The review itself is but a token of appreciation and encouragement for the thoughtful attention given to the process of cooking. There is an air of celebration every time a dish is served. Despite possessing skills to generate a 7 course meal which even the demanding gourmets would adore, one can place an order of a burger with Salil. And with the wonderful technology of bluetooth, be connected to the speakers and play your select music / podcast.
This cafe is a hidden gem in Gurgaon. The place serves unexpectedly good food and coffee. Mexican burgers are really nice and spicy. The preparation of chicken and fish is a world apart from the ordinary bland and stale stuff in the market that I eat. Even the French fries are done well! One can watch the food being made in the kitchen and the service is really prompt. Can definitely go back for the cappuccino everyday!
SARA serves delicious meal in no time. You order and get mouth watering dishes . Had gone with my family. Everybody enjoyed what Chef Salil had recommended. Indeed a good place to sit, gossip and have the coffee which takes the tiredness away. If you go in the noon, you can bask in the sunlight as well.
The owner is the chef , which is very hard to see these days . Salil takes care of the service part as well , he makes sure you get what you asked for. The food is healthy and Hygienic , but , lacks the Indian touch . The flavours are too bland for Indian palate , and were taken very seriously by the chef . Now , when visited the restaurant he made me try the new Indianized lamb and chicken burgers and they were out of this world . We were so hungry that , we forgot to take pictures of the food , next time for sure.

For brilliant, unique and extremely satisfying Continental or Italian fare, yum Sandwiches or All Day Breakfast, this little restaurant tucked away in Super Mart 2, Gurgaon, DLF Phase 4 is a must visit. The owner doubles up as the chef (trained in a Michelin star restaurant in Venice, Italy) rustling up dishes in a clean, hygienic kitchen visible through a glass partition (so you can see). Salil, the owner/chef, is a passionate cook, very attentive and genuinely cares to ensure his customers' enjoy their meals! The clincher, really pocket friendly prices 😀
The delivery is prompt and the quantity is huge . I ordered the scrambbled eggs , which were soft and fluffy . The bread was a little over toasted for me but the overall taste was good.
Walked in for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the hands on service from the Chef, the English breakfast was super filling and the scrambled eggs were perfectly done, light and fluffy, the bacon strips were juicy and the sausages just perfect. We also ordered the Mexican mariachi eggs which could have done with less pepper but on the whole was wholesome and delicious . It's a great spot for a quick brekkie definitely try it out if you haven't already.
Chef Salil is the highlight of this small but very welcoming joint. The restaurant is located at a non-crowded location where you can enjoy the splendid dishes prepared by Chef himself.Do try paneer wrap here. It is very delicious and it is so soft that it melts in your mouth. The salads feel very fresh. French fries are also very perfect - non-oily and with just the right amount of salt. For beverage, I suggest trying out cold coffee, it is refreshingly well prepared.
Cosy little place tucked away in Supermart 2. Glad I discovered it. Had the Southwest veggie wrap. It was spicy, fresh and oozing with sauces I loved. Totally satisfied my palate. Will be coming back for more.
Chef Salil is what makes Sara tick. It is his personal connect which makes this place an interesting one.
This was my second time, the previous one was only for a cold coffee, which was splendid. Ordered the Hummus Roll, Veg Salad and Aglio Olio with veggies. The salad was just okay, the roll was much better and the pasta was splendid. I did a takeaway for the family and they liked the food.

Sara World Cuisine has been on my bookmark list for almost an year. And on one fine Saturday afternoon, we decided to stop by for lunch post work.
It was an extremely hot and humid afternoon, and on the top of that-the air conditioning was not working. So my review will be totally based on food and not on ambience or seating.
We ordered the following:
1. Cafe Frappe- chilled, refreshing, well prepared, ample coffee. I wonder if the quantity of milk was overloaded for it having some sweetness!
2. IrishStout- a very innovative non alcoholic cocktail having Black Coffee and Coke Zero. Loved it!
3. Spaghetti in Carbonara (with Bacon)- a little dry but bacon strips were well cooked and tasted awesome. Garlic breads needs some cheesy additions.
4. Roasted Chicken Meal- the king of the meal. Such a warm, currylicious, healthy protein rich dish that was well presented and aesthetically served. Kudos!

Frappeccino the cold coffee is with great blend of aromatic coffee. The spaghetti white sause pasta was also very yummy. Perfect Italian destination to try out.

But in this rat race to stand out, I feel most of these places forget to focus on the most important aspect an eatery should possess, good food! Being a true foodie at heart, I desperately search for places that are not just fancy to look at but also serve some delicious food.
SARA world cuisine has turned out to be my favorite for this very reason. They offer a variety of lip-smacking delicacies that will satisfy any foodie's soul.
It is a very cute little place with a live kitchen. One thing I absolutely adore about them is that they pay full attention towards the quality of cooking ingredients they use. The food is cooked in only olive oil or amul butter and all hygiene measures are taken care of.
Chef Salil has made slight modifications to the traditional dishes with seasonings of his own that makes the food taste even better.
I ordered a red sauce pasta with some garlic bread. The pasta is made fresh too, which adds to the freshness and softness. The red sauce has the perfect seasonings to give it a wonderful tangy taste and smooth texture.
I also ordered the grilled fish. I have never in my life tasted a fish as soft and perfect. It had no smell at all and so fresh. The perfect seasoning only added to its deliciousness.
Last I ordered some coffee to go which was brewed strong and had the right amount of milk as per my liking.
SARA world cuisine, even though a small place has become one of my favorite restaurants. Reason being chef Salil's fabulous preparation.
I would totally recommend this place to all the foodies out there who crave some actual good food.
Amazing food - everything is made to order and fresh! Been a regular at this place and have tried pretty much everything on the menu, from the Ravioli & Gnocchi to the grilled chick pea burger. My favourite are the Amsterdam fries and the Tacos.

I order my lunch from Sara everyday. Salil makes excellent food. He has much more to offer other than the menu. The quality of ingredients is fantastic and the spices are perfect.

Ordered the Mango Ice Cream Milk Shake which was very nice,i also liked how it was packed for delivery, ensured no spillage which is quite often a problem when getting shakes delivered, Also ordered the Carbonara with Bacon Penne Pasta which was really very nice, Only reason im not giving a higher rating tho is, i paid ₹400 for the large pasta, im just not sure whether or not i got a large pasta, as the quantity seemed very minimal for the price, not sure if it was just a mix up or that was the correct quantity, If was the correct quantity then i believe it to be a bit pricey. I will probably give them another go tho, just in case it was a mix up and also because the Pasta was really very good.

Tried this place for a quick dinner at home, and must say that I will be back for more. Delivered in time, and packaging was adequate, nothing to rave about. I had just ordered a veg pasta in white sauce and Amsterdam fries. The fries were well done and served with mustard sauce and ketchup, again, the usual. The pasta, however, was a stand-out. The creamy sauce was just right on the penne, not too gooey and not separated out either. Will definitely order again, and add to the review.
Lived the Sara special veg salad served with nachos and pesto mayo...ice tea was good too..made to order with low sugar. All in all had a good meal :)

At the expense of being biased, as the owner is my elder brother, SARA World Cuisine is the place to be. With a snug yellow-lit ambience and a backdrop of good music, the restaurant makes you feel good. And of course, so does the food. It is a restaurant with a difference because there's a personal touch to each dish that the Chef, Salil Ahooja, my brother makes, so very passionately. Something of a phenomenon so obsolete in the days of commercialised indifference towards customers. The dishes prepared are well tried and tested, and more importantly, TASTED at home. Ever since he was in school and had not even seriously considered doing Hotel Management and being a chef for a living, he always had a knack of experimenting at home and cooking and making things at home. He made, and still makes the best coffee even though the kitchens are different now. And the pasta he makes and made back at home were and are really something to try and taste and come back for over and over again. Even when he was not as professional as he is today, even without proper measurements of ingredients and condiments, he could make the best dishes, without the prowess of a professional chef and without a chef's knives, as they call it. The Mexican Omelette is something to die for. And it still continues to be my favourite dish here. The Cold Coffee is refined and strong, and only the people with a subtle taste and tongue can really really appreciate it. It is made by the great, using espresso shots, and made for the great. The Chicken Burger is laden with very tender and subtle ingredients and condiments, along with a larger than life grilled patty and cheese.
Although, on first look of the menu, the dishes might look to be rather expensive, but, the efforts put in, call for it. And so do the selectively chosen high quality ingredients. Ranging from Extra Virgin olive oil to Monin syrups and fresh rolled pasta, to name a few. And moreover, a look through the transparent glass, at the dish being made and prepared for you by the Chef himself and then having it, is pure satisfaction in itself. Adding to the high quality of food, is the quantity of food. We believe in not Quality over quantity, but Quality and Quantity. We think quality and quantity should co-exist and food should be value for money and not just tasty and healthy.
Most importantly, the satisfaction that you derive out of eating something that pleases you, that makes you feel good, that gives you happiness, there's no price for that, and there's no way you can put a price on that. The rates are just a formality to be followed, rather. For the service provided. To formulate a contract, in legal terms, to say the least. But what we offer, at SARA World Cuisine, is more than just a contract and more than just a price or numbers. We offer food, and we offer food with love. And that's what sets us apart. A small wonderland nestled in a quiet market place. The owner is a chef himself, and he knows his food well. The menu is elaborate enough, and can accommodate for a large audience. I've visited this place a number of times, my review is of the latest one... Had the gnocchi with vegetables, and lamb lasagna. The Gnocchi(5/5) was tossed in a white sauce with an assortment of chopped vegetables, the dumplings itself were fluffy, and cooked to perfection. The lasagna was super yum, and had a lot of cheese within the layers rather than all of it being gratinated. The lamb was cooked slow(the fat deposits at the end said it all), and flavour was beautifully balanced!!! This is to go spot for comfort food and a soothing atmosphere...

It's a small cozy place with the most delicious italian food with the perfect ambience and excellent service . The chef is the owner and a great person to interact with plus he makes sure his dishes are served with a personal touch to the customers. The chef made the pasta from the scratch right in front of me. Made a butter basil sauce which was yummy & astonishingly silky. He topped the same with fresh basil & boiled chicken. Am coming back for ravioli & bacon in carbonara sauce. Keep up the great work.

I had Chicken Salad, Veg Salad and Egg Benedict. Everything was perfect. Last week I had fresh pasta, this is the speciality of this place, do not miss to order this.

The chef is a 24yr old guy trying to make his name in an italian cuisine. Food is very different from the other places in gurgaon. Hand-made pastas like ravioli, lasagne etc were fresh & healthy. Tried almost everything in his menu like grilled sandwiches & greek souvlaki rolls with garlic dips which was one of my favourite. Lastly, it was "hygienic"

We visited Sara World last weekend. It is a small but very nice place. Menu has enough variety. We ordered chicken souvlaki, grilled chicken sandwich and Iced tea. Both the dishes were tasty and filling and the iced tea was refreshing, so a very good experience. Just perfect!

My quest for decent burgers (good burgers are in my opinion a dying art) lead me to this quaint little place tucked in Super Mart 2... Recommended by a friend I paid this place a visit last evening and was pleasantly surprised by the bloke who owns it... All of 24 the young owner cum chef cum manager cum cleaner (he does the dishes himself) bowled me over with his passion... The place too is very decent if you want to visit a quaint place which is clean and cosy... That's your place to go...
Coming to the food... He has quite an unique menu on offer... Souvlaki, sandwiches, burgers, in house made pasta and the likes... As I had visited for the burger, ordered the Chicken Burger... To tell you honestly it is one of the better burgers in Gurgaon today... The right size patty... I like them meaty... The flavors of seasoning wasn't overpowering the meat and that's what clicked the most for me...

I moved to gurgaon about 2 months ago from delhi and was looking for a place where I could go eat good clean consistent food, drink coffee and sit for hours without being bothered by the eyes of the person in charge. I found SARA world cuisine to be all that and much more. The souvlaki is amazing, and the hand rolled pastas perfect. It's the only place I have found that serves real soft shell tacos and salads that are so well balanced. It's like a European oasis in the middle of gurgaon. I have to keep going back. Salil -the chef- is one of those who can't sleep if his food doesn't taste good and the customer isn't satisfied. Rest assured the quality will be the best and the taste sumptuous :)

Nice and tiny little cozy place, with only 6 seats. The chef is the owner, so quality of the food was nice and fresh. Fish and chips were good. The sauces were yum. Chicken Souvlaki was pretty good, however the bread was a bit thick, if was thicker it would have been a lot better.

The good thing about this place is that quality isn't compromised on one bit. I had some of the best basa I've ever had at SARA. Portions are generous, however presentation could be worked on. The crispy fried basa in olive oil along with a generous helping of fries would definitely have me coming back for more. Soft music in the background would suit the ambience too.
Visited this place last week. Heard a lot about it from my colleagues so on their recommendation tried the mutton lasagne. Definitely one of the best lasagne I have ever tasted. KUDOS TO THE CHEF
I went to this place based on the recommendation of my friend.I wanted to xplore their Lasagne hence ordered the baked mutton ragu lasagne and i was indeed impressed with the presentation and it just tasted perfect too and to be honest it was very nice to see the detailing between different layers & the cheese flowing out.
I also tried the Spanish Churros and it was simply perfect and exceeded my expectations,the chocolate fondue as they say made it taste really well and this time again the presentation was very good.
Sitting out there you get this feel that you are in some nice cosy European restaurant and i also learnt that chef is a Young guy who has mastered his cooking skills from Italy along with few places in Europe.
I would certainly want to visit again and try there Fish & Chips as have heard good reviews about the same too.

Now, there are only a handful of restaurants which have this pasta on their menu. I was delighted to see the chef actually preparing the pasta right there before serving us which was fantastic. The result - our meal tasted awesome! The Gnocchi itself was delicious and I've never had better Ragu anywhere. The flavors were extremely well balanced. A quick chat with the chef revealed that he learnt the trade in Italy and honed his skills at a Michelin-star restaurant before returning to India to start his restaurant. Our Gnocchi itself was delicious and I'm already planning my next visit to Sara to try some Moroccan Samosas and Ravioli!!!
A great treat to be at Sara World. Tried Veg. Lasagne and Cold Coffee. The taste was just perfect with the sauces blending the Soya and the cheesy Lasagne. Churos is a not to miss desert. Must try...!!! will surely try again.

Tried the Churros and Fries - both were fantastic. The churros come with a just the right drizzle of cinnamon and luscious dark chocolate. The fries came with 3 different sauces - Tartar, Garlic Cream & Makhni which was a welcome surprise from plain old ketchup.
Turns out the place is run by the chef himself (Salil - Great guy!). I think this is my new place to go to for friday evenings! Definitely recommend.
Food was good. We tried the Pasta, Lasagne, Chilled Cucumber Salad & Churros. Not to forget the complimentary coffee offered by Salil, which was amazing.
Have to visit again to try the non-vegetarian stuff.
Overall, value for money and must visit to check out the authentic Italian taste.
A must try out, this place has to be. Had bolognese lazania and fish & chips. Good in taste and good presentation it was. The menu has more options and the next order will of some thing different.

Loved the aura around, awesome set up and yumilicious food.
We tried fish and chips with coffee and it was far better than what we had in New Zealand.
Also we came to know that Salil, the Master chef not only did his studies from India but also Itlay and thus, has expertise in multi-cuisines.

I tried churros with chocolate fondue first time in my life and tasted great. Churros were soft and a little crisp and chocolate fondue was treat for my tongue!I also took cappuccino which blended perfectly with the churros.
I would just say that add a few more vegetarian dishes if possible, that would be great!
Had a wonderful meal at this new place . The place has a good spread for vegetarians too. The helpings are large and the drinks are very interesting. The coffee is well priced and very well made . Definitely a place we would go back.
Had an amazing experience of tasting yummy food at Sara Cuisine recently. The Fish and Chips combo with coffee was a wonderful treat for the taste buds. The delicious Churroes made by chef Salil were out of the world. Loved the overall feel of the place and the warm hospitality of the staff. Looking forward to visit the place again.
