I had ordered a flat white and a cortado today. Although the cortado was filled up, the flat white cup was half full. I have ordered from blue tokai for the first time and am not sure if this is how flat whites are served. Moreover, micro foam as mentioned in the description in the menu was missing. I did call them up, however, it was not picked up. I have given feedback to zomato though. I have recently forayed into coffee and decided to give blue tokai a try. After this experience, I am thinking of making coffee at home and order beans from such places instead.
Edit: I received a call from them and received a satisying clarification. I confused cortado with flat white since the lids with the names were interchanged and cortado is supposed to be of that quantity. Changing the rating from 1 to 4.

I am a regular here and the reason why I am a regular or anyone who is regular here is the ambiance they offer - this is a kind of place where you can silently sit for hours and yet wouldn't feel like leaving. And of course, they do make taste-bud-satisfying Americano and buffalo mozzarella sandwich - my personal favorites. Thumbs up! Sharing some of the pics from my previous visits (although, I do not have pictures of my favorites).
When you enter the place the crowd is good enough to cheer you up. Food is an addition to it. The only thing I hate is limited seating and the waiting. Surprisingly never drank their coffee, only ate their food. On a to-do list for my next visit
I really enjoy this space, although it gets a bit crowded sometimes. The coffee here is amazing and always consistently good. The food is ok—the croissants could be much better and you could def have chocolate croissants on the menu!

Great place to have an amazing cup of coffee and treating your sweet tooth with some heavenly croissants. I have tried peppermint mocha, it is really good until you reach at the bottom of the cup. There are chunks of peppermint chocolate or something which everyone doesn't like. The variety of croissants is what mesmerized me this time. I tried strawberry and walnut croissant and blueberry cheesecake croissant, and I must say they prepare is pretty well. The creamy fruity filling with the crunchy shell and that too with the perfect amount of sweetness is beyond words. Really loved the croissants.

This was the first Blue Tokai I ever went to and this is what made me fall in love with:
1. The smell of their coffee in the entire bookstore
2. The absolutely stunning blue cups and plates
3. The dark chocolate sea salt cruffin (which I've only had 3-4 times till now because it's always sold out)
4. The croissant with mozzarella cheese and tomato
This is definitely a must try if you love good coffee and great accompaniments.

Great cafe for work, chit chat and business meetings. Forget CCD and Barista at times and give this new chain a chance. We ordered:
a) MOCHA CHILLI CINNAMON - tried to take something new, but the experiment didn't go very well 😬😬😬😬 While coffee roasting was gud, presentation was awesome, however, the chilli taste didn't go very well. Plus, cinnamon was too less to be even felt.

This place is located inside a book shop and the usp of this place is outdoor seating. I have been to the book shop lots of times but this time I thought of trying the cafe as well.. Though it’s a coffee place, I tried some healthy options here - Citrus burst and 24 carrots. Both the juices were really nice. The service was lil slow. Overall a great cute place.
Reading books it's a kind of addiction to me but if you top it up with a small cute Coffee joint inside a bookstore then it's called Match made in heaven. Well they have very limited choice but I guess it's enough for a place like this.

Blue Tokai is a synonym for great coffee and amazing food! I have been here almost 10 times and have ordered home delivery from here quite a lot of times and each time I have been marveled with their quality of food. My favorite is the sea salt mocha and Burrata stracciatella sandwich. The consistency of the sandwich is at par and the taste of the coffee keeps me longing for more. For any coffee lover, this place is a must try.
Regular food and coffee...but the location is their USP ! They also stock sourdough bread, and such stuff in case one wants to pick fancy stuff!

It's a shared space between Baharisons bookstore and Blue Tokai Roasters with some seats out in the open and some at the end of the bookstore. And this is what I love about the place.
The bookstore is an amazing one and I really love the collection over there. Everything is well organized. At the end of the bookstore is the coffee shop. The aroma really takes your heart.
Everything there is really eye pleasing and delicious.

I have heard a lot about this place and so was very keen to explore the cafe which itself is located within a book shop(Yes, cool right?). Just like everyone described they really serve some amazing coffee here. It is a very calm and peaceful place to have conversations over a great cup of coffee. The one shortcoming is the limited seating they have here.

Been an Americano drinker for long now but tell you there flavour is amazingly good. Had a carrot cake and it was yummm and flavourfull the topping only elivated the flavour (only the topping would have been little less sweeter but still it was devinely amazing)

Made a quick stop with an overseas friend and ordered their "Tasting menu" - comprising their Americano, Piccolo Latte and a Pour over.
For my first visit, i'd say there's enough to go back and try more blends. What I tried, they are surely a better value proposition in comparison to some of the bigger names and while this particular outlet is like an extended counter in a book store, it has a charm of its own.

The whole coffee place is really pretty and one of the fanciest thing is that they have an outdoor seating too, which is perfect for a cold fuzzy winter evening & morning. You can spot their pretty glass bottles and everyone is minding their own business there and nobody will ever disturb you.
🤝The service of the whole place is really amazing and all you have to do is order your drinks from the counter only rest they will take care of it and they will not mess around with the taste. Another good seating option is near the window where you can have an connection with the outer world too.
👌🏻Being one of the good coffee places in town, I went there to try their coffee and trust me I was not regretting my decision as the espresso was really amazing that I had to order one more after finishing my previous drinks. Iced latte is really amazing, despite of me tasting it for the first time, it tasted really good. As they were bringing my orders the food was presented in a good manner.
😋 the quality can be a little less for some people but it was enough for me and the cups are really amazing, They have not at all decreased the quality of the drinks and they were all so good. If I ever just want to finish my work in peace and I know I'll get good coffee too then blindly I'll go for this place.

Coffee tasted great, although I’m not used to having cold brewed coffee and hence the texture wasn’t how I like my cold coffee. That’s just my personal choice and not a comment on how they prepared the coffee! I loved the cheese, tomato and pesto croissant and have gone back for this more than once!

I randomly visit this caffee with my wife and it was really nice or i should say different to explore .we ordered iced latte and one citrus burst juice along with three cheese croissant. The juice was cold pressed whereas coffee was freshly prepared because of which their flavours came out really nice and sandwich was also very delicious, so its 4 star from my side. Its definitely one stop choice for all coffee lovers.

Finally a place in Gurgaon that doesn’t serve colored milk in the name of coffee. Their coffee is authentic and they have roasts from all parts of the country. Do try the flat white or hot mocha if you’re around!
