Had ordered lotus stem soup, schezwan chicken, black bean vegetables with tofu in noodles & kung pao chicken with egg fried rice. All the dishes tasted good but portion size was a little below expectations.
The ambience & seating was fine and overall a safisfying experince.
Food was very delicious.
The quantity was lovely.
But the best part was the staff (Chandan Mehta).
He was so courteous and served us with such pleasure, it was enjoyable.

I have lost count of the number of times I have been here. The thing to note though, is that this place never disappoints.
The food is great, made just right and they will customise it any way you ask. I especially love the rice bowls, though dimsums, spring rolls, noodles, are great too.
They service is very quick and that makes it perfect for office breaks - sumptuous food and you can reach your meeting in time. The decor is relaxed and fun. The wait staff is quick to help and ever smiling.

I think it was my 4th visit to this amazing place. I have realized, recently, that people have been positing bad reviews about the staff in Shophouse. In my 4 visits, I have never experienced such behavior from any of their staff. They are very polite, helpful and well-mannered.
Coming to the food, I have tried there bowls, dimsum, and sushi. Everything was amazing. I would definitely recommend you to try The DIY bowls and salmon sushi.
Everything was super fresh and hygienic. And it's a open kitchen setup, so you can definitely see how the chefs work inside. They really care about your expectations and always give there best.

Definitely one of the best places I have been to in Gurgaon. Love the food from sushi to hot stone bowls to dimsums - the chef knows his art and the palate of his guests very well. The owners are a great joy to interact with and I am definitely coming here again.
I think this place is one of those few places where you can walk in blindly knowing that no matter what your order, it won’t disappoint you. Be it friends, family or colleagues I recommend this place for their sushi and the delectable hot stone bowls. Kind staff and a plethora of options makes this place a must visit. Anything we ordered was perfectly cooked, smelled and tasted brilliant. We ordered the sushi platter and it was quite nice. Post that we called for three bowls and all in all it was really nice! The guy servicing us (Chandan) was quite enthusiastic and helped make the experience even better.

It’s quite different than the usual Kylin’s. The menu is pretty decent with Healthy Food as a theme. The seafood is absolutely amazing. Both indoor and outdoor seating is comfortable.
The service was good and everyone knew the menu pretty well to help out the first timers.
Shophouse by Kylin located in One Horizon Centre truly lives to the Kylin benefaction. The staff is courteous and helps you with good suggestions in the menu. They serve some yummy soups. Apart from that tried Pan fried noodles/vegetables with garlic sauce which was really nice. In mocktails, Italian Smooch has a nice tangy flavour. Overall a cute place to catch up with friends and try the Asian cuisine.
I visited this place Asian place for dinner. It is a small cost place in Gurgaon. I ordered massamman lamb curry and orange lemon Kaffir. The beverage was tangy and the lamb was cooked really well.
Great food and a wonderful experience overall. Gourmet meal bowls are a must try. Loved the chicken pad thai noodle bowl. Basil prawns and prawn tempura are both exquisite.
I loved the preparations here...its presentable, spicy and flavourful.. specifically i loved the sushi & pad thai noodles. Though Serving quantity was a little less for a dish..but taste is amazing... Would love to come back!!

I must say it carries on the Kylin legacy.
Bowls 🥣 is the key offering here. Apart from classic bowls you can also make your own bowl which i thing is amazing.
This place surpass all the basic hygiene such as taste presentation, hygiene etc. The only thing i felt is that the prices were on the higher side. But then, it has a direct relation with area as well.
Overall, a decent experience. Would definitely visit the place again.

Visited Shophouse by Kylin on my last visit to One Horizon. The ambience was awesome, and the staff hospitable.
We ordered the Ginger-cucumber cooler to start. The Som-Tam (Raw Papaya) salad was really good. Perfect amount of sweetness and chilli.
We also ordered the Tempura Asparagus & Philadelphia Sushi roll. Couldn’t find any fault. For mains we ordered the Stone bowl with tofu in chilli basil sauce in sticky rice.
It was good, nothing I would order a second time.
I’d go with a 4/5 for Shophouse.
Finally found a place where I could find beer cocktails. Being a beer lover I am always on a lookout for places that can serve me different beers or beer in different form. The Wheat Beer Sangria was refreshing and sweet just the way I enjoy beer. Loved it!
Loved the food, it was so tasty and authentic. You can taste all the flavours in the dishes. The service was pretty great, they explained the dishes as well.

Went to this little joint yesterday as they were the only outlet which were playing music outside at around 6pm. I chose to sit outside in front of the mist fan to enjoy my chilled beer and mouthwatering shophouse special roll. Oh my what a delight. One of the best veg sushi I have ever tried. Tempura veg topped with fried spinach flakes.
My server was Naveen who had such a pleasing and welcoming smile at all times and I also had a long chat with their General Manager Samarth Singhal.
He convinced me to try the shophouse special and in turn changed my opinion about veg sushi. A genuinely interesting person with so much of experience around the world. He made me feel so comfortable and his team made sure I had a pleasant evening.
I usually dont write reviews but this was one of the best experiences with veg sushi

Authentic Japanese food. Excellent atmosphere and very good service. Very polite staff members. One of the best sushi I ever had. Ramen bowl is worth trying.
So this place is the best. Each time. Whether I go on my own or I recommend it to a friend I am never let down. The DIY bowls are insane. Each time. Brilliant quality and great service. The dimsums. The a la carte menu all of it. No matter how many times you go you will never get bored. The other thing I noticed. The beer they serve is perfect temperature. I have been to so many places and had so much beer but at kylin, its the only place you can be assured of the best each time. The drunken sauce, the yellow curry prawn dimsums, the rice...all of it. Have to keep coming back. Haven't clicked many pics though coz you just eat as soon as the food arrives. Next time !!

Fantastic food! Ordered 2 bowls - Fried rice with black bean veg and Korean chicken with sticky rice. Both turned out to be superb. The quantity is perfect and light on the pocket. Will surely visit again for the DIY bowls.

I visited shophouse by kylin on a busy Friday night and I was lucky to get a table as someone cancelled their booking at the last minute. So clearly, the luck was on our side.
We requested to be seated in the outside area as the weather was very pleasant. They have a dimsum festival going on where you get to choose any soup/beverage + 2 portions of mouth watering dimsums + dessert @699.
We chose a hot and sour chicken soup with prawn water chestnut dimsums in yellow curry and spicy chicken dimsum in Sichuan chilli oil.
Both the soup and dimsums were a treat to our pallet.
We got told that all the dimsums are made in house fresh everyday.
We ended our quick meal with a chocolate mousse which could have been better but the desserts are outsourced. However, I had expected something better as the meal was superb.
It’s a must recommended place for all dimsums and sushi lovers.

Food-9/10 (dessert could be better)
Service- 10/10 all the staff was very polite and courteous although the restaurant was super busy.
Ambience- 8/10 as there were some mosquitos in the outside seating. However, we chose to sit outdoors.
All in all a great experience. Can’t wait to go back and try their other options.

After a strong urge to have Asian food we planned to visit this outlet at one horizon gurgaon. We booked table through Easydiner as they were offering 25% discount on food and soft drinks.they had inside n outdoor area. We decided to sit outside. And were assisted by manager for table.

Food was good with an authentic taste. But khousey was served premixed which was good if served separate with all the condiments.overall experience was good except delay in food.

We were a group of 5 who visited this place last evening. From turning me into a sushi lover from an I-cant-have-sushi-ever person, the place didn't just stop to surprise our taste buds there. We'd tried the following dishes.
shophouse special sushi: the sushi that absolutely won our heart
Green roll with cheese and pistachio: skipable
Hawaiian roll with prawn and avacado: must have for prawn lovers
Chicken chilli dimsums with Sichuan chilli oil : way too spicy for my palate but definitely a shot for someone who likes spicy food
Veg wonton in fiery Sichuan chilli :
Black bean veg with Hakka noodles : realllllly reallly nice
Veg hot stone bowl with hot basil sauce: now these hot stone bowls are their speciality, and the veg one was a sure winner at that. We had the chicken one too.
Veg sriracha ramen : was a dish we ordered for an accompanying kiddo but all of us ended up having more than him.
12 beers and a hot and sour veg soup
With a 10/10 service, the hit on the pocket was close to 12k but it was an absolutely delightful meal with the most perfect ambience. We saw the manager make all efforts to ensure everyone has a lovely dining experience. Strongly recommend reservations though.

Went here for a Sunday brunch and boy, it was worth it! We ordered a Penang Curry, Korean Chicken, Chilli Dimsums (Pork), Lamb with Rice and Chicken ramen. The food is indeed as delicious as it looks, probably more. It was served piping hot with fresh veggies. Overall very flavourful and wholesome food. The lamb was my favourite, super crispy and spicy. Friendly staff and quick service as well. I'd totally recommend this place to all Chinese and oriental lovers and visit again myself.
My favourite here is their meal bowls. A good variety catering to both vegetarian and non vegetarian tastes. The only setback is their pricing, else I would love to go here regularly.
One of the best places for Chinese meal bowls. I ordered a hot stone bowl with chicken noodles and chili garlic sauce and the Hong Kong noodles vegetable bowl. It was a little too filing for two people, the bowl is quite heavy for one person. I would recommend ordering a bowl along with a starter if you are there with just one person.
Both the dishes were mouth watering, but my preference would be the hot stone bowl.
The staff was polite and courteous, the service was quick and at the end of it, we were full, as opposed to some of the pretentious food outlets out there in One Horizon Centre where you end up burning a hole in your pocket and still feel like you haven’t had enough.
Situated right in the corner of one horizon’s daunting structure, shophouse is a burst of flavours and experiences, the staff, echoing the feel and decor of the restaurant, is friendly and warm. The food is a culinary delight and the food bowls are to die for. I would suggest sticking to sticky rice (no pun intended) as it really brings out the flavour. A must visit for everyone and for every occasion.
It happened to be a national holiday and we found this nice n cozy Japanese n Thai outlet on the horizon centre. This place had a nice theme of orange and a simple n subtle decor. Loved the all ceramic utensil including the glass. The staff was very courteous and helped us to decide the dishes. We ordered:
1. Veg philadelphia Sushi roll- Good n simple,cheesy with crunch of the veggies packed inside, served with some amazing wasabi sauce, soy sauce and pickled ginger.
2. Kung pao chicken with egg fried rice- this was an awesome bowl of rice n chicken prep. Amazingly tasty and had a balanced flavours.
3. Roasted garlic veggies- healthy and simple rice bowl with lots of veggies.
This is a highly recommended place for people who are conscious for health as they use negligible amount of oil.
Really a nice treat to be here. My winner of the evening would be definitely the kung pao chicken n rice bowl.
I will keep it short, the place is amazing and food is fabulous. And, "Kung Pao Chicken with Egg Fried Rice" is a must. Don't forget to order a Jasmine tea pot or you can always order a wine.
We recently visited Shophouse by Kylin for my dad’s birthday and had a wonderful experience, thanks to Mr. Chandan Mehta. Mr. Chandan went out of his way to make our experience more special by personally serving us and taking note of the specifications of our dishes. A smiling face and courteous manner goes a long way in making a customer’s experience memorable, and Mr. Chandan’s behaviour was exemplary!

This place is an absolute favorite. The Sushi is amazing probably the best around town! My favorites are the Spicy Salmon Sushi. Highly Recommend!
What am awesome experience.... some of the most friendly and attentive staff I have ever come across. We had the sangria (red and white ... and I can't figure out which one I liked better). There pork ribs melted in my mouth ... the food was delicious. I will be back.
The food here is delicious and not too heavy either. The service is quite efficient. The staff was very courteous, especially the waiter who was attending to our table, Chandan.
We ordered the DIY bowl and the Teppan grilled Korean chicken. Both were awesome. They have an outside seating arrangement too which is nice if the weather is good. We got complimentary jasmine tea. We didn't order the sushi but by the look of it on other tables, they seemed delicious too. All in all a great experience.

Buddha Bowl is a must try here; this is quite different and tasty to an ultimate extent.
The food quality is too good. They have an outdoor seating as well. Staff is courteous and quite amiable.
It is however a little expensive but there is a 1+1 offer on main course on the gourmet passport which would be helpful in the bill.
Tried this new hot stone bowl as recommended by the manager. I must say this was the best thing i've tasted so far. We tried the chilli garlic sauce and there are other options as well. Must try for all
I visited Shophouse with a group friends on a busy lunch. There was no space available to sit but the manager “Samarth” was very courteous to take our order while the table became available. We had to wait for 15-20 minutes for the table but our food came piping hot as soon as we got a table. Everything tasted amazing and the sushi was out of the world. The staff is very polite n courteous. Although the restaurant was buzzing but the staff looked cheerful and motivated.
Only downside was that the mocktails didn’t taste the same second time. I believe someone else made it the second time but it was rectified on request.
Looking forward for another visit. Also, they should start some discount schemes for corporates.

Ordered for:
Veg Tom Yum Thai Soup: Just so comforting and super delicious. The lemon grass was so fresh.
Raw Papaya Salad: I literally licked my plate and the bowl in which it came. I recently got back from Thailand and was missing the fresh thai food I ate there. This reminded me of that. The salad was just impeccable. Nothing was wrong and everything was in balance. Loved it. Clearly the best dish on table.
Veg dim sums with spinach were ok too. I thought their taste got lost because of salad and soup but nevertheless weren't bad at all.
Their menu has many more options like sushi, bowls, mains etc but thats for next time saw e were in a hurry.
All of above was approx for Rs 1000. Thats good value for money I say.

I went to Shophouse for a quick meal with a friend. I loved the dim sums and sushi platter. I got told that they are doing a sushi/sake festival starting next week. Can’t wait for that to start. Love the prompt service and attention by the management and the team.

There is nothing not to like about this place. Great authentic food that is simple, fresh, and healthy. On the taste side some might find it a tad bland but the staff is more than helpful in trying to customise the spices as per your requirement. My favourite go to place for both business and pleasure.
We celebrated our son’s birthday here and had a gala time. They have a nice outdoor secluded setting and its an ideal setting for a small gathering. The manager, Samarth, and hosts Prakash and Mohit were amazing. The staff helped us in decorating the place and everyone available came and assisted us. The enthusiasm was easily visible, and that’s something you cant fake. The food was delicious. We ordered Honey chilli potato, veg dimsums, basil chicken and multiple meal bowls. All of them exceeded expectations. Everyone in the family had a wonderful time, thanks to the staff who were always around.
Its a nice little place among the fancy restaurants in the One horizon Centre courtyard. Has a very chilled out and buzzing vibe. Its a bit crowded but comfortable. The only Chinese option there though but does full justice to it.
Everything we ordered was delicious and served super hot which makes the dish even better.

Pan fried steam dimsums - both veg and non veg were good. The filling was super tasty though i feel
they could be a bit more moist.
The variety of bowls they offer is amazing , really liked the concept too. The serving is quite large can be easily shared by 2 pax if you have had appetizers as well. My fav is Kung Pao Chicken with egg fried rice. Definitely a winner.

A friend decided to host a birthday party for his son at Shophouse by kylin. They have a small private area at the back which can be used for private parties. Surprise, surpise! We had no idea. It was a nice cosy area with ample of lighting, cooler and a LED. There was a range of starters ordered, mostly vegetarian and all were fresh and piping hot. The staff mohit and Prakash were very professional and polite and made all the guests feel welcomed and at home. I would rate this place 5* for the service and 4* for food as the other Kylin’s have more options.
The manager kept making sure that all the guest were enjoying the food and there was enough to go around. Looking forward for another visit soon.
Always good for a quick bite. In a crowded place, you will always find seating here. Not because it isn't well visited, but because they turn around really quick. Cuisine is Pan Asian but a limited menu, not that i am complaining. Sushi, Dimsums, Soup, bowls. Flavours are good and service is too.
Excellent Asian food offered here. Place little cramped but still the ambience is refreshing. One can try variety of authentic Asian cuisine with popular dishes from Indonesia, Japan, Thai and even Viet.
Really good place in the midst of the beautiful horizon center in Gurgaon. The hot and sour is to die for. The dimsums were very different and delicious. Know suey and kung pai chicken was decent
The food in Shophouse is super exotic and I strongly recommend it for foodies! The food here makes me go speechless and it gets better every time! A must try, you won't regret it !

Excellent Japanese/Korean food. The waiters are well taught about all the dishes on the menu, which is good. That being said, the restaurant is a bit cramped and the prices are a touch too high, but overall the experience is a nice. I especially liked the Kimchi here.
An excellent family lunch with my younger son who turned 16. Great staff, very well prepared dishes and on knowing that it was my sons birthday the person in charge got a dessert and wished him. My son thought the staff was awesome :)
Great food. Japanese cuisine. Excellent service. You might have coverage issues depending on your operator so if you plan to make the payment via your smartphone there could be a problem.
