Samrat sweet is a perfect place for those who loves to eat different varieties of chaat. I love there samosas and matar kulcha. They also prepare cakes for different occasions. I am in love with their raj kachori and manchurian.
Very hygienic and pocket friendly place. They provide fast service and they also have grocery products in the basement
From desserts jalebi is a must try and yes how can I forget rasmalai😍😍
Ordered Veg Spring Roll, Matar Kulcha, Chole Bhature and Honey Chilli Potato from Swiggy. The taste of spring rolls was amazing. Slightly overprices if we see a portion of chines items. Chole bhature was delicious. The packaging was good.
The sweets (mithais) were very tasty. Especially the north Indian sweets were very tasty. It was a complete package for us after having the dinner.
The only store in Phase - 2 which has last the longest. This place serves a vast range of fast food, sweets, cakes, namkeens, juices etc. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of food is good. It now offers a small sitting space as well. The place is very clean. Worth a try!
Veg PATTIES were really awsum.. Perfect. Hot and crisp. Had good veg patties after a long time. Enjoyed eating it. Will order again............
We tried the puri alu sabzi, patty and kachori sabzi from samrat Sweets. The puri was fluffy and well made. The alu sabzi was quite spicy as I love and the kachori was crisp and filled with good filling. The patty was nice too.
Its is in routine now serving stale patty and this time its 4 , so i coudnt resist my self from writing here . Apart from there departmantal store nothing is usefull staffs are friendly to coustmers rest food and sweets are just waste of money . ................................

Taste 5/5
Ambience 4/5
Service 4/5
Location 5/5
On a Sunday evening after a Lil bit of window shopping me and my friend visited this place for some titbits. We had kachori and Allu sabzi along with that we had rasmalai. The kachori and Allu sabzi was warm and tasty. The rasmalai was flavorful and yummy!
Samrat is an absolute one stop shop for your needs. From general groceries to sweets to your seasonal festival paraphernalia. Holi to Diwali you have it all...though material he sells is out n out Chinese stuff & he sells it at obnoxious price tag making killing.
Quality of his sweets isnt great either but for normal besan or bundi ladoo one can trust them rest I am not too sure of quality of milk and other products used even taste of his sweets is quite average - so one can avoid.
It's the right place for your evening chatpata snacking. Their chaat, pani batasha and Jalebi is indeed good. I won't say outstanding but it does the job of killing your evening chaat craving. It's definitely better than eating those Momo's - which god only knows what meat is used to make them.
Apart from chaat, they also have small set up for fresh fruit juices - which I must say is outstanding. It's clean and offers good variety of juices.
There's one hole in the wall paan khoka - so your smoking is also being taken care of.
All in all Samrat is definitely your one stop shot, especially for all living in n around DLF Phase 2 - their delivery is quite good hence all your needs are easily catered to.
Keeping it simple this time, just like the whole appearance of this sweet meat shop in DLF Phase 2.
Excellent food : Rajma Chawal is just what you should be eating if you want some good ol' comfort food.
I am actually quite a sucker for their Rajma Chawal and hence,I kind of stick to it but their snacks, sweets and the little dine-in section serves some real good food.
P.S : The Samosas are a done thing when you go to Samrat.
All and all, just what you need when you have a confused mind about what to eat.
Whenever I am in gurgaon, I make sure to visit samrat. Be it matar kulcha or jalebi or pani puri or pastry, everything is really nice. Service is fine. Earlier there was no proper place to sit, but after the renovation, it's like a restaurant. Have been coming here from many years and have good experience all the time.
Good quick eat stop for DLF phase 2. Service is very poor if you are planning to eat at the location. Staff has got awful attitude, so much so that you keep sitting for almost 15 min and nobody cares to even serve you water.
When asked to take an order, they keep dodging it and then come back with rude talks.
Pathetic service for the OK food they serve.
Disclaimer: Don't go hoping for a south Indian menu there, it is just in books and has got no physical presence!
Your friendly neighborhood Sweets / Bakery / Grocery / Snacks shop. I often visit Samrat during lunch since its very close to my office. They have quite a large dining hall, which is very clean and has a good ambiance to it; well lit. Snacks, sweets, bakery stuff are very well displayed.
There are separate counters for Tikki, Gol Gappe, Fruit Juices etc... Everything is extremely well priced. Its cheaper than Haldiram's but of nearly same quality.
What I've tried so far:
Chole Bhature (decent quality, 3/5)
Raj Kachori (3/5)
Sandwich Dhokla (4/5)
Bhalla Chaat (4/5)
Gol Gappe (4/5)
Its difficult to get a table during lunch hours in summers since a lot of office goers crash this place for a good air conditioned dining experience.
Gist : A clean place for decently priced good food. No frills.
The bakery and grocery store next door, this is one convenient store. From the day to day needs of fruits and vegetables, to packaged items, it has sweets and snacks, which are decent in taste. Scores high for convenience of ordering and delivery.
Have delivery to office few times and the food has been good on most occasion. I mostly opt for their thali as it's very filling and have good portions as well. The food is fresh and well packed with no issue about leakage.
Nice place,
good ambience. and the taste of food is also awesome, rates are little bit rates are too high.they should do some work on training staff as they dont know how talk to customers. and Quantity should be incresed.
Have ordered from here when ever there is craving of Indian snacks of samosa kachori aaloo puri and jalebi. They have always served excellent sumptuous meals. Well packed , delivered promptly. Great place.
One of the only bakery in DLF phase 2 which has a small seating area where they serve food, it can't be called a proper restaurant though. They serve everything, from Chinese to Thali to snacks, food that is decent and light on your pocket as well. They have everything ! (and I mean that)
My secret tip: Have their paneer paranthas and pastries (chocolate brownie and Choco chip) , its worth a try!
Came here to get a cake for a family birthday party. Wasn't sure what to get and the helpful staff took all the time in the world to help me choose. The cake was scrumptious and went down very well with all family and guests. Everyone asked where I got the cake and it felt great! :) I will come again!
Please note that this rating is only for the awesome Pani Puri.. Not tried anything else there.. Gol gappas with Suji Ki puri are truly awesome..
This restro is near to my office and I have ordered from this place few times. The food here is ok, nothing so special..The quantiy is quite good but the items are heavily priced..I mean 165 for a mini thali doesn't make sense. Would be good If they can work on the costing part.
Lovely place to sit, relax and have snacks with family. I like this place as it has all the basic things a consumer wants starting from a pin to sweets. Try its raj kachori with golgappe sour water.. you'll love it. All snacks are fantastic
this place is a mini mall, self sufficient in all terms. You name it they have it, be it groceries to cakes to the street food of Delhi. i frequent here when I crave for some good chaat. They have a convenience store in the basement where you will generally get everything you need.
This is almost like a sweet shop cum grocery store . While there is chaat and other street food is being prepared right in the front of the shop . There is a mini eating place at the rear of the shop . This small eating place has decent stuffed parathas while the street food outside is also decent . The pani poori is average and Pav Bhaji not great . However , The hot jalebi's here are delicious especially if one has them with their fresh curd/
Nice place, good quality especially sweets, low budget
They have biggest varieties and I have been purchasing my Cakes for every occasion from Samrat Bakery... I Booked my last cake Online only from their website, which has plenty of flavours and designs!!
