I ordered a peri peri chicken with some green salad which was very tasty and the other one i ordered was couscous with same peri peri chicken. The taste was very good and i could taste the healthiness in it.
Liked the portion and grilled chicken was perfectly spiced for my taste

The food was delivered well within time and was quite well prepared.
Their menu has a host of healthy options to choose from.
This time around I ordered an achari sandwich along with a tofu grill paneer platter and they were sumputous to say the least. Very pleasing to the eyes and you can indulge without any guilt as it's all calorie counted and healthy.
I think they serve some great food for people who are conscious about their diet and I'd love to try more options next time!
Nutritious nation is one of the best places to cheat if you're also a diet freak... The food is really good... The nutritious values are also mentioned in the menu so that you could keep a check on what you're eating... I ordered protein on a bun (my favorite from this place),

Ordered Egg Bhurji and Laccha paratha in breakfast one rainy day. The food was just like home. Not oily at all. The tomato chutney which was served with it was magical.
There were three average size parathas. They were crispy.
Eggs were soft and perfect to taste with fresh cut tomatoes in it.
Excellent well balanced food, healthy and great to taste.

Tried their food for the first time, and it was an amazing experience. I had ordered in Exotic Fruit Salad, Chicken Pesto Pasta Salad, and Oatmeal Bowl - Medley.
I ordered the oatmeal bowl for my sick sister, and she felt a lot better. The packaging is awesome too. Definitely, ordering again.
I love their salads, especially their sea food salad (and I normally don't even like fish). Truly magnificent food, impeccable flavour, I must say their salads are absolutely unparalleled in Delhi in terms of quality as well as quantity. The delivery boy started quick, so the preparation time was apparently little. The quantity was great. I wanted a healthy lunch and that's exactly what I got. Can't say much taste wise, since it was just plain grilled cottage cheese and vegetables.. It tasted like it should. So yes, not spoiling a salad is an art and Salad Days is a good artist. The packing was pretty and simple, kind of won me.

This outlet in phase 4 has some amazing shakes and meal bowls. I had ordered their cold pressed juice glow, moroccan chicken bowl, and fresh exotic fruit bowl. The juice was very refreshing and was really a great combo with the moroccan chicken bowl. The chicken was flavourful and tender. The fruit bowl was the cherry to the whole meal and had some really fresh and delightful fruits. It was a great experience to order from this outlet.

Health Nuts would have never come up to my mind if I didn't want to have a healthy option. Day before when we had this marathon in Gurgaon , my friend was here to head up early for the same. He wanted to have a protein pack healthy dinner as I couldn't find the same in my PG menu. So while going through the list on Zomato , Health Nuts came up and to have a good quantity of protein, ordered grilled chicken in mushroom sauce. It did take some time but was delivered in the said time. Over the last 2-3 years restros has improved a lot over the quality of packaging that used to be provided over online ordering. This one too came with very neat good packaging and was eatable hot for enjoying it. There were 2 boxes , one had the brown rice with boiled veggies - more of beans carrots and the other one was grilled chicken with mushroom and prepared in mushroom sauce. Quantity was perfect for the price the dish was offered. Boiled veggies were very much healthy but could have been steamed or cooked a few minutes more as a few pieces were more leaned to raw than cooked. Brown rice was well cooked and when mixed with the gravy of chicken was giving away an amazing flavour of the same. Chicken pieces were properly sliced , cooked and well fused with mushroom sauce. Mushrooms present in the gravy item was also going well with the whole dish. It was a good experience to have a healthy amazing delicious meal from Health Nuts , kudos to the team for coming up with the items. They do have a varied menu , will definitely check out their other delicacies.
Health nuts is surely a brilliant option when it comes to heathy food and living. They serve some lovely salads and bowls that one couldn't even think of. The taste is superb. Hygienic food making use of fresh veggies is something that I would surely prefer over the junk we have
Having worked with leaders in customer service, my expectations are really high. And it rarely happens that I feel serviced like a king by a restaurant. But Health Nuts Phase 4 owner made me feel like a king by delivering mouth watering,delicious food HIMSELF. I appreciate your dedication and efforts.

Each of the above mentioned things were simply perfect. The Sandwiches and Pasta are filling dishes. The Oatmeal Pancakes are to die for! Super delicious. All of the above dishes are highly recommended! :)
It's the one of the finest outlet for salad lovers with pocket friendly prices. We ordered exotic fruit bowl with multigrain kichdi. Fruits were fresh with lots of variety. In drinks detox was adding nutrition to our meal. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

We orderrd Chicken Tikka Sandwich, Grilled BBQ Chicken Wings, Achari Paneer Tikka Sandwhich and Multi Grain Garlic Bread.
All the items were so yummy and Chicken tikka Sandwich was my favourite supper awesome.
Do try out this place for some healthy yummy foods.
I finally tried highly recommend chicken tikka sandwich from this outlet. The chicken tikka was perfectly spiced and was not too high on flavours. The mild taste and the freshness of the sandwich made it easy for me to digest.
The packaging was good. The sandwich reached me in good condition.

Nuts and lot of it’s something which you’ll find in your food, so restaurant name goes well enough. I ordered Khichdi and Sprout Salad from here over weekend for dinner because I had a thought of eating something healthy. I love the healthy version of the Khichdi they made, it had everything from peas to broccoli, cauliflower and a lot of things healthy veggies and the good part was when I opened the box in which it was packed it was spookingly hot ! Which made me enjoy as I am sitting inside the restaurant eating it. I was just little disappointed with the sprout salad not because of the taste it was amazingly yum, but I was sad because of the portion size, because just when I started enjoying it got ended 😅🙄. Overall I enjoyed the food it’s a best and healthy option available in town.

Mexican Burrito bowl was amazing to eyes and taste buds. A bit of sour cream and tangy tomato is required a bit more.
The cleanser juice seems like a filter one and need to be worked upon especially comparing to what I have experienced globally.

Perfect for the hunger pangs. They have a variety of low calorie food options that actually taste good. Recommend the Chicken Shawarma Wrap and Roasted Chicken Quinoa Bowl (for those who love to eat Quinoa)

Tried Health Nuts few weeks back but didn't get time to review it.
Ordered Salads, Sandwiches and Jar smoothie.
The food was good, not very appetising.
Salads were the best. Veggies tasted very fresh and nuts were of premium quality.
Sandwich tasted really dry, probably because it was made up of whole grain bread and less sauces were used, which is essential for health but the bread was hard to chew because of the dryness.
Overall, it's a decent option to try at least once.

The best thing about this place is that you can have as much as you want, without caring too much about your pocket and belly. This is one of the very few places around NCR which can make health food taste better than ordinary food.
Situated in Pragati Vihar, this place is capable of delivering to far off places in no time. Plus, the food is well packed and delivery is time savy.
I love everything about this place but what has me specially tangled is their whole wheat dimsums and Panko Fish, which they serve in an absolutely amazing sauce.
All in all, you have to try this place once to know what you are missing out on.

Ordered Char grilled chicken with Pita triangles and went nuts with the awesomeness of this dish. It's a must try for non-vegetarians.
Hats off to the chef and restaurant for coming up with such a delicious and healthy food item. The chicken was soft and optimally grilled, the pita triangles tasted fresh and healthy. Even the tomato salsa was pretty good. Overall, a very satisfying meal.
I have also tried Chicken Power house from this restaurant and just like the above, it's an absolute delight.

It’s a perfect stop to feed one’s craving in a healthy way !!
The food tasted so good. Finally i have found an outlet that serves healthy food which tastes good too. My favourite would be parfait, chicken sandwich. Even the pasta was just delicious. Definitely ordering from this place again.
Ordered a veg exotic cottage cheese salad. It was accompanied with a toasted garlic bread and mayo dip. The salad had grilled mushrooms, spiced paneer, corns, olives, jalapenos, cherry tomatoes and bell peppers. Really enjoyed the salad, would totally recommend this for trying a healthy meal! The delivery was very quick, and the meal was packaged in a very neat manner.
