I am amazed at Pinto's cafe still maintaining a 5 star rating on Facebook. I loved the ambience and friendliness of the host. The food was awesome , A reminder to visit the place again.
Sonal makes my Sundays and every other sundry day so beautiful with her warmth and food. Love this place. I'm going to come back for more ganache soon

Its a very cozy place and they serve excellent food, they even prepare Goan delicacies on placing an order one day prior.

A Café with taste and polite hosts
I stay in sector 23 and this café is very close by to my home,... I was going to grab a burger from Mc D which is just above this joint and Pinto's café caught my sight with it alluring Christmas decorations. We'll I changed my decision and thought of giving it a shot and voila.... This café was definitely one of the best café's in town... I didn't regret my decision at all choosing Pinto's café over Mc D. The food was sumptuous and has authentic English feel to it. I tried Pizza and hot masala tea and I must say, it literally made me happy on a cold darn evening.
The decor and ambience is nicely done to give a authentic café like feel how it's showcased in western countries. The hosts are very polite and have a smiling face which makes you feel more comfortable.
The only thing I found not okay was with respect to marketing the café's name as not many people know about it...I mean I have been visiting Mc D for quite a while in that location but never knew this café existed.
May be the owner of cafe should spread its name either by word of mouth or via any other traditional marketing strategy to make it more popular as this café is really having great potential.Overall a must visit and kudos to café staff for their hospitality..... I am definitely going visit again..... I am going with 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I could have never imagined such a beautiful and cozy cafe in Palam Vihar. First thing that impresses you is the decor, I really liked the lamps hanging on the tables, they were made of keys. They have a corner as well where they have customers reviews written on napkins , which are framed and displayed on wall.
Coming to food, we decided to start with soup as it’s winters and ordered carrot ginger powerhouse. Hmmm... not too impressive I have had better carrot ginger soups. But the staff very courteous they took it back to kitchen when we told them that we didn’t like it, tried their best and brought it back which was slightly better than last time but again not impressive at all.
For mains we ordered pan tossed paneer which came with garlic bread and grilled chicken breast with pasta. Paneer dish was too good and had kind of honey chill touch, the garlic bread on side was good but little oily. For the chicken dish they had a lot of dressing/ sauce option , I went ahead with chicken in pesto sauce and fusilli pasta again in pesto sauce. Well pesto sauce is my favorite and the dish didn’t disappointed me at all, it was perfect blend of everything. I really wanted to try their brownie but they were out of it.
Overall, I really liked it.

Tried out this cosy cafe at Palam Triangle a couple of times and it was a great experience altogether.
The wooden furniture and chandeliers lend an aesthetic feel to the ambience. There are books and magazines you could read while your order gets prepared. The menu is well organized and offers a lot.
I had ordered Penne pasta in mixed sauce along with a small portion of fries. The pasta had an impeccable taste while the dip served with fries was absolutely tempting.
For desserts we had waffle with ice cream, which took substantial amount to get prepared but the quantity and quality served was really good.
The presentation is neat and crisp. Service is prompt and the owners are polite.
Would definitely love to try more options from their menu in near future !

This is definitely is one of the best cafes I have ever visited in terms of food and service. I have been here thrice and tried many different dishes like chicken burger, chicken fingers, pizza, meat lovers sandwich and waffles. Everything was lip smacking delicious, even the fries on the side was one of the crispest I have ever had ! I am definitely returning here for more.
Good ambiance, right mixture of foods, the way a cafe should be.

A quiet, self-run cafe that offers a varied menu and excellent value for money. Authentic flavours and decent portion sizes. We had a Lasagne Bolognese and a Chicken Baffta, both were excellent. A definite repeat!! Sorry, I didn't take photos.
Very beautiful and cosy cafe. It's 1/2 km from my house and already been twice. Love the coffee and nibblers. Gotta try more items to add flavours in my menu. Must try if you live near palam vihar. It's in the same complex mac Donald's was. Sonal you rock with your concept.
They have the yummiest truffle brownies ever!! being one of the few cafes in palam vihar, I've been a regular here for about a year and the food has never disappointed me. The owner here is very involved in the food they serve and makes sure everything is made perfectly to suit your pallet.I totally recommend this place to everyone

Perfect for an affordable, yet fun date. It's got the right ambience, great food, lovely music and just a generally happy vibe. The people who run the restaurant are very sweet and welcoming. I went for a date with my fiance and wasn't disappointed. It's going to be our date joint for the rest our stay in Palam Vihar.
PS - Their brownies are to die for.
Great food, nice café kinda ambience & feel. Got a few nice books & classic comics like Asterix, Tintin etc, with some nice western rock n pop to give you company. The Pinto couple who run the place are really nice & friendly people. This place occasionally hosts local bands too. Liked it a lot!!

A quite small and too cute Italian restaurant just next to Mc Donald's Palam Vihar is the Pintos. While the sitting arrangement is for 12 people with the tables and chairs arranged and decorated nicely. The staff are very good and courteous. I had ordered Chicken Spinach Soup ,which was absolutely great served with freshly grilled bread crumbs. Next came the beautifully decorated chicken steak with mayo and finger chips. The presentation was great. The flavours were appropriate. I just felt that the chicken should had been a bit more soft. I had also ordered Chicken stroganoff which was actually rice with various light spices and a full bowl of shredded chicken, bell pepper, lot of cheese and various other spices. This dish was different and tasty. The Italian flavours were absolute. Since the place was small I did not expect so good food from them but they changed my conception. They also make cakes and various other desserts. Their presentation is awesome . Will visit again.

Good music and good place for a breakfast. I ordered a roasted chicken onion jalapeno sandwich with a cappuchino. Sandwich was good but cappuchino was average.
Pinto's is definitely the 'central perk' from friends in my life,I've been visiting this place from the past 2 years and it has never failed me. The homely environment created by this lovely couple who runs this cafe just adds to the charm of this place. Now talking about the food, they prepare gourmet food in a home cooked style, and all the recipes are their original, tried and approved by their daughter. From soups to main course, all the meals are fresh and look mouth watering. They've a lot on their menu to choose from. It's become my friends and my favourite place to chill and eat in peace. They play good music too. Polite service also earns them browny points.

Visited PINTO'S for dinner last night. At the outset I'm glad that such an eatery exists in oúr residential neighbourhood, it was an amazing experience.
Will write a detailed review when time permits although I must say that I offered the following points to the owner on the spot:
1. Powdered Roasted Garlic sprinkles should b
e a standard accompaniment such as chillie flakes and Oregano, would take the food up many a notch,
2. The food needs to be served piping hot

Hello guys, was in just around and was hungry and just happen to visit Pintos cafe and expected it to be nothing but a coffee shop, wow there I was wrong....
There were two staff and well behaved and polite made me comfortable and even asked me is it too hot or cold temperature wise and offered me a glass of chilled water without me asking which was so remarkable and kind....
The cafe is cosy and homely with comfortable seating and subtle music in the background.
This for me is just a perfect place to either grab a cuppa go or a nice mighty meal just fits into all range including home made delightful desserts....
I was so hungry and ordered Fresh lime soda, Chicken and spinach roulade with herbed rice to begin with and this was out of the world chicken that would melt in my mouth with perfect filling and rice cooked to perfection. More interestingly everything was served in superfine porcelain dishes( see the pic of my dish that i had) .
After a while had a nice cup of cappuccino and chocolate brownie and for sure better that Starbucks etc.. the brownie initially looked a bit small but I guarantee that its the perfect size because its a RICH CHOCOLATE BROWNIE.....
Further on I also had lovely ice cream soda and that just took me to my childhood right away....
In short its a well thought after cafe, attention to details have been given, and everything is tastefully served and very very delicious....
SOMETIMES BEST THINGS ARE JUST ROUND THE CORNER....

I ordered Pinto's Hot plate: "Lemon Pepper Crusted Paneer". Pasta in spinach creamy sause topped with farmer's cheese(paneer). Accurate suggestion by the owner herself, really gave the dish an authentic flavour of spinach which is rarely found in white creamy pastas.
In desserts, I ordered Brownie with ice cream(vanilla): a common combo with an exceptionally delicious hot melted chocolate stuffed in the piece.
Overall, a satisfactory meal of the day! One must try it since its quite reasonable; with a cosy yet wondrous ambience and a very helpful staff and courteous owner.

Initially was really unsure of what to order, then this beautiful lady walks in and asks 'Have we been taken care off' ( happen to go there with a friend) of which I responded if she could suggest what can I go for; and She suggests me to go for a hot pot of veggies ( me being a vegetarian) and we had lemon tea and my friend went for a cold coffee for drinks.
Oh my let me tell ya the hot pot When it arrived was full of yum, authentic Italian, gooey cheese covered spaghetti.
And on to my surprise the lady I mentioned who by asking for what would we like turned out to be the owner of the place. she is brilliant in all aspects, viz. taking the order, concerned about my prefences whether did I like spicy or too much masala based.
on a personal note I really like it less spicy and ting bit of salt and She exactly got it done my way.
Such a sweet heart of a person! (B'cos we talked about all sort of things)
And lastly we had pineapple ice cream Soda for a desert and it just had a right amount of sweet. Not too less and not too more !
I must visit every time I am around at Gurgoan!

"Hidden gem" would be the perfect way to describe this place. A small cozy place, with a menu where almost everything on the menu was cooked to the tastiest very possible form.( had lasagne, spinach soup and some chocolate cake don't really remember the name)

A very cute and cozy restaurant located in a very unsuspecting place. The place is small but has a charming and nice decor. The hospitality is wonderful and so is the food. We ordered spinach pancake and enjoyed it to the last morsel. Will definitely keep comung back to this place again and again.

2. Cold Coffee- OK-OK. Could have been better!
3. Creamy Mushroom Sauce Pasta (Veg.)- Good but could have been more creamier otherwise it was nicely cooked.
They also have some cakes and cookies :)

Ordered food from Pinto's Cafe today and it was simply yum!! My husband loved the chicken roulade with mushroom sauce. The spinach and paneer lasagna was awesome!! Fusilli pasta in creamy mushroom sauce was good (could have been a little bit more creamier, but good for those watching their weight). Paid Rs. 800 for 3 dishes, the portion sizes are good too. Overall a value for money place to enjoy Italian food. Will definitely order soon!! Keep up the good work Team Pinto's!! 😊

The quality of food served with warmth that comes from a friend priced very competitively makes this place an absolute must "go to" place. The meat items are top grade with sauces that tingle the taste buds. The fish items are decent but can't match the quality of the meat dishes
It's been almost 5 years now, I have been visiting this place , such a beautiful place with amazing food . Freshly baked brownies, the pasta, pizzas, sandwiches. Everything is amazing. The best part is the breakfast . I see so many couples for the breakfast reading the books( forgot to mention the books and the games like Jenga ) and enjoying their English breakfast.

In a time when all are looking for shortcuts and readymade ingredients and spices, Pinto's Cafe is a breath of fresh air. We ordered pizza, chicken roulad and penne pasta. Each bite was delicious. The authentic flavours tickled the tongue and satisfied the heart. Each and every bite was a testimony to the care that was taken to prepare the food and the precision with which each ingredient was chosen and used. Compliments to the owner and chef. The servers are well trained and polite. The ambience is comfortable and spotless clean. It was an added bonus that we got to meet the entire Pinto family who happened to drop in and they joined us for a cup of coffee. Sonal Pinto i have seen your reviews and noticed that many are calling you Aunty. You truly deserve the title. Your warmth and friendliness (along with your husband and lovely daughter) added to the pleasant evening and made it special. Am surely returning soon for some more.
