Nice place to have tasty burgers and fries. The range is good enough and the quality and taste is well-maintained. It's masala cheese fries is a must try. Anyways, it's a great option when you don't want to spend much of your bucks in cyberhub.
One of the best burger joints in town. These guys really know how to make a proper burger; same goes for their onion rings. The patty is probably a packaged one and not freshly minced as with a totally authentic burger joint; they taste very good nonetheless. My personal favourite is the smoke house lamb burger with a side of onion rings and the kit kat shake. The shake is thick and loaded with bits of chocolate. Definitely my go to place for quality burgers. The staff is super cordial and always smiling.

I went to Johnny Rockets Express in CyberHub with a friend for the first time today. Even in the absence of beef, I have to say - I was happy with what I ate and how I was treated by staff. My Bacon Cheddar Burger turned out well enough and was probably one of the better bites I've had from an international franchise in India. Doubtlessly the food was much better than what you'd get at McDonald's or Burger King.
Part of the reason I decided to write a review is because of how management reacted to my friend's shake. He wasn't very happy with the taste and made a complaint. Tanujj, a trainee manager, stepped over to our table after some time and offered to correct the problem and swap out any items either of us were unhappy with.
One of the main complaints I've always had with businesses of any sort in India is the lack of proactive and caring customer service. Tanujj is one of a very few managers I've come across in Delhi who was proactive and sincere in his attempt to ensure our dining experience was fun and pleasant. While I was happy with my meal, his small gesture towards my friend made impressed both of us. Having lived in the NCR and traveled to India seven times in the past four years, I honestly can't remember the last time I was offered a correction or substitute in a simple restaurant without having to get upset. I really, really appreciate how the situation was handled.
On my end, I quite liked my shake. The restaurant is well-located (it is CyberHub, after all), easy to find, and has a good atmosphere despite its cozy seating section. All of the staff members working had pleasant attitudes and were very polite.
Sorry for rambling - I really wish more restaurants in the NCR took customer service and satisfaction as seriously as Tanujj and Johnny Rockets Express did on the day I visited. They gave me a good meal and left both my friend and I walking away happy. Keep it up!

Its a smaller joint express one less area for sitting, i ordered the rocket veggie and it was ok. The bun goes well with the overall stuff. The onion rings were great. The service is slow btw. Decent experience next time i might not choose the express outlet
Have been here twice. Once for the wrap and once for the burger. It was a cold afternoon last year and we were sitting outside and having this absolutely fantastic chicken burger. No words to explain this great burger. One of the best i have had. Have also had coffee and onion rings..delicious..
Johnny Rocket is on my whilst from quite long, but never got a chance to visit it. Yesterday, I got a chance to visit it with my office mates. The place is located at the entrance of cyber hub. About the place, it comes with limited seating area inside the restaurant and have some seating space outside which is good enough. It's cozy and even they have nicely decor it.
The staff is polite and quick in service. We have ordered Rings & a Fries combo in sides and Veggie wrap. The rings are very crispy and taste good, but fries, I found something is missing. It was ok ok for fries. VEGGIE WRAP was fresh and full of vegetables and they have mixed it with some sort of spices and sausages, which even make it much yummier.
Let’s talk about shake we all have ordered chocolate madness. It was perfectly fine and taste good.
Thumbs up for Wrap and Rings but they need to work little on Fries.
Burgers are new for nay one of us. And not her are the shakes. But there something g about there shakes and burgers. Huge in size which makes you fall in love with burgers all over again. And the skates. Woo. But the only problem is the amount. You find it so exciting to see that extra shake in the container given along with glass. But by the time you are at verge of finishing your meal, everything seems so never ending. Great taste and portions and variants.

Have heard a lot about their shakes. I bet you will always have the chocolate madness shake where ever you see Johnny Rockets. Had really good shake after a very long time. Also ordered their masala cheese fries which good and bacon cheddar grilled chicken burger. The chicken was tender and juicy with a variety of flavours in it.A big thumps up for the shake.

Went in on a rainy afternoon and ordered a smoky Texan burger. They had an offer of a drink free with it, so went with an Oreo shake. The burger didn't really look like the pictorial representation but nevertheless, was tasty. The drink also was pretty small but tasted pretty good. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Overall, it was nice though there's still room for improvement.
It is an express version of the actual outlet. But it still has its signature succulent burgers with one of the most delicious and natural patties that I have seen. In a world full of over-rated and over marketed burgers, Johnny's burgers are a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!!
Even for an express version of the original, this place has a delicious variety of burgers and wraps on its menu. The Bacon Cheddar and the vegetarian (Houston) Burger were both delicious. You guys have some of the best and very balanced onion rings, truly to die for!

This is the ultimate burger experience to the best of my recollection. As soon as you enter a johnny rockets, u are instantly teleported to an all american diner, with red and white checks being the predominant decor and the staff moving about in white aprons serving the guests with a big smile on their face. This outlet being an express, did not match up to the regular outlet in terms of the interiors, but was equally sublime when it came to the taste. They have a shorter and a cheaper menu for the express outlet. I ordered the mutton houston burger which had a succulent mutton patty char grilled and packed with flavour,pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and spicy dressing all packed in a inhouse baked fresh bun. The burger experience was so filling and satisfying that I ended up visiting johnny rockets again the same week. I had ordered a portion of half n half onion rings and fries which were perfectly fried and simply yumm. Though if you visit the regular outlet of any johnny rockets, fries are served along with burgers and bottom less soft drinks can be purchased separately, but this being an express outlet, I had to buy the fries and coke separately. Nevertheless, the fries/onion rings and softdrinks are decently priced and you dont feel sad about paying for them. Overall, I can happily declare that johnny rockets is the best burger I have had till date. It is a must try !

The quality of Food at Johnny Rockets, Vasant Kunj is excellent. This prompted us to drop in at the Johnny Rockets Express outlet at Cyber Hub. The outlet had some air-conditioning problems and water was dripping on our Table and we moved to another Table next to an Air Cooler. The staff at the outlet is very polite. We ordered:
- Oreo Shakes, which were very well made.
- Onion Rings, which were well made. The Dip accompanying the Onion Rings was very good.
- Fries,
- a Houston Chicken Burger and a Mutton Burger. The Burgers were of a smaller serving size than other Johnny Rockets outlets and their Patties were extremely salty and dry. Consequently, we left the Burgers uneaten and voiced our complaint to the Manager. The Manager of the outlet, Mr. Shailendra Tripathi is very polite and understanding. He provided us replacements, which had a much better quality and taste. Would be happy to order at this outlet again.
Ordered the Original Chicken Burger with Oreo Shake and Onion Rings. Excellent customer service by Mr. Shailendra Prasad. Will definitely visit again.
I had mixed experience of this place! When we went first time, burgers was too good. Quantity and quality both were amazing. We ordered 'The Houston' and 'the Original' burgers and both were yummy. And Shakes! I can swear on Coffee Shake. We were so full with burgers that we asked to pack the shake. Last minute, we just thought to taste a sip and believe me, we were forced to finish it there only. It was so delicious that you cant resist. I am a coffee lover. And it was amazing! That's the perfect place to go for shakes specially. Second time, burger quality we found a bit degrading. It was a bit dry and salad was also not very fresh. But Coffee shake compensated it. Need to maintain the quality of burgers. Other than that, great and polite staff, ready to help and service is also fine.

Visited yesterday with four friends. Service was good and staff was friendly but the ambience wasn't upto the mark. Small outlet with only capacity of 16-20 people. I had the veg Houston burger and onion rings. Both were awesome and tasted delicious. Price seemed a little high to me
PS: Theres no beer on offer in the gurgaon outlet.

This place brings to you fresh and tasty burgers. Ordered a veg houston and a non veg houston burger. Burgers carry the taste of cheesy sauce and juicy chicken/veg patty inside your mouth.

If you're looking for a burger place in cyber hub, then blindly go here, you won't go wrong. Their burgers are amazing. I tried the Smoke House with Bacon. I've never had such a tender chicken patty in Gurgaon. The bacon gives that added flavor. Their chocolate madness shake is also good. It's a mixture of Hershey's, chocolate and crushed Oreos.
Some foods are better eaten fresh and hot.. We ordered from here one hungry evening.. The burgers are still fine (if not soggy) but the fries were pretty soggy. I can't blame them ofcourse.. My recommendation is go and try it and eat fresh.. Very American, fixed menu and great burgers. We tried spicy Texan veg cheddar, rocket chicken and smokehouse chicken cheddar cheese burgers.. The best was smokehouse chicken.. The sauce was amazing and plus the patty was great. The bacon cheese fries are also a must try if you're a bacon fan..

Prices might hit your pocket a little but what I didn't like was they don't serve free sides like fries with their burgers.

The johnny rockets express is a self service restaurant. The prices are less than the actual johnny rockets but so is the size of burgers and shakes. Try " BACON CHEESE FRIES ", they are amazing.
The staff. The food. The ambience. And the drink. I couldn't find a reason to not to give them a five star rating. Going just once is not enough. Delicious! Delicious!
Never been to the actual restaurant, but ordered a few times. Their burgers are THE burgers to try. I'd suggest a double rocket with a side of half and half (onion rings and American fries) and a chocolate madness shake. You will not be disappointed.

I had bookmarked Johnny Rockets since I heard rave reviews from a friend about its burgers (which are the only things I live for!). Went to cyberhub on my way back from an extended weekend trip from Neemrana. Since me and my friend were really tired from all the travelling, we wanted to have something in a jiffy. Johnny Rockets express seemed to fit the bill. We ordered bacon cheddar grilled chicken (because they are so good together!) burger, the houston veg burger, half n half fries and rings, bacon cheese fries and a classic strawberry shake. The bacon cheddar burger was quite nice as we dont very often find bacon and grilled chicken together in a burger. The houston veg burger was nothing extraordinary (may be because it was veg!). Now the bacon cheese fries were really good but a little too salty. Strawberry shake was as it should be. So, although I didnt find anything strikingly amazing about this place but it's definitely worth a try if you want to grab a quick bite as their service is really fast!
Payed a visit last week. Tried their Smoke house Chicken burger & kikat shake.
Smoke house is a juicy & crunchy burger with grilled chicken, fried bacon, cheese & crispy onion rings. Basically it is a mouthfull of flavor.
Kitkat shake was all ice cream shake & tasted fabulous. I only wish it was topped with some whole kitkat as shown in the photo.
And as they cook everything fresh after you place the order, you have to wait ages before you get the food.
Everying is overpriced. Not value for money.

A personal favorite of my brother, the manager Shailendra and the staff are always courteous. With impeccable service , its always a delight to go to Johnny rockets express here.the burger variations, shakes , wraps , fries and onion rings are too good. We are also planning to take our friends and outstation cousins there. Nice ambience, smiling janitors and an engaging manager in such a chain is what is preffered. And this branch does so. Infact when my brother ( who is a fan patron of here) dropped his milkshake accidently , so the managers and staff first reaction was to effortlesly replace his drink, clean and calm him down. Super place and food.for a light yet filling meal. :) Thumbs up !!
It was nice burger and fries. Different from Mcd and KFC. Did not expect it to be that good, but i was. Service was nice and quick . We will visit again. They offered us complementary fries and coke, due to some misunderstanding in order placed. Good customer service overall!!
Frankly I didn't expect it to be that good. It was good actually the burger and masala cheese fries. Well when there's waiting everywhere in cyber hub and you are dam hungry well yes this is the best alternative you got.

Johnny rockets is situated in Dlf cyberhub. The place has nice seating arrangement. You can choose to sit in AC or outside. The summer has started picking up so you would see mist showers running around these outlets. I decided to sit outside for the wind and mist made it comfortable.
The waiter did not come to the table. I had to go inside to order. And the cashier billed me right then which made it feel like McDonald's. The restaurant is not self serviced and usually you pay after your meal at such restaurants.
I ordered The Houstan, ultimate veggie. Service was quick. The Burger wrappers don't mark veg/non-veg, so be wary. Unlike burgers in BYD these don't drip with cheese. I remember BYD cheese bomb getting seriously wet and soggy due to cheese. Not this one. This was firm till the end of its life. The patty was well cooked and was crispy. Veggies were fresh. Mayo was aptly spiced. What made it stand out was jalapeño. I love the flavor of jalapeño.
They serve it with heinz tomato ketchup bottle and nothing else. I didn't have to touch that bottle. That says a lot about the flavor of this burger.
Now my accomplice wanted some Pepsi. So I called waiter. He served me with a small Pepsi. After finishing everything up, I again had to pay a bill of Rs. 101 for the Pepsi. I do not like pulling out my wallet twice.
So good taste, some gaps in service and pricing.

Having tried Johnny Rockets in vasant kunj, JR Express seemed a sane choice to satisfy my burger craving.
Tested the outlet by ordering Houston with lamb patty but was served houston with chicken patty. This was my best burger till a while ago but it now faces severe competition from Big Boss Mutton Whopper from Burger King.
Also, the onion rings were good especially with the dip they are served. Cheese fries are tasteless and boring.
Do not order the veggie wrap... It sucks big time.
All in all, if going to JR express stick to the burgers and you won't go wrong.
Heard a lot about this place from friends..Ordered on a saturday afternoon and I wasn't disappointed. Their mocha shake is one of the best that I have ever had. Try their onion rings instead of fries. The burgers were good, nothing extra ordinary about them. But do try this place for their shakes.
If you're looking for a rich chocolaty milkshake in 10 mins, this is your place. It's got seating, even outdoor seating. It also does a good job with lending the American diner feel. Also, the masala fries are a delight.

I personally loved the johnny rockets branch at saket. After giving it a try at Gurgaon, johnny rockets express will offer you the very same experience. Just the burger sizes are quite different and comparatively smaller than that of the original branch. The staff was very welcoming. The burger we had ordered was a chicken burger. This is by far the only burger chain which offers such a wide piece of chicken and a lot more juicier. This place is definitely worth a try.
The best item on offer is the Cheesy Fries! Delish. Shakes were okay. Nothing special. The chicken Houston was pretty good - very balanced. Veg Houston wasn't very good. A bit dry. Found the original chicken to be quite dry and not too appetising. Recommendation? Fill up on the cheesy fries! Want to give them 500 on 5! Would go for the Chicken Houston out of the burgers I tried.

I like Johnny Rockets period! I ordered the smoke house burger with a lamb pattie. The burger was excellent taste wise. The Pattie was nice and juicy and the sauce complimented the burger very well. I also tried their onion rings and they were awesome. Crispy and very well made. I just failed to find any bacon in my burger.
visited this place yesterday and tried the original burger ( ultimate veggie )..i was expecting something else as i heard a lot from my friends about this place.. it was not that good..though cheese french fries is a good option to order as sides.. soon going to try the other ones from their menu..

Tried the coffee and onion rings from here and it was nice. Using nescafe gold, the aroma was good and the quantity is too good.
Onion rings were made very well and beyond expectations. Sides are usually ignored and not taken care of, but here it wasn't the same.
finally burger with real feel and not just bun tikki stuff.. really good stuffes burger with mouth watering blend of sauces and real big grilllllll chicken...salad was avearge.. nothing more the iceberg tomato and chicken pieces..

Located next to Angels in My Kitchen, this place offers a superb ambience. The customer service is polite and prompt.
I ordered 2 Grilled Chicken Rocket Burgers and one half + half combo of rings & fries.
The rings are brilliantly done, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside...a delight to eat. The fries too are well baked and go very well with the accompanying dip.
The burgers are exceptional, superb quality buns matched with a superbly marinated patty.
Johnny Rockets simply doesn't disappoint. For a bill value of less than Rs 600/- you get quality at a good price
Its quite surprising to see a rating of 3.3 for a chain like Johnny Rockets. Their burgers are far better in taste in comparison to most of the burger chains in India. I am a fan of Johnny Rockets burger since I had their burger for the first time, it was in the Ambience Mall outlet. Houston burger is my favourite, so I had a Houston burger with Strawberry shake. Both the things were excellent in taste living up to the my expectations from Johnny Rockets.
It's surprising to see this place get a rating of 3.2. This place deserves a 4+ rating any day. I have had my fair share of burgers but the burger here was a whole different deal altogether. I had the bacon cheddar single burger with the lamb patty. Sadly, they didn't have tenderloin but the patty that was put in was superb. Minced meat infused with spices, the patty was a party for my taste buds. The bacon was a little chewy. I could hear the crunch of the lettuce in every bite I took. Even the burger bun was very different from the regular buns that we are used to. Next comes in the deluxe shake. They give you some extra shake in a tumbler. The shake is one meal in itself. I had the coffee shake and it was so yum. Thick, flavoursome and tasty. Apart from that, we ordered onion rings and bacon cheese fries. They could increase the bacon quantity in the fries though. It looked like garnishing rather than a part of the dish. But overall, a big thumbs up to this place.

Choose spicy texan as suggested by staff.. with mocha fudge and fries and onion rings.. as got the order on table.. started with fries... and start falling in love with the place.. and as reached the burger.. it flew spicy flavour in my mouth like the rocket.. loved the flavour..and warm hospitality of staff.
A very substandard Johnny Rockets outlet. Staff goes into a chorus when you walk in, which feels very awkward rather than being warm. Had tried the Chicken Smoke house burger, the burger patty was huge but was very bland to taste plus they had added bacon into the burger which a huge let down. Fries were ok ok.
I had a way far better experience at JR Ambience Mall, this outlet should be avoided.

Went for a quick bite for lunch. Tried the SmokeHouse Chicken burger - amazingly brilliant burger with juicy grilled chicken patty and crispy bacon, accompanied by fresh hot masala fries and onion rings. Have been going to the dine-in outlet in Saket and never been disappointed. The Express outlet too lived up to the the good name of Johnny Rockets. Two thumbs up - Twice!!
Johnny Rockets touts itself to be great American Diner serving specifically burgers, and it lives up to that claim well.
The burgers here are good enough for most patrons and the milk shakes make you want to come back for more.

One of the best burgers and shakes i ever had at this place. The meal is too much heavy and burgers are 5/5 along with shakes. You may check nearbuy for the best deals and generally these guys display the deals outside their restaurant too. Burgers and shakes are must for the foodies.
