I've recently moved back to India and have been craving authentic Indian food for months. I live in Sector 50 and had been hearing my friends & relatives praising the food at Adiva's. Especially their Masala Mutton Chaap, Butter Chicken and Grilled Paneer with Palak Puree. So I decided to head there for a meal with 5 of my friends.
I have to say... The food was incredibly delicious and exactly what I had in mind all those times while I was in London, dreaming of tasting 'real' Indian food that wasn't anglicised.
We ordered the above three dishes, of course. Plus, we also got the Herbed Butter Rice, Tandoori Stuffed Mushrooms, Grilled Chicken Kafta, Reshmi Chicken Seekh Kebabs and Butter Naans. Yes, we eat a lot! And frankly, I don't regret it one bit. The food was just too good. You have to try it to believe it.
My only regret is that after all that food I didn't have any place left in my stomach for dessert which is why I hope to go back to Adiva's Grill again when my sister's in town next month. I might even get a takeaway before then because it's so close to home. :D

Adiva's Grill is located at the rear exit of Baani Square Sector 50. This beautiful restaurant has a very elegant look and a very rustic decor which will transcend you to the 1950s theme. They have both indoor and outdoor seating so on a nice winter afternoon you can enjoy some of their delectable delicacies while enjoying the weather.
They serve Indian, Oriental and Continental food. I tried the Hakka Paneer with Oyster Sauce, Chicken in Cashew N Shitake Mushroom Sauce, Sweet Chilli Basil Sauce and Hakka Noodles. The Hakka Paneer and the Chicken were both exquisite. I usually always, always rate the Meat even with its shortcomings over vegetables but their Hakka Paneer just could not be beaten It was soft and spicy and comes with an explosion of exotic vegetables that it's served with.
It's easy to miss this restaurant as it's towards the end of Baani Square but if you are near Baani Square then it's the first restaurant you see after entering from the back gate.
They also cater for parties and as a matter of fact there was a kids birthday about to start while we were leaving.
Great place, great food. Go for it.

They provide you a golgappa as a welcome snack. It's nice in taste but not the sweet water if you like to have only sweet water with golgappas. :-). What we ordered : Honey chilli potato, Dry manchurain for starters. Soya masala and Onion Kulcha for main course. Virgin Mojito for drink. (Indian's favorite in Mocktails).

I've been here twice. Love their hospitality and good ambience. The staff is very friendly and professional at the same time. Coming to the food - I gave 1 less star as the butter chicken was bit too sweet for me. They offered to re-prepare but i was half way thru so i just let it be. Love the complimentary dishes they served with our every order :)
We went there to have dinner . The food was very tasty and very well cooked. it had paneer butter masala which was so awesome. The dal makhani is also worthy of the taste. Service was excellent and you receive complimentary golgappa with pudina

this place is awesome, I just recently get their for my lunch I m so hungry that time. I just went in this restaurant small restaurant but food was very tasty, and still I can feel the taste of that butter chicken still in my mouth. And the manager ( joginder) was very sweet and polite, thank you joginder for that lovely food . I would love to come again and again there.
An excellent find! A decent place located on the back side of Baani Square. What I loved about the place is the aachari Aalo dish. It's rare to find anything good in vegetarian besides paneer in any of the restaurants. The aachari Aalo was simply amazing. The Dal Makhani was to the point and so was the Honey Chilli Potato. I am definitely going back and so should you if you are a aaloo fan!

Good:
1. Chicken pasta Arrabiata was very much home-style and a LOT. Loved it!
2. They allowed us to get our own diet soda from a next door shop, since they didn't have it.
3. Zomato Gold!
4. Complimentary pani poori while we were waiting.
Average:
1. Chicken tikka kali mirch was just 6 small pieces, and had barely any black pepper. Not much different from malai tikka. Quantity nowhere near commensurate with the price. But tasted good nevertheless.
2. Interior and decor is pretty okay. Nothing outstanding or memorable, but decently comfortable, and repeatable.
Bad:
Although they have an incredibly elaborate menu, they were only serving indian, chinese and pasta. This is a really bad sign if you ask me. It's almost like they've only printed the huge menu to catch more eyeballs and trap all tastebuds. They're banking on the fact that customers, out of politeness/awkwardness, don't get up and leave if their food of choice is unavailable.
Loved the afghani chicken and rotis were brilliant and crispy!! Music selection was good and staff was friendly and polite. Food was freshly made and quality was good

We went to this nice little place on 4th May. We were strolling around , looking for a new place to explore. They had βGrillβ in their name and me and wifey both were in the mood to have some non oily stuff. Not to forget that the pamphlet kept outside the door had some nice lines about what the place is all about which gave a hint of the involvement of owners and made the place more attractive.
We ordered Chicken Tikka, Baked Dahi Kebabs, Palak-Peanuts Kebabs ( they had a different name for this ) in starters and they were yummy. Chicken was juicy, tender and fresh. Dahi Kebabs had a different but nice tangy flavour to them & felt good. The Palak peanut stuff was yummilicious π!
The main course was chicken pasta π, a mix veg and onion Kulcchas. The freshness of ingredients was very very appetising and we could feel the attention given to smaller details. Kulchhas were filling , big and the butter spread on top was mouth watering.
Overall - super dining experience.
The staff was lovely and gave us a couple of complimentary stuff like wafers for our kids and the fresh mango yogurt π¦π.
All for a very reasonable price too ( around 1300 INR). We shall go again !!!
Chicken American Choupsy was good. Loved the ambience last, fast service & when asked served with extra fried noodles. Awesome time & light for pocket.

Amazing food. Cute outdoor sitting. We ordered a chicken kaali mirch tikka which was perfectly cooked and peeper flavour was just apt. For main course we ordered chicken butter masala which was again finger licking good. Service was good too.

1) half tandoori chicken - well baked and delicious.
2) mutton seekh kebab - around 4-5 pieces, and it was good :)
3) mutton Rara - the quantity was a little less but taste was good.
4) kadai chicken - again the quantity was a little less but taste was good.
5) jeera rice - less quantity. Decent !
6) laccha paratha- this was good.
All in all a decent food joint with good food. Desi Indian food.
I was in Gurgaon recently, visiting a friend. So we thought to try a new outlet in the area and we got some food from here.
Initial impression: Order got confirmed and they delivered it quickly.
Coming to the food we got ourselves a Cheese Parcel, Grilled Dahi Kebab, Crispy Honey Chicken and Chicken Hot Garlic Sauce with Chicken Hakka Noodles.
Loved the cheese parcels. A great appetizer with loads of cheese.
Grilled Dahi Kebab was something different than usual Dahi Kebab. A little crispu from outside soft from inside. Give it a try.
Crispy Honey Chicken was again a delight to have. Loved the marination of it.
Sauce and Noodles made the perfect combination to end our meal.
Overall a great experience. Nice packaging of food. Do try this place!

the Tandoori muahroom are to die for and ao was the paneer butter masala... one of the finest.
The place ia very reasonable and located in Bani Square so pretty ergonomically located to visit and eat.
The variety is awesome and so is the taste and quality and also the quantity which ia evidenr from the pics as well.
I would definitely recommend it to my foodie friends.

Received complimentary golgappa shots which was good. Food was kinda okay but the staff wasn't helpful. Staff lacked knowledge of the dishes in the menu. Had to ask for the bill again after the incorrect dish wad given complimentary on gold.
My experience with the food of Adivaβs Grill has been great. I ordered two starters, two curries and breads last weekend. It was a timely delivery of my order which tasted well too.
Starters were chicken tikka haryali and tandoori soya tikka. Soft, succulent and full of flavours.
For the main course I ordered malai kofta and chicken rarra. Both curries were good but I personally would have liked slightly more portion size.
Great place to try if you are looking for options in and around Baani Square.
We ordered veg n non veg. Food was nothing more than average. Chicken tikka was very dry, substandard chicken quality. Chilly Paneer was comparatively better meets standard taste. We have ordered Butter Chicken and Grilled Cottage Cheese with Spinach Puree along with Tandoori Roti in the Main course. Butter chicken was good. Chicken was juicy and gravy had a subtle sweet taste while paneer dish was very bland through paneer quality was good. Tandoori Rotis were good.
We crossed this place at Bani's square quite a lot of time but didn't get time to check-out. Yesterday. we decided to order from this place.
I must say, they were very swift in taking the order and delivered it in 30 minutes. My place is very close to Bani's square might be a reason for on-time delivery. But credit goes to them as well.
Talking about the food, It came hot and was looking fresh. Chilly Paneer was an absolute delight with a good quantity of paneer and other veggies. Their Paneer is really soft and melts in the mouth. The second starter which we have ordered was Chicken Tikka. It was a great appetizer, properly marinated and chicken was juicy.
In the main course, we have ordered Butter Chicken and Grilled Cottage Cheese with Spinach Puree along with Tandoori Roti. Butter Chicken is a must try, a very balanced gravy with tasty pieces of chicken. Paneer dish is also a treat for veg. lovers. No complaint in tandoori Rotis as well.

I tried Kadai Paneer and Dal Makhani with Garlic Naan! The spices in Kadai Paneer was apt and Naans were perfect. Daal Makhni was good after heating it a little bit :)
Also tried Grilled Dahi Kebab and Paneer Haryali Tikka with Mint Chutney, and paneer was yummm, though kebabs were okayish! :)

Chilli mushroom dry- Was amazing! It is a must try on the menu.
Tandoori soya tikka- it is a delight for the vegetarian lovers. It was properly cooked and tasted delicious.
Paneer butter masala- it was scrumptious. And makes the perfect main course
Dal makhani- you can't miss out the dal makhni! It was delicious.

It was a cold winter evening, i was craving hot Chinese and Indian, and decided on Adivas grill. I ordered chili fish and chicken tikkas for starters, Tawa chicken and naan for main course and a veg chili garlic noodles for the satiation of my Chinese craving. I wasn't disappointed , as the chicken was well cooked and juicy as a result, the curry the right amount of spice and the winning dish of the night being the fish. The chili fish had a thick, glazed sauce with yellow red bell peppers, spring onions and a ginger garlic taste meshed in an amazing way, the only thing i would change about this dish would be the size of the pieces of the vegetables in the dish could be smaller (just a humble suggestion to the chef). All in all a great flavors...
While returning from office, I got the dinner packed from Adiva's Grill. They have a good variety of food options including Chinese and North Indian. Also the prices are quite reasonable. I ordered
1. Crispy Honey Chilly Potato
2. Veg Spring Roll
3. Malai Kofta
4. Grilled Chicken Butter Masala
They pack the food in a way that the food stays hot and fresh. Chinese starters were having authentic taste with a nice ratio of sauces in it. Malai Kofta was a little sweet but was good in taste. Grilled Chicken Butter Masala is a nice innovation by them. It is having grilled chicken pieces in a buttery and spicy gravy. It went well with their Butter Naan.
Overall the food was loved by everyone in my family. Would like to place order with them again.

Had 3 course meal and each course is better that other one and to our surprise, we were welcomed by complementary Gol gappas and while leaving we were server browny. Restaurant is tied up with zomato and with zomato gold, I had a very good deal but I must say food is value for money even without any zomato membership. A must go dine . Amazing . Thums up

Order is being delivered very late especially for zomato gold customers.

The continental starters, especially, cheese fingers and lemon chilli prawn were served hot and tasted very good. I would compliment the chef for cooking the tawa chicken so perfectly. The prices were worth the quality of the food.
It was a good experience having my nephew's birthday at Adiva's Grill. It was more of a small family reunion. The food was good, especially the dahi ke kabab. The portion size was also good. The waiters too were friendly and took care of the kids.

If u can spend a bit more for taste I will recommend this place specifically . They served completely gol gappa at ur table . And gol gappa is awesome taste and mouth watring. Yesterday I ordered their chicken tikka masala and dal tadka . The quantity was excellent and the taste was beyond great ....was good to experience authantic Indian food after so long.

The quality and quantity of food is just wow. Friendly staff. According to quantity prices are cheap. Must try dishes are tom yum soup and red sauce pasta.
Nice food.Ordered tawa chicken and laccha paratha.Chicken pieces were really juicy and not overcooked.Gravy was well spiced and aptly thick.
Laccha paratha usually we do t get cooked over tawa and it was tandoori one like we get in Kerala,but it was good.

One of the famous grills i came across in Gurgaon, not everybody serves good taste but Adiva's grill is worth trying for to make your palate happy. The smell and authenticity of delicacies can take your heart away for sure. Must visit once and the number of visits will increase automatically. ππ

In quest of Conti food ended up at Adiva literally all staggering. However, we are greeted with a pleasant smile and a palate tantalizing tray of paani puri and handheld to make order request.Am I thankful or what as we all know what a pain it is making the staff understand your need when it is not the regular stuff you are requesting.
Other than the regular Pasta with cheese chicken & Chilli garlic noodle we also ordered for Herb crusted stuffed breast of chicken butter mash and garlic bread. Β The chicken crust with herbs sprinkled was cooked to perfection, the butter mash was smooth and melt in your mouth, the sauted veggies were tossed to perfection and the so was the garlic bread and the sauce.In short if you are looking at quality food do visit Adiva and it is pocket friendly too!!
I went there for a dinner with a friend and I must admit the service of the restaurant first. The staff were so courteous and patient. We changed tables 2-3 times to be comfortable (because the couch is a bit big and has a straight back) but they were patient enough to have us feel comfortable. Food is very good. The meal for two had everything served on time and was delicious. The complimentary Golgappa at the start was a surprise. The Roasted tomato and basil soup was simply excellent. The unplugged old songs' playlist added to the mood. Food was worth spending the money for.
Overall experience : Highly Recommended.
Hands down the best tomato basil soup, served with perfectly roster bread. The service is amazing, the servers are polite and give great suggestions.

Baani square is a place where there are atleast 30 to 35 food outlets. So for a foodie like me, it becomes a bit of an alice in wonderland situation where i want to cover every nook and corner of the food served in these places. Adiva's Grill is again a very classy and unique restaurant, in which when you enter are greeted by smiling faces, and that good feeling never gets old.Although it is located in the exit side of Baani Square, the restaurant seemed very busy when we arrived with full of happy customers. We ordered for Tossed Cottage Cheese in Oyster Sauce which basically was the star item. And a foodie who lives and breathes on chicken, liking paneer is a huge deal. It was so soft and yet crunchy at the same time. And the oyster sauce wasnt overpowering and combined all the flavours together.
We also ordered for Tossed chicken with Shitake mushrooms. Now let me tell you something, Shitake mushrooms are really expensive and normally people dont serve much of it in their dishes. But for the price we paid, it was very reasonable and had ample amount of these delicious mushrooms in them. The chicken was also tender and juicy.
Anyone who goes to Baani Square, should definitely try out this cute little place which gives of a very antique, yet classy vibe.

GO HERE IF YOU WANT AN AMAZING AFFORDABLE LUNCH SET!! If I had a higher review to give I would! :) I absolutely love going to Adiva's with my family, they're one of the only restaurants in Gurgaon that are able to cater to all palettes in one sitting and they do all cuisines with the same integrity and with a well defined taste. Their location great too, tucked away on the side of Baani Square, they have a nice open ambience. But the hidden secret of this place is their lunch set menu!! Which is fantastic value for money and great tasting food. I have tried the Indian non-vegetarian set for two which comes at a very affordable βΉ700 and contains any choice of soup, starter, main course, dessert and a drink! For two!! Food is thoughtfully and beautifully prepared. I have even ordered take away and it came well packaged, on time and with the correct change. My mother was a fan since they opened and I have been going for a year. Love it. Highly recommend! :)

The restaurant offers a good ambience and hospitable staff. Once you enter the restaurant, you get a good comfy feeling.
As welcome complimentary food they serve gol gappa with the gol gappa paani in shot glasses. They were tasty and set the mood well. Another unique thing observed, menu on tablet, easy browsing and actually lots of options to choose from.
The food is good and tasty. We ordered vegetable spring rolls, soya tikki rolls and vegetarian hakka noodles. Food was good. Soya tikki rolls were the best and really delicious. Spring rolls were crisp and the filling was well prepared. Noodles were yummy as well.

Definitely was an awesome experience.Loved the ambience and special mention of the courteous staff.The food was unexpectedly delicious.The soft and succulent dahi kebabs melted in mouth. The outdoor sitting arrangement was spot on.If you are looking out for a place to hang out with friends and family on a weekend then Adiva's grill is THE place. The first time we interacted with Adiva's was for a party, a family get together and celebration for my niece's 1st birthday. We were given great competitive pricing and extremely warm and hospitable service. The owner ensured everything was perfect. And indeed it was just as he had promised .
We have since regularly ordered and visited. The service and food is always exceptional.
Kids love the conplimentary welcome gol gappa and the other sweet gestures made by the staff from time to time.

Nice cosy place. Food is good too just the service is slow due to lack of staff. But the wait is worth it. Best part is that they give pani Puri shots as appetizer.

Baani Square Food Hub (Sohna Road) is one place in Gurgaon where, I am seen taking a stroll every third day, be it for groceries, shopping for home stuff n most prominently, exploring newer food places. I first saw Adiva's Grill in January 2016 and waited for this newly opened food place to be visited.
I wanted to dine at Adiva's Grill but somehow got lil too busy over the weekend with a few events (not related to food) and a hangout party at my friend's place on Saturday.
Yesterday evening, with no other food agenda, I decided to explore the goodies in store at Adiva's Grill.
Mr Shiv is the owner of Adiva's Grill. I wanted to try out their steamed momos and soups. I went in for food home delivery and ordered chicken steamed momos, vegetable momos, chicken manchow soup n veg sweet n sour soup.
Before I start talking of my opinion, a thing which surprises me is that such restaurants which keep springing up in Baani Square serve far much AMAZING food as compared to established brand food franchise outlets. To name a few recently reviewed restaurants, Thaichi Street (Owners : Ankur and Megha) and Coastal Reef serve delicious food. These places (according to me) are 'Hidden Gems'.
Adiva's Grill
Steamed Chicken Momos π
Steamed and delectable. Undoubtedly, one of the best steamed chicken momos I have had in 2016 so far. Unlike most momos which are served with red chilly chutney, these momos were served with fresh green chilly chutney and I just loved their momos too much.
Chicken Manchow Soup
It was good to taste but nothing to beat the chicken manchow soup of Yo China n Main Land China. Its all about flavours when it comes to soups. Not withstanding that, their soups are good.
I wanted to compose this review after my dine in experience at Adiva's Grill but delectable & very delicious steamed chicken momos that I tasted yesterday has already given enough indication that their Chef is well trained and knows 'his job' well.
