told us about the food and buffet system there.
They also has live grilling system for starters for warming up the starters

Now coming to the main point..the main course...they had a wide variety of main course.
We made 2 thalis...a vegetarian thali which included dal makhni shahi paneer(the basic)
And for the non veg thali we had mutton rogun josh,chicken biriyani,and one creamy chicken dish of which i cant remember the name.
I must say the main course was the best part until we had the desert..
For desert we had rice kheer,custard,cakes,gulab jamun,chocolate fudge milk cake..

I am that kind of person who avoids buffet just because of a reason that I end up overeating and when it comes to a place like BBQ you will definitely overeat.
The quality of snacks is good they have options like salsa potato, Honey chilli potatoes, haryali paneer, chorasco pineapple and much more just for starters itself. Along with that they have the live chat counter where you can enjoy golgappe and bhalla papadi kind of items.
For drinks we ordered the Mojito and watermelon kiwi , we can count them in the list of the best drinks we had so far.
For main course we had soya makhani, dal makhni, pindi chole , fried alloo, noodles , biryani, plain rice and missi roti out of these options I liked pindi chole and missi roti the most.
The experience turned from good to great because of the staff, the service was smooth and the manager personally took our feedback about the quality of the food over the table itself which showed that he was concerned about the guests which is very good.

The staff was very courteous. A frn of mine suggested this restaurant for buffet. By the tym we reached buffet tym was over. We ordered kadhai chicken, roasted chicken and a watermelon moctail to go with. No doubt the food was very good. Would like to visit again and try their buffet cuisines.

I was there for buffet dinner last week, which started with some chaat which had gol gappe, papri chaat and some idli sambar.
For the starters they had live table grill, for which they served paneer tikka it was soft and marinated well, mushroom tikka, the size was very small and marination was also less, cajun spiced potato, these were good enough, crispy corn, this was the best of all super crispy and tasty, soya chaap, it was very hard to cut.
For the mains, I tried dal makhni, it was creamy thick and tasty
Kadhai Paneer, the paneer was soft but the gravy had less flavours as per my taste.
Noodles were perfect and well cooked.
For the dessert I tried the gulab jamun it was soft and good but was not hot.
Food was good along with well behaved staff.. The major problem here is that they took 30mins to deliver each product and we actually took 2hrs to finish our lunch.. Really long waiting time
Wonderful place and great food, great ambience. Would love to visit again. They also have dilli ki chatore section where you can prepare chat papri for yourself. They offer you golgappas, bhalla papri, idli, wada sambhar in this section.

I was in Gurgaon a few days back near Vatika City with few friends & we were looking for a place to have dinner & that's how we went to this place as it was a Zomato Gold Partner restaurant as well. This place has both Ala Cart & Buffet system, but we thought to stick with Ala Cart as we found the buffet system expensive compared to options available. We ordered Chicken Tikka in starters & literally taste good. Things after that seem to wrong. I had to get my Lemonade change twice, once due to the too much excess of salt & another time I found a piece of plastic in my drink. In main course we ordered Handi Murgh & Bhuna Ghost followed with Garlic Naan. The bread were soft & I can say I had one of the best mutton in some recent times but when it comes to Chicken, it was a waste every single penny. As we gave our feedback we were being provided with Gulab Jamun as complimentary.

I tried veg only, so in starter I ate BBQ special tikki with butter, fried corns, complimentary drink, tikkas of paneer & vegs & fruits that was heating in front of us on the table itself. Then in buffet tried dal makhni with naan & rice, food was ok but less spicy and also chowmein. At the end I tried desserts small piece of pastry that was not very fresh, moong ki dal ka halwa which was good, choco pudding was yummy, pineapple pie was ok.
Usually places offering barbeque based buffets are quite noisy, however bbq factory was way more better and quite. Starters and desserts were quite comparable though not better than barbeque nation. Panner tikka had a touch of ajwain which was a delighter for me, something different from usual panner tikkas served every where around. Crispy corn, grilled pineapple, chilly panner, mashrooms were cooked and spiced just right. In the mains dal makhani and palak corn was better in taste than it looked like, maybe presentation could have been better. I could not dare to taste rest of the mains, was already feeling full. Desserts were delicious - fruit custard, chocolate balls, phirni, brownie, gulab jaamun, agra petha. Ambience and music could have been way better. Overall a nice place to enjoy food if you don't care much about ambience.

I love eating non veg and the chef cooked Tawa Mutton for me. Nothing to describe the super taste of the gravy and mouth watering mutton pieces.
