Many a times i just walk in n grap my cafe latte and move on.. Simple great coffee.. It used to be my Saturday morning stop when i used to go from some classes in Nirvana. I love coffee and I love their coffee.. Also its a bakery cum caffe so you get to choose n buy bakery items from them as well.

Neighbourhood bakery. Absolutely love their variety of breads and other baked goods. The breads are among the softest I have had. The cakes and pastries are really good too and not overly sweet. But since these are so good, one almost always ends up overeating.
I’ve had absolutely amazing desserts here and I wonder why the bakery is so poorly rated. I’ve tried the chocolate chip muffin, pineapple pound cake, cheese cake, pineapple pastry, and the chocolate and cream breads. All of them are recommended! Sonya Bakery is my new favourite neighbourhood bakery! :)
This bakery is a hidden gem in nirvana. The cakes and cookies offered by this bakery are amazing. They have one of the best cakes I have ever had. The chocolate cake looks and tastes amazing. The cheesecakes are absolutely out of the world they are light and fluffy yet creamy and melts in your mouth. The apple waffle pie is okay. The pineapple cake is moist and have pieces of pineapple in it. The café is nice place to hang out with your friends.
I love the bakery, had a patty the other day. The bread melted in my mouth it was so good. Plus their cakes are awesome. Even though I hate eating cakes I would usually take a bite or 2 from their cakes.

I would give this place a 4 just for the Apple pie. It's delicious and one of my favorites and I keep going back to this place for the apple pie. Also unlike the neighborhood Madison and pike this place is cheaper as well.
The ambience for eating in is a bit cramped as you have to go upstairs and there seems to be no sunlight which is why I would recommend that you take your stuff out.
The baked goods are good for the price and there is no lack of variety.
I didn't like their hot chocolate as much. There coffee is decent.
Overall this place is worth a visit for people who want baked goods that taste yum.

Few weeks back we were at our friends place, when they started serving some really yum sausage rolls and they mentioned the name of this bakery, after that we visited another friends place and they also served some awesome red velvet cake and again mentioned they were from Sonya's bakery. So yes, this place is becoming famous among our set of friends;)
After shopping for a while we went here to grab some quick bites, liked everything we brought the puff, sausage bread, roll and cold coffee:) best thing was you don't feel heavy after eating, which is case when you after you eat in bakeries...they have a small section at to sit and have them while being engrossed in conversations:)

A very small and a totally unassuming place- more so with the name. But what a lovely bakery with some amazing cakes. Starting with Tea cakes to the muffins to the regular cakes. And with some interesting spread of ready to eat bakery snacks.
Located in a corner of theNirvana courtyard market, the bakery offers some lip smacking delights. The place is very small n cosy..the ground floor has all the items laid out very nicely and than you climb the wooden stairs to sit n enjoi all the delicacies. I love the cakes n the pastries on offer. You can dig into anything and you wont be disappointed. The lemon cheese cake, banana poindcake, the choco walnut pound cake are my favourites. The mix fruit pastry , the walnut pie n choco truffle are must try. Overall a very good experience.
Had to pass some time in the vicinity so spotted this small cafe on the corner. It welcomes u with nice aroma of baking and they have a huge variety of baked goodies to chose from.
I tasted their mango granita and loved it. The ambiance is so kitschy and cozy, and the place is very welcoming.. I like cafés like these...
This bakery is one of a kind as it is very hospitable and has great food though it is not very big in size.
It has amazing coffee and all products are fresh .... It's a quite place to work and also had wi-fi.
Also it has a membership card (free) which adds up your points per purchase and they are redeemable with any item in the bakery.

There are a few bakery shops in Nirvana courtyard, this seems to b the best of all, but having said that it does not mean they have the best bakery products, cakes are average and over priced, the quality of bread are good.

When it comes to Nirvana Courtyard, the catch word is 'posh' locality. Sonya Bakery Cafe located in Nirvana Courtyard is one of the three chain of bakeries in NCR - DLF DT Mega Mall / DLF City Phase-I, South Point Mall, Sector-53 Gurgaon and this one which I am writing about.
Usually, I don't happen to go towards Nirvana Courtyard for shopping and eating out but off late, this has been my third trip to Nirvana Courtyard in the last 10 days. I keep visiting Sector-D / South City-2 Market frequently and exploring further gives me more visibility in terms of better shopping avenues supplemented by eating joints.
I picked an onion cheese bread and a multi-grain loaf. The Sonya Bakery Cafe has lots n lots of variety in breads, muffins, toasts, pies, rolls and cakes. The cleanliness and decor of the bakery outlet is of high standard. The outlet has a sitting area upstairs and approximately 10-12 people can easily accommodate. The service is efficient with 2 to 3 people attending to your requests.
I enjoyed the fresh lime soda as my beverage for the day. Actually, all messed up during the torrential rains today at our good ole Gurgaon, I halted here at this bakery at around 5:30 pm while I was returning from Sector-62 Gurgaon.
Most of the customers are from Nirvana and the food stuff at this bakery sells like 'hot cakes' for sure !
A Good Bakery is a place where I can spend a day eating. Chocolates and I can never be separated.
Sonya Bakery Cafe is my favoured bakery shop with a good variety of confections. Apart from chocolate confectionery, I loved the Almond Butterscotch Cake. One should surely taste it (Or Butterscotch cake) and once you taste it, you cannot resis from having another bite.
I really liked Nunetine, Brownie (All-time favorite) & Twist. Planning to taste Choco Garnis Cake and Oreo Cake.
If you are planning to visit Sonya Cafe, don't vacillate - Just Go There and Enjoy The Sweet Food. :)
This bakery is quite near to our place and we happen to visit this place very frequently now.
My sister in law had recommended the place and once me and my husband decided to explore it.
I am really short of words to describe the authenticity of the products they serve. Fresh; Tasty and some unique stuff which we rarely find in other bakeries.
Sonya bakery is so far the best bakery i ve been to. Keep it up guys.. You are on my hit list.

This no Ordinary Place. I have hardly given 4+ rating to anyone. This place is simply amazing. Wanted to go there for a long time since my sister suggested me to visit it long time back. Yesterday I finally visited the place with my wife. And we could see a totally new range of products which you cannot find on the usual bakeries. Really Exotic taste and soooo fresh. Every product is sooo fresh...

I noticed this bakery when I was passing by Nirvana courtyard. My friend told me that it is owned by a Korean gentleman and that my friend had once ordered a cake from here and everyone quite liked it. That’s all the feedback I needed to go inside and do some dessert tasting myself!
When I entered, I smiled. It was such a cute lil bakery. And with all their pastries and cakes on display, it was a visual delight.
They have many varieties of breakfast breads, very neatly wrapped and stacked. Then they have a shelf full of tea breads, and of course the usual garlic bread loaves et al.
Their pastries taste like they have been made to please the sweet tooth. I have had their coco rabbit which is a bun with a chocolate filling. It has quite a balanced taste as the bun neutralizes the over- effects of the chocolate centre. I recommend heating it and accompanying it with a cup of tea and hot coffee to make it a perfect breakfast or evening snack. Their muffins are not extra ordinary though. I would especially like to mention their cheesecakes and chocolate pongdue. The latter is filled with liquid chocolate and is a chocolate sinner’s dream come true!
As for their food offerings, their rolls and patties are standard. Nothing worth raving about. For a quick bite, you can try their paneer loaf, chicken loaf, Italian tile or croissants. When you are really hungry, go for their Italian pizza or focaccia. They have a soft base and are loaded with mozzarella cheese with vegetable toppings.
I am yet to try more of their coffees but their cappuccino and mocha are decent.
I would recommend going there for the desserts and not so much for their snacks. Since the prices are a lil steep, your sweet tooth will make it less hurtful coz their desserts are pretty awesome.
I look forward to trying the rest of their desserts and herb teas and smoothies.
Reasonable prices. Good cakes, Korean breads and pastries. We ate in and the service was pretty good. Will come again when in Gurgaon.
