I have been ordering cakes from them since they launched the first outlet and that time I would directly call them no Zomato nothing .. safe to say i am one of their first few customers they started selling to .. all Birthdays in my family are not complete without their cakes but I would say with time the service has only improved and so has the quality.. though i miss them sending the wish balloons they used to send in the start .. it’s lovely to see them grow so much and being vegetarian friendly still tasting better then the ones you get with eggs .. I highly recommend crust n cakes to everyone.. they are a sweet team and should be given the due respect they totally deserve as they are very helpful .

Ordered the Chocolate marble crunch cake the other day and one thing I liked about the delivery was that it was bang on time. The cake had a nice vanilla layer with a cute smiley on the top. The cake was soft and quite tasty. The layering was varied and done just right for a marble cake. The prices are reasonable too.
Ordered a black forest cake on valentine's eve.
A bit small in size and the delivery guy cudnt enter the lane where my pg is located,hence had to walk down to him.

I have ordered atleast 5 times from this place & each time I went for Drunken Devil Cake, or Rum Cake. I always call & ask them to put extra amount of rum to it 😜😜😜.. Now I don't know if they do it or not, still it's delicious. One gets little balls of rum & chocolate on top of the cake, which are like little bomb of heaven.

Super yummy cakes and one of the best and fastest delivery. The cakes are fresh and they are always deliver even short notice corporate orders on time. The red velvet cake is expensive but worth trying for sure (one of the best red velvet cakes) and the chocolate strawberry cake is also amazing. Plus they offer 10% off on website orders and they have a good variety of cakes.
It was quite late and there were just 2 places delivering to our sector. Decided to order from Crust n cakes as I remember trying them once, long time back. The order for a chocolate by religion cake was placed from the Zomato app and we got instant confirmation.

We ordered the Chocolate Marble Cake for a friend, and the same was incredible. The only concern was that the delivery time was a quite a lot, which possible could be reduced.

Everyone at the party was all praises for the cake. You make beautiful cakes that are delicious too.
Highly recommended for Elaborate Cakes; as they are really good at it. But for ordinary cakes the place is over-priced.
One drawback, they only deliver in Gurgaon.

CNC- an example for superb service with great bakers on board. I had called these guys at 11:35 pm to check if they are open for me to buy a cake for a midnight surprise. I was met with a surprise (a pleasant surprise indeed). These guys told me they are open but don't have a cake as they make each cake right when it is ordered. So, i ordered a cake once from Crust N Cakes, as i was looking for a printed cake, i was so overwhelmed when i called them up, these guyz surely kno whow to talk to a customer, Made my day, coming back to cake, it was super fantastic and the printing was awesome. I ordered a fruit n crisp..... The phone call, the delivery time, the courtesy extended and finally the cake itself.
