Rohu Maach Bhaath - a Bangla thali that contains Rohu jhol (Rohu fish & gravy) & Bhaath (rice) presented in a molded bowl shape and the aromas that flavors off it's skin as you press your fingers to squash the rohu flesh in order to sense and separate the fish bones (literally thorns), is enticing.
