Ordered fish Curry and Mutton Dakbunglow...Food tasted good but they took time to deliver.
Would recommend for people looking for Bengali food in and around sector 56-55.
i had ordered the following items :
Rahu Sorshe : 2.5/5
i cannot comment upon the authenticity of the preparation, but it was alright. nothing great about it. besides for 250 bucks you would think the curry would be sufficient for 2 people. it is not.
Fish Cutlet : 5/5
i loved this dish. its not your regular fish fry. underneath the bread crumbs there is a layer of green chutney and it just adds a twist to the dish.
Begun Bhaja Thala : 5/5
i love this bengali dish so much. the simplicity of it makes it all the more special. there are big slices(4-5) of of fried begun with a coating of masala. i love having it plain with rice
the packaging is good, the food was delivered on time. the only let down was the fish curry.
i would definitely try out more dishes from them in future.
Your love for Bengali cousin is very much addressed by this take away place . They have an outdoor sitting option as well. You can try the lovely cutlet ,rolls Kolkata biriyani and fish curry . Price are reasonable considering other Bengali restaurant in Gurgaon. Must try all variants of cutlet and fish. Good taste.

Their mustard fish curry is amazing- lack I gravy if you're eating it with rice though... also the steamed fish in the banana leaf is worth trying. Quality could be improved
Went here as I was in the mood for some fish curry and rice. Tried the fish in mustard curry with some steamed rice. The fish had a very homely taste and was nice. Best part is that it was fresh and didn't have any unpleasant smell to it.
Its a great place to try some good bengali food. I tried Kosha Mangsho, Mutton it was really great. Rotis were soft and for a surprise, they were rarely served tawa rotis.
Ordered kosha mangsho. One of the best I have had in a long time and I am a Bengali ! Great stuff guys . Authentic Bengali food a must try for all foodies
So, it was the Poojo month and had a chance to visit Gurgaon on a short official trip. Keeping in mind the Poojo flavour, we went for some Bengali snacks from Too Maach. They have a menu that's truely Bengali in nature, though if you visit them, you will also find some typical Delhi non-veg starters like Afghani chicken and Tandoori chicken and even chilly chicken [which has lost its Chinese identity and is now truely Indian in nature :) ]. And now for the review..
The humble shop in Sector -56 doles out some amazing snacking items. I loved the taste of every item and was really impressed with the presentation. Even the Afghani and Chilly chicken had nice distinct flavors to them. The Fish cutlet was crispy and full of flesh, Bhetky fry was out of the world and the Rahu kalia was equally tasty. Every bite from everything that we ordered, made us really happy!
We enjoyed the snacks to the fullest and the fantastic taste sprang up in our conversations multiple times...
Extra 0.5 points for a quick delivery ( we had ordered at the shop and opted for home delivery) and competitive pricing!
Good job Too Maach!!
Being a bong in Gurgaon is tough since Bengali food here is highly overpriced as compared to Bangalore. Having said that, I ordered from Too Mach last night and the food here is very good. The food was fresh and was very well packed.
The only thing that bothered me was their shukto which was sweet.I am no faithful bong but it's supposed to be a little bitter.
Overall though, a good place to order from.
Even If bong food does not tickle your tastebuds, this place is a must try. Though they do not deliver to Sec 66 but on request the food was delivered well within the timelines given. Must have is the kochalonka murgi with loochi ( chicken with a very interesting gravy with green chillies. Surprisingly not very spicy). Tried the aloo posto which left me thinking that have had better. The quantity of posto is less compared to the traditional preparation. But still is nice for people who want to try something different. The boneless bhetki shorshe ( fish in mustard gravy) is nice with steamed rice. Also must try is the egg curry, this dish is a boon for the eggiterians. Can avoid the kachori stuffed with peas. Overall, would definitely recommend to try this place.
Have ordered the following items a number of times - egg devil, fish cutlet, chicken curry and mutton kosha...all of them tasted amazing...we are so happy to have all these options available and located nearby...delivery was also prompt and on time
My son wanted to have so we landed here the other night. Ordered fish in mustard gravy which was good with subtle flavours. The mutton kalia was quite nice with lamb cooked tender in spicy masala.
A real value for money place. On my way back from work I saw this outlet and the name struck me. I ordered mustard fish,Egg Devil and fish cutlet and it was heavenly. The cook is a cheerful person and very good at what he does. This is the must visit place for anyone who loves bong food.
I was recommended this place by one of my Bengali friends so I went with high expectations and it did meet my expectations
The guy at the counter was very helpful who took his time to explain us the difference between various dishes. We ordered paturi which is a fish inside banana leaf. The taste is out of this world and the prices are reasonable. Do give this small place a try.
Amazing food, I liked the mustard preparation a lot for their dishes. Plus, they are very helpful, in suggesting what could be good for us, what we could try out different from last time etc.
I checked this place out on bengali new year. Though I couldn't try many dishes, the Shorshe dish was the very best amongst the bengali places I have tried in NCR.
Well, I read abt this place on zomato but since I couldn't pre order here I used foodpanda. This is relatively a new place. But I was astonished at their expertise both culinary n delivery. I ordered fish cutlet, daab Chingdi, basanti pulao n kochi pathar jhol. We loved it all with an exception, the mutton. As the Bong Name of the dish suggests, it should b the curry of tender lamb or goat. But the meat was very hard. My friend also joked it to b the meat of a horse. Lolz. But the other delicacies were great. Daab Chingdi was actually delivered in the coconut shell. Impressive. I do recommend this place but also recommend to avoid the mutton.
On a lazy Sunday we thought to explore eateries near us. And we had gone to Too Maach. Based on the representative's recommendation, we ordered chanar dalna, rahu sarshoo and rice. It was delivered to us at home. Food was tasty, in good proportion, 100% value for money. Highly recommended!!!
Amazing Bengali food! Reasonably priced. The taste is excellent and the quantity is good.
Was waiting for something like this in the locality for some time now.
Very good food and hospitality, specially fish items are awesome. A must try for Bengal /Assam / Tripura origins who are seeking taste of home cooked food over here.
Best Bengali food i have ever tasted.
We were four, three of them Bengali. At around 10:30 pm looking for food.
Saw this food joint called Too Maach. Sat down. Ordered Aaloo Poshto, Rice, Chholar Daal, Roti, and a Chicken Dish.
We were just hoping to satiate our appetite with anything that's not too bad. We ended up licking the bowls out :p
The name gave us a clear warning which we chose to ignore, we ended up eating way "too maach".
My personal favorite would be the aaloo poshto. Can't imagine how it can be made any better.
We went there one more time since and the experience is the same (Not a one time wonder).
Anytime i am in the vicinity, i am gonna go grab a bite at too maach.
Sadly, i don't have any photos. My phone is on repair :(
This time, just trust my word.
I ordered fish cutlet and Bhetki fish. The taste was really nice. The person receiving the order explained the ingredients and also advised on options I should go. The food delivered was fresh and was on time delivered.
Had their starters. Very good. Liked the Fish Chop and Fish Finger. The Fish Chop was really awesome and the spices used as filling was too good. Will order Dinner next time
Found this neat little Bong treasure in sector 56 Gurgaon
Its a tuck away and take away plc with a small seating.
I ordered Maach Paturi which a delightful Bhetki
For main course I was craving for the comfort of sorso jhaal (fish in light mustard gravy) and rice...sometimes you just want plain home food and Too Maach gave me just that.
I have been visiting this joint since it's start ,on my first visit I have ordered chicken cutlets and fish finger and it tastes nice , but I was very impressed on my last weekend order for kochi pathar jhol , taste was just perfect. I would request if they can include fish fry on their menu, hope not too much to ask..
After reading a positive review in 'gurgaon foodies ' and viewing pictures of few food items posted on their page we thought of trying out few snacks . We had ordered chicken cutlet ( not in their menu but made it on request), mutton chop and fish cutlet. Each one of them carries the taste of typical kolkata snacks bar located in each and every neighborhood.
The mutton kosha is finger licking good but would appreciate if the pieces were little bigger.
Too Maach is a special place. And as an Assamese living in the capital for over a decade now, especially one who loves Assamese and Bengali food, it is always nothing short of emotional when you find a restaurant that satisfies your special food cravings. I wanted to try one of the fish curries, but since had eaten fish only the night before, I decided to order Kosha Mansho and Aloo Posto to go with it. The Posto was lip-smacking and I devoured the mutton like a pig. (I realise how that sounds, pig feeding on a goat, lol, but it was that good.) The menu is not over priced and also the delivery deserves a mention, which was on time, despite crazy Gurgaon traffic in the rush hour.
I cannot wait to try one of their fish dishes. Will do it soon. You already have me hooked.
Cheers :) !
The food is great...typical authentic Bong food tried both fish and mutton recipes...they stood out...good option for home delivery purpose since we faced issued with service at the joint itself..couple of orders took more time than usual..
Ordered in from them, and they serve by far the best Bengali food I've had in NCR. We had Kosha Mangsho, Kancha Lonka Murgir Jhol and Aloo Dum along with Luchis - the taste was exactly how they make it back at home. Especially liked how the person on call said that they could deliver the food in half an hour, but they would like to take an hour's time and serve good food - and serve really good food they did. Looking forward to going to the restaurant and having the fish preparations and piping hot luchis! :)
It's place of good quality fish and mutton.
It was OK OK but it's closed now.
The name is changed to Gourmet dish
