I visited there with a friend after visiting lots of places which weren't doing dine in.
The place has nice ambiance and is wonderful for family meet or friendly hangout. The menu is nice, with all veg and non veg options. While we were confused with what to order, the staff person recommended us, made the selection process easy and convenient. It was a nice experience overall.
However, they didn't accept UPI payment or maybe they were having some trouble, not sure. It's very important to have contactless payment in such pandemic situation.
They have put sanitizer both inside and outside at the gate, which is a very appreciable thing.
This restaurant is located in ansal plaza Mall,after long time i went for the dinning with my office colleague,i had chicken sausage pizza and veg Tomato pizza,taste was soo awesome, service was lil bit slow,next time if i visit i would try some other pizza's
Pizza hut brand itself justifies it's worth.
Awesome variety of foods.
Specially cheese max crust pizza is awesome.

One of the best outlets of Pizza hut ever visited. Though I ordered only a Cheese garlic bread, it was one of the best I ever had and it is absolutely worth a try. Their ambience is also very lovely and completely a great place to family dine in or get together.
I am looking forward to visit more in future to this outlet again.

Here i tried "Stuffed Tandoori Pizza" and it was tooo tempting.
I am a big foodie and I just loveee pizza. Thin crust pizza, cheese burst pizza are amazing. One of the oldest restaurant chains. I strongly recommend this outlet.

Always been a big fan of Pizza Hut, I stay near ansal mall and if I can’t decide where to dine out this is my go to place. The staff is so courteous here and the food is good as usual. The show stopper for this outlet is the Belgium choc shake which is too food here.
I loved the interiors & the ambience this outlet had. Ordered the classic garlic bread - I am an absolute fan of this, along with veggie supreme pizza- Super soft, Good amount of veggies & cheese and the Belgian choco shake- This was super thick,so next time request you to present this with a thick straw rather than the normal one. It’s a real task to drink it.

Have you tasted the jalapeño cheese poppers from pizza hut? They are to die for. They Re filled with real cheese and I love them. Last month I ordered jalapeño cheese poppers ten times and went there personally one time and have these heavenly balls of cheese. After cheese max pizza, I love these poppers.

This place which I am visiting from my college days in different cities and even in different countries still never disappointed me. Even we know they have junk food; what’s the issue in trying once a while.
Pizza hut in Ansal Plaza Mall is a cozy outlet . I had been there quite a no of times . Their pizzas are delicious with loaded cheese . Coming to the special ones my personal fav is Veggie Fiesta with loaded cheese crust.
Cheesy Garlic Bread is also a must try!

Pizza Hut has been a favourite since student days. Though these days they offer amazing schemes on take away and deliveries, had a chance to dine at my favourite pizza chain after ages. Nothing really has changed. Decor, warmth, that friendly feeling and the menu. However this time ordered pasta instead of pizza. Newly launched fusilli in Spanish tomato sauce was deliciously rich though not too heavy on palate. Penne arabiatta has good amount of olives and super tasty. Both came with 2 pieces of garlic bread and piping hot.Relished both dishes. Certainly on my repeat list.
This outlet on ground floor of Ansal Plaza mall is very close to our house and have been here umpteen number of times..almost all times ordered Garlic bread exotica and veg exotica pizza with drink of our choice. And they've never failed our expectations. This time however we ordered penne pasta in arabiatta sauce and fusilli in newly launched Spanish tomato sauce. Loved both pastas. Arabiatta was low on spices and with lots of olives. Pasta cooked beautifully. And came with 2 pieces of garlic bread. Fusilli was also boiled nicely. Spanish tomato sauce was slightly cheesy in taste but not too heavy. I can surely order it again. Quantity good enough for one person. They even replaced normal garlic breads to cheesy ones at an extra cost of ₹20.
Besides staff is courteous, service quick, restaurant clean and decent seating. I like going to this place post movies..hence 4. #hereartigoes

I remember how we used to used to visit this outlet in good old college days. On a weekly basis. And 4 years since, And I never got the hang of visiting any pizza hut like that ever. My attendance of visiting Pizza Hut at least 25 times in 2012 must have been reduced to what - 4 times in 5 years till June 2017.
But then old loves die hard, they say which is what happened with this. It somehow revived. I asked my friend if we can give them a visit and she said yes, she would be happy too and we did. And we really liked it. And it has been once every fortnight since. I love love love the Cheese Max Paneer Makhani. Wow.
Service is perfect. And since, it's a chain; let's not talk about prices or menu.
The only thing that worries me a lot is that they don' prepare quarter of the options available on menu. It's always - Sir, we haven't started preparing this yet. Be it pasta, be it cracker pizza, be it appetiser. I wish they'd improve on that.
But for the taste of Pizza hut and their perfect service, I will say, Recommended.
Though pizza huts are same all across but a lot is different in service and food quality. Order a pizza, a white sauce pasta and a lime soda. I felt I could take a small nap in beet the meal, so one point less for tht.. But in the end taste is wht matters and it was good.

The pizza's were good nicely done. Soft and well cooked pizza base with mouth watering cheese on the top, topped with fresh veggies!!
The garlic bread was crisp and cheesy. In spite of being crispy it was just melting in the mouth.

The best Pizza Hut.... they always have great offers. The ambience , lighting is great .. there is party hall too...rest we all know about the taste of Pizza Hut ... yum
This Pizza hut is located on ground floor in the Ansal Plaza Mall, Palam. The seating space is limited to ground floor and interiors are in standard form with loads of reds and the classic Pizza hut bell. Seating is comfortable and service is quick. We had weekday meal for 2 combo and the quantity was sufficient. Pizza base was soft and toppings were fresh. The meal was totally value for money and overall the experience was nice. One thing I recommend from here is Ebony n Ivory dessert which is sizzling brownie with Vanilla ice cream.
Decors of this pizza hut are nicely done with wooden stairs going above from within the outlet for birthday party section
There is also a price difference in the menu here and at pizza hut ambience mall.
Food is always fresh and timely prepared
I like their concept and love to visit them again and again
They also have this red wallet points system but do not promote it now, dont know why

Nice place with ample amount of seating, went for lunch and was not disappointed. Had chicken supreme pizza, as the name suggests it was loaded with chicken and was great in taste, chilli garlic bread was crisp from the sides and soft from the middle (just perfect), chilli chicken wings were ok. Berry vanilla shake was nice but mojito blast was just awesome and refreshing.

After a very long time I went to pizza Hut and that too for my niece's birthday party.... The arrangements they did was good... The staff handled the kids well...The food was served fresh and hot...they waited patiently to dish out the pizzas and pastas properly as the kids ate away... No hurry was made...and all at a decent price.

A nicely done, two floor space with pretty great seating. When you are tired doing long hours shopping and you want to sit and catch your breath. This place has a right place of seating for you.
Been to this place like a lotttt. The food is good :). When your get your pizza on red hot pan, what else can you accept more. I really like their masala lemonade. Just mussst try. The service is pretty slow. The ambience is okay.

I've been to pizza hut twice n both the times (maybe because of my little knowledge of the tastes in their menu) I was disappointed by their pizzas. However the mocktails and the sides are really tasty with a special mention to garlic bread.
Talking about this outlet, their sitting plan is really well. The staff was friendly too.
Use to hangout at this PH junction during college days almost every month... Even once won some PH contest on fb and had free piAa here... Most PH don't have restaurant type arrangement.. But this one has... And the staff member are courteous as well.. delivers well on time and even serve too... Saxophone tones were played back then which mesmerizes me a lot... Even got a free complimentary ice cream or muffin.. Don't remember exactly on one of my frnd bday... Whenever I am on that way... Which I m not very often.. But whenever I am.. It is surely the PH junction which I never miss

Has been quite a while since I have had a meal in Pizza Hut, never quite liked it (just the pizza part), compared to domino's. (sorry to all pizaa hut lovers if I have hurt your feelings, have my reasons though)Domino's being the 1st and only outlet around, when we used to study in Greater Noida. It somehow has managed to remain in my blood till date. :)
So, the order was asked by someone else and I was just an eater yesterday, although poked my nose in the choice of soup. Meal for 2 or something was asked.
- Garlic bread exotica - put 2 olives in a meal and call it exotic but I have been seeing this for a decade now.
So, call it exotic or erotic .. hardly matters duh !!
- Hut fresh chicken - Very nice clear soup. It could have been much better with just the soup and garlic bread.
- Triple chicken (something like this) - *Warning* - it had green chillies (hari mirchi) .. Please do not even try to go near it, should be banned. :D
Too much food, so I kinda backed out after the first 2.
Might be going again to any pizza hut only if I am dragged like this or plain 'aiwain'.

The service is little slow and waiters don't show up on time. You might need to wait or call them.
The new peppy peach beaker is good. Sorry didn't click the pics but its good and new concept of tubes in pizza hut. The pizzas were good. Garlic bread was also fresh and yummy. Wedges will little less in quantity ...rest everything is good about this place.
Yesterday night the ansal plaza, gurgaon mall was full. No seats available in any restaurants. Last choice was pizza hut. After waiting 10 minutes we ordered the food. Starting with Belgian coffee shake, apple flavoured mojito we also ordered tangy chicken pasta, Turkish pan pizza. The garden fresh salad was simply outstanding. Worth trying.

This is by faar the best pizza hut not just in gurgaon but entire NCR .i am a huge pizza hut fanatic but didnt find the quality since moving back from canada Until i hit this place . tried and tested several times their quality hasnt dipped one bit . the ambience is good and the staff is very polite and humble ! service is also top notch . i wish all the pizza huts in gurgaon were like this one !! keep it up guys !!

Its one of the outlet which is near to my place and its good be here again and again. Situated in the entrance of ansal plaza this outlet have good ambiance. Been here many times in my 4 year of stay in gurgaon, and never come out disappointed. USP of this place is its sitting area , well equipped with space. Service is better than many good restaurants. What they deliver is good,fresh and well cooked.
Recommend this place for nice evening outing if you really dont want to catch a very high end food place.

I was in belief that these outlet maintain their consistancy but I think I was wrong.I have visit this place many time, I found they lack in consistency. sometime they serve very good pizza justifying there name but sometime they ruined it. Staff is very helpful and always gives a warm welcome. Overall verdict is 4
Pizza huts are all the same, consistent menu, consistent food and consistent service. What sets you apart is how well the outlet is managed and how well is the staff trained.
While this outlet ticks all boxes, staff is a little rude especially with kids. I have experienced this when we have visited this place to attend birthday parties organized by others. The party area dedicated at the first floor is very crammed and not sufficient for any gathering larger than 15 people.
The seating at the ground floor is good, spacious and the food served is just fine.
One can dine in or order from them but I have not had very good experiences with pizza hut delivery (hot dot concept is very elusive).
Good place to eat because of the brand and consistent food.
THE BEST outlet in gurgaon...yeah all caps to stress on that,a superb combo of service,ambience,hygiene,quality but just falls short due to its soaring prices,burns a hole in ur pocket!,try magic pans,chicken wings,desserts...everythings great ;-)

I didn't remember the Day/Month/Year when I visited this place. I think it will be somewhere around 2.5 Years [ :) ] but I still recall that this was a nice place. Imagine, how good it was that it still remain in my mind.
The only thing differ in Pizza Hut outlets is a bit of Hospitality, the behaviour of the staff and the way you are treated and feel comfortable. So this place will give you all of them.
Do visit if you are a Pizza Hut's Pizza Lover and give it a try.
I have been to many Pizza Hut outlets, but what was unique about this place was the way the employees attended us.
If we talk about the taste of the food, there is nothing much to boast about, as the taste was usual, which is served in other Pizza Hut outlets too.
Ambiance was though, very good. I liked the different types of seating arrangements in this outlet. Couples will be in for a treat, as the lighting there was dim !! :-D
One thing, I have to mention here. There was one employee who attended us. He is Mr.Kundan. After we had the meals, he came up with the bill which had a sweet message in the back of it. I am attaching it. Please find the attachment. It was really very pleasing and we loved it. Thanks Kundan.

There was an offer going on 'Buy one get One' on medium pan pizza's so we went for the same.
We ordered Veggie Delight & Paneer Tandoori. So with the offer applied we got 4 Medium Pizzas at the price of 2.
I didn't liked the paneer one where as the other one was very good.
Also ordered Cream of Mushroom Soup. Good in taste.
For drinks we decided to go with their newly launched lemonade with Aam flavour (I dnt remember the exact name)
The drink was very spicy. Had jalapeño & green chillies in it. It wasn't enjoyable & gave strong burning sensation in throat. Not recommended.. Go for simple lemonade only...

Now when we talk about their Pizza's , they are surely ahead of their competitors ( Dominos ) . I specifically like their newly launched So Cheesy Pizza as i am a big time cheese lover.
But when we talk about Salads n Pasta , they are just OK . We had Pasta Mint Salad and Caesar Salad , both were ordinary. Tried all Available Pasta in different visits and all of then are 2.5 /5.
Overall it is a nice place to satisfy your taste buds, n i will keep visiting them for their Garlic Breads n Pizza's . :)

PHD is one of my most regular delivery places...I think I probably get food from here at least 3-4 times a month. With a young kid who loves pizza, that shouldn't be too surprising I guess.
We have a standard deal - the Family Fun meal with 2 pizzas, garlic bread and 2 desserts. Earlier it used to include 2 Pepsi bottles also, but these days you have to pay a extra for this.
Our pizzas usually include a Pepperoni on Mia base and one of the Chicken pizzas on a Pan base. The reason for the Mia base is that you get a lot more Pepperoni on your Pizza due to the diameter being bigger!
Definitely value for money too, as the bill is usually around 800-900 bucks and 3 Adults and a kid are more than satisfied with the meal.
The food is amazingly consistent in quality, and about 90% of the time reaches us within 30 minutes. Occasionally it's taken a bit longer, but the moment I call PHD to find out the status, the door bell rings and the delivery guy is standing there!
The delivery guys are also well trained and polite, which is a big difference from some of the other big chains.
One area where PHD has gone down a bit is the order taking experience. Used to be that my call would be picked up by a person within 2 rings, and my order would be placed in another 3-4 minutes! Now days it goes to an IVR and the agents seem to be a bit confused. I wonder if they have recently changed Call Center vendors...if so, they need to be told to pull up their socks. In fact last time my call was diverted directly to the Sector 4 outlet, which is not the usual delivery outlet, and the guys there did not even have my details on record!
Still the pizzas are much better than Dominos or Papa Johns, so PHD will continue to get my custom!

Pizza hut at Ansal Plaza, Palam Vihar is one of the good Pizza huts in Gurugram. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 because of its slow service. Except that all the things are fine here. They also have a separate place for birthday parties. They have a TV on a very odd location from there only 2 tables can watch the matches. Nice ambience though.
Yesterday night visited Ansal plaza mall...with family for dinner....food was amazing nd service as well....
Nicely prepared pizza though the mall had shut down the eatery allowed us to dine and finish our meal comfortably did not make us feel we had to rush through the meal.
Overall Good experience....pizza was amazing nd service....

I love it’s pizza compared to dominos. And Pizza Hut has the most amazing cheese garlic breads. You won’t get the same taste any where else. I’ve also tried making at home but the same taste not possible. Other restaurants also have garlic breads but my favourite is Pizza Hut. You should absolutely try it for once.

Ambience is great but a lot of drinks on the menu were unavailable. It doesn't affect me because the one I have is always available but it kinda sucks not to have all the options when one is in a mood of trying different drinks.
