My fiance & I just love this place for a perfect dinner outing. They have a limited menu buffet but the food is quite tasty. The staff is courteous & friendly.
I had the best Dal Makhni at this place. Ambience is good, thankfully Lorenzo is pretty quite (very low music) which makes it a perfect place to have great food & good conversations. 😊

Visited here as I have a baby and wanted a quite dinner. Good food, decent variety and good flavors.. One star less for inefficient and undereducated staff (eg - they didn't know what's cooking at live counters).
However, I will visit this place again for overall experience being above average.

This restaurant is best in sect 29 Gurgaon. I visited with my friends last week. The food was amazing , and staff was polite. I placed order for Non veg.
Dal Makhani !! and Rogan Josh !! has to be one of the best I've had. Located on the ground floor of the hotel, this restuarant is multi cusine. I tried their chicken burger as it is pretty famous and it does match up to your expectations. Really fresh juicy chicken. Its a nice place for a family chilled out dinner.
Went to Lorenzo for lunch with family on Diwali 2017. The experience of each and every bit of our time spent at Lorenzo was simply awesome. The ambience and aroma was mesmerising. We ordered clear soup and tomato-basil soup which remains the winner of the afternoon. After that pasta, nizami handi, paneer lababdaar, daal and malai koftas followed. Everything was just lip smacking. Then finally gulaab jamun and ice creams marked the end of our journey into taste bliss. Everything was cleanly served with best of the hospitality. Just enjoyed the afternoon and will visit again!

I had my corporate activity here, and was here for the whole day. I was fortunate enough to have all the meals here, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Each and every delicacy was real good, but their DAL MAKHNI is what stood out among all. I hadn't had such dal makhni since a long time. WOOWWWWWWW!!!!!!
I have stayed here a couple of times and I've had breakfast as well as dinner on multiple occasions. I simple love the breakfast menu with so many healthy yet tasty options - Fruits, juices, sprouts, freshly baked bread, baked beans etc. There is also a live counter for egg preparations, dosas, parathas etc. Â The hospitality of the staff is outstanding. Although there aren't too many vegetarian options for dinner, each and every item on the menu that I have ordered has exceeded my expectations.
Have been coming to this outlet for breakfast buffet for a while now as our business meets are held here. Good variety of breakfast items including continental, South Indian , paranthas, pav Bhaji , fruit, cereals etc. Good attentive service and a live kitchen for eggs.
I had stayed here during my wedding and I must say the hospitality of the staff is outstanding. We usually ate our meals here. They were also kind enough to discuss the menu with us for each day. The guests were also satisfied with the food. The service was great and the buffet was well spread. They had a variety of salads, dishes and desserts. Overall it was a great experience as the food was yummy too.
Went here for lunch today. This place have a 3.3 rating. I want to tell everyone that the food here deserves a 4.5 but i wont give it more dn 3.5 just because of the service. My god, the servers were lost. They have no clue what was happening or what to get on what table, they were just confused. If you keep that aside the food is goood. Specially the Thai Red Curry. All and all one can go here if you he a lot of time.
Service is good , quality of drinks provided is also good .But they need to work on quality of food , I think it could be much better , i have tried buffet in this place.

A very good restaurant. Chefs were very interactive and delivering perfectly according to your needs. I'd gone for a buffet. The only that i found lagging was the variety in main course items. Overall a good experience.
Best places for a class dine in, they have the best staff I have ever come across. We visited here for dinner in our college farewell night. We had buffet dinner with drinks too. We had the best of our memories at this place. Thanks to the friendly and cooperative staff and the chef's that served us the best snacks.

Visited the place few weeks back. Awesome place if you want some peaceful time. Ambience is very good and peaceful. So is the food. Quite good variety of different kinds of salads for vegetarians. Enjoyed trying all of them :)
Though main course has just 2 dishes in Veg, still it doesn't make you feel need of other options as the taste is delicious. Other than these 2 main course dishes, you have noodles, live pasta in three different varients and a few other things as well.
Desserts part was alo gud & Service is great.
All in all a good experience and a must visit if you have any discount deal in hand.

The live Pasta was simply awesome and the Moong Dal Halwa is a must try.
Overall it was great value for money.
I realized the chicken salad was not there which was part of our menu and the staff was prompt enough to arrange that by demand hence providing good service.
It was a great experience to be there.

I arranged a dinner for my team, we were aprox 40 people who went for a buffet and everything was fantastic.
From salads, soups to main course followed by Desserts was all good.
The live Pasta is simply great.
The staff was also good, I realized I kept the Chicken salad in the menu which was not there but they immediately arranged it for me on request, hence the prompt and quick service.
Overall it was a good experience.
I have seen this hotel personally and believe me it was an awesome experience being in that hotel, I went with my friends for a business meeting. Everything was well furnished and its presentation was at its best and soothing. Anyways its a great hotel to stay as well as to dine in... nice hotel
We got this offer of 1999 on crazeal for a couple for buffet dinner + unlimited single malt liquor.
The salads, main course, and pasta from live pasta counter were delicious to say the least.
The service was impeccable. you expect the barman to slow down service when it is unlimited but no, the guy was more than willing to serve and continued to refill. Ramesh is the guy who would serve you out of his skin in coffee shop. dont forget to tip him generously.
my kid got offered mango juice which was not on the menu and they did not bill us for that.
decor is brilliant and the over all experience was way more worth than Rs 1000/- a person. go for it.

The food is mouth watering. The ambience is quiet, relaxing and soothing. Staff is very polite and friendly. A nice place to go for a family outing or a getogether wid frnds. Must tries are chicken tikka, thai curry (red) and dal makhni and white sauce pasta for vegetarians .

The culinary offerings here are delightful, and the food quality is good. The rooms are comfortable, albeit the beds are slightly firm. However, rest assured that they are well-maintained and kept in excellent condition.
While there were no specific instructions provided upon check-in, but it was easy to figure out the payment process.
Lastly, the cherry on top is the incredible rooftop bar, offering breathtaking views. It's a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy your favorite beverages in a delightful ambiance.

Located in Sector 29 near HUDA city centre. Location is excellent and has very good connectivity. Ample parking space without need for any valet parking. Hotel is nicely maintained. Attended a function in basement which is good for a gathering of about 100 people. Food was good. Service is fine.
