#ThePllazioHotel #Gurugram........ Great location, just at the corner before entering the famous sector 29 of Gurugram. The team at the entrance is all geared up to ensure that guests enter the hotel by properly sanitizing the hands, wearing masks and then checking the temperature. Utmost precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of the guests due to the pendemic, although it's been quite under control now. We checked in here at Aster Suite. Highly impressed by the classy decent decor, the spacious rooms, each n everything is been painstakingly chosen to match the color combination. Beautiful paintings, the artefacts, lamps, even the TV screen has a frame around to match the decor, the wooden almirah n the furniture gives a classic look. It is a boutique eighty plus keys hotel with luxury at it's best. Crossing the bright beautiful lobby, there is the multicuisine resturant Melange which is again artistically done up. The Chefs here are quite creative, keep on trying some fusion dishes. Started the dinner with lipsmaking fusion staters with cocktail made with vodka, guava juice,.... Starters......Stuffed Lamb Gujiya....soft delicious stuffed Lamb in the shape of Gujiya, Banana leaf basil Fish, Golden Crispy Prawns..... awesome crispy prawns were too good, Thai Rock Fish...fish done in Thai style. Subz Galauti n  Saffron Parantha.....too soft, delicate to handle, just melted in mouth. Stirr fried Beans. All starters were beautifully plated in different styles of platters. Duet Melon Feta Roll and Marble Cheese Terrine Hazelnut shoot were the salads before the main course. Although we were already full, yet the team insisted to go for the main course too. Just tasted the Bhuna Gosht, Dal tadka with Rice n Paneer longlata, and lastly the famous seasonal Sarson ka Saag n Makki ki Roti. Had the dessert after half an hour or so to give full justice to the mouthwatering delicacies......Bulls eye, Choco Sachere, Fruit Paccos, Gulabi Kheer n Chumchum. Had a heavy dinner, so the next morning breakfast we had, very light....just a sandwich n a poori bhaji. The owner of the hotel is Mr Varinder Sahni, highly praised by the team Pllazio. The team is looked after well, that's why most of the employees are here for long. Exec Chef Uday Barua, Restaurant Manager Omkar, Chef Dinesh Sharma. Fabulous staycation when everything is in order. Perfect fine dining experience if you're looking for a very quiet and sophisticated restaurant in Gurgaon. Perfect 5 for the food. Must haves - Dahi ke Sholey Penne Pasta in Alfredo Sauce Subz Galouti with Parantha Service is top notch. Warm and courteous staff! Ambience is good, could have been a bit more lavish, considering that it's part of the Plazzio Hotel.

This place serves you the combination of good food (i am vegetarian so only veg recommendation) + lavish and royal ambience + dedicated service. I am surprised as to why there have been so less reviews of this restaurant. I would recommend this to anyone who likes to have a family meal with soothing music.
