Thank you Biryani Twist for making me a Biryani Lover. I have several times ordered from this place. Ordered Paneer kofta Biryani on 10/01/2016 and it was awesome. Tried many joints after it but everytime got disappointed and missed my fusion biryani from Biryani Twist.

Biryani twist is one if the few good biryani restaurants. Their menu compromises of a variety of biryani and starter's. Their biryanis taste good are worth the money. The salan is also fine.

I ordered Chefs special butter chicken biryani from this place & it was worth the hype. Smoked chicken pieces were soft & delicious . Totally loved the food delivered by this place.Well packed and quantity was good as well . 2 ppl can dig in dip in 1 biryani .
It a bit of a delayed post but it is better late than never. All thanx to a contest on their Facebook page i won a free home delivery of a hot and spicy paneer kofta biryani, the delivery process was smooth and the biryani was served at the right temperature, at the right time.
Had it as my dinner and it was super flavorful and spicy to my liking, although for my wife it was too spicy, but i like my biryani spiced up, the aroma was nice and the rice was long grained, it had small paneer kofta's pieces and was sent in a very nice packing, but what it lacked was that the biryani was too dry for my liking that chatni provided was again very spicy and if i added the chatni to the gravy it would have been a explosion of spice bomb.
overall i liked the biryani and would order again as soon as they start delivery in my vicinity

I ordered stuffed Dum aloo biryani online through Zomato. Delivered within time.
first off all, there is No Min Order value here, coz sometimes its just you and still you have to order more because of the Min order value... so a big :-)
secondly, the way they described the biryani on the online order page is really good, it is deliciously done with everything well explained even about the sides.
Now abt the Biryani :-)
the rice they used is pretty long and really tastes good. the preparation is such that you can really taste the rice. Generally in a biryani all you can taste is the spices and curries.
the only negative side of the biryani was the stuffed dumaloo. they were tasting like not that fresh. the stuffing inside the aloo pocket was kind of very dry. Otherwise the taste was good. so if they can improve a bit (my opinion) on the stuffing part then the thing will be awesome.
about the sides - the raita was good, a bit on the tangy side though
the curry was good but it was a bit on sweeter side.
just a suggestion - plz include some onion lachcha and a green chutney to add to the taste like icing on the cake.
Taste - 4.0/5 (for the rice 4.5/5, but -0.5 for the stuffed dum aloo)

Nice twist to traditional biryani.ordered their aloo dum.biryani which was perfect,well priced,bang on time and well packaged.Loved the taste and will try their butter chicken biryani soon.
Tasty Biryani. The gravy was really something else. Best Biryani in Gurgaon. Was fulfilling for two people.

I ordered butter chiken and dam aloo biryani...dilvered well before time.. hot n fresh..biryani really taste good.it comes with curry and dahi.. decent quantity. I thought tgey would use the same rice for both but butter chiken rice taste different...its worth a try..i loved their biryani..
I have had Biryani from a couple of places in Gurgaon, and this definitely was the best. It definitely was on the spicier side, but that is how I love my Biryani! :) So if you're a spice lover too then don't give this a second thought....you're gonna love their Biryani!
It was middle of the night, I hadn't had dinner and I really had a taste for Biryani in my mouth. And yes, this is an upside to Biryani Twist....they deliver you hot delicious Biryani right at your doorstep in the middle of the night!
We had ordered Paneer Kofta Biryani and Stuffed Dum Aloo Makhni Biryani. the Paneer Kofta one was more spicy than the Stuffed Aloo one, but both were equally yummy! The quantity is more than enough for one person, in fact three people can have a good dinner with 2 Biryanis. The gravy/salan and raita were good too! They give a garlic twist to the regular raita which makes it even better!
This definitely my go-to place for Biryani. You should try it out as well :)
I have ordered biryani twice from this place. I have tried paneer kofta biryani and it's amazing. The only drawback is it's very spicy...like really really spicy. I am a moderate spice eater, and the taste was very spicy for me, else if anybody who loves spicy food can try this place.
I could never develop a taste for Biryani until I had it from Biryani Twist.
being hardcore Punjabi, I ordered Butter chicken biryani around a month ago or so.. And this turned out to be my wisest decision. Simply loved the flavors and aroma that was so filled in each grain of rice. Good in Quantity, although qty of gravy can be a little more. raita was also pretty good.
Packaging was outstanding.
My order was 5-10 mins late from the time they confirmed. But that doesn't matter when the taste compensate!
One of the best Biryanis I ever had undoubtedly! This one that I ordered was Paneer Kofta Biryani. However, rhe reason for not giving it full rating is just one little factor that is normally ignored - Spiciness. Paneer kofta in Biryani were extremely spicy full of green chillies (when I say extremely, I mean it. Also refer to the last pic I shared with every bit of chilli picked out and kept aside). Flavors were great but chili ruined it for me. Had to literally struggle to finish it, which was sad. If you are one like me who is not fond of spicy food, then you should take note of the spice factor. Otherwise Biryani gets 5 out of 5 from me for its amazing flavours like that of saffron so beautifully ruined by chili. I regret not asking them to keep chili to the minimum.

It was again a Monday and just like any Monday was not feeling to go for a work. There's only one this that could setup my mood for this brilliant Monday and that was only brilliant food. Being my work place Gurgaon I had a lot of names in my mind. But then, I asked my Team mates that what would they love to have as to boost up their Monday I will treat them. And to my surprise there was a unanimous call for Biryani!
Truly speaking, Biryani is everyone's favourite and I have rarely seen any person who would not love to have a biryani. So, a batchmate said that there was this new oultlet calle , "Biryani Twist" has open and he never tried Biryani from that place at all and really wanted to as they serve a Biryani with a twist!
I certainly have gone to their Menu and placed an order for Mutton Burrah Biryani, Gobi 65 Biryani, Butter Chicken Biryani and Non-Veg Pop Corn.
Well, to start with the delivery time, The delivery reached only 10 minutes late from the time decided. Which was not bad as I definitely can understand that maybe because of traffic or some issues that could've happened.
Then we received these beautiful Blue Biryani Boxes that I took with the halp of my friends and if I talk about the Packaging then it was brilliant as we immediately did not had the Biryani as it was still about 45 minutes left for our lunch break and still the Biryani packaging was leak proof and one can heat it up directly in the microwave oven.
Talking about the taste of these beautiful looking Biryani's then I have to say one thing that you must not expect these Biryani's to be tasted like an Awadhi, Lucknowi or any authentic sorts of as they have a concept where they serve these Biryani's with a bit of a twist in the taste and accordingly they have fusionised the flavours of it making sure that they give an overall appearance of a biryani but should not taste like the old monotonous one. Instead they tried to give a bit of a hint of a twist in each one of them as if I talk about their Mutton Burrah Biryani it has altogether very succulent chunks of roasted mutton in very aromatic rice and with good to match gravy. And if I talk about Butter Chicken Biryani then it was a paradise on its own as the butter chicken being any punjabi's all time favorite is actually good in any form and getting that in the form of biryani was itself a great meal that anyone can ask for. The must try is their Aranchini kind of Non Veg Popcorns which is actually an effort of serving a Biryani in the for of beautiful balls shape and the best part is you can actually taste all the essentials of a perfect biryani in it. what else you need???
My general feedback towards this Delivery outlet is that the place is very decent, under budget when it comes to taste it is actually value for money but the only thing is that you should have the palate to taste these Biryani's with a twist as being a bit different these Biryani's are different and apart from being normal it is a bit out of the league Biryani's that shall be tasted once atleast for sure!
My Final Rating shall be 4 Stars out of 5 Stars
While scrolling my Fb feed got to know about this joint. Thought of giving it a try. Called them to order Mutton Biryani and they further asked about Mutton Burrah or Classic Yakhni mutton, on the recommendation of team i ordered Classic yakhni mutton biryani. Received order well in around 30-35 mins in a very beautiful box.
Mutton was tender and cooked to perfection with flavors of whole spices. Rice were flavorsome and perfectly spiced to my taste. gravy served with it was good and raita was a delight itself.
The portions were more than we could eat. It was a royal treat.
Will definitely try more variety soon and will review :)
Ordered from here for the first time and was happy to see the packing and the responsiveness for delivery of the food. The preparation was different and tasty - had ordered paneer kofta biryani but it wasn't available, so they called to ask if it can be substituted. I decided to go for dum aloo biryani and rightly so. There were six pieces of dum aloo in the soft light and aromatic rice. The accompanying raita and gravy were a delight. Overall, a good experience and would like to try more variety soon.
Ordered Paneer Kofta Biryani for a casual dinner with my friend at my place. Biryani arrived within 40-45 mins as promised by the staff in a very lively and cool boz. But Biryani was steaming hot. Super amazing aroma with flavors of spices in every grain of rice.
Paneer Kofta was very soft and tasty and the gravy served along it was adding to the overall experience. Raita was also fine with some tangent flavor of ginger (not as per my taste but my friend likes that too).
Definitely going to try other variants soon.
Impressive offerings. Surprisingly, the experiments butter chicken biryani and burra kebab biryani worked out pretty well. I asked for medium spicy, which was perfectly spiced and flavored. They also delivered properly and promptly. To top it all off, a plate isn't crazy expensive.
Are you sick of the same old Biryani that every single restaurant serves? Then you have to try this place!! They have many exciting and different types of dishes including Biryani Croquettes, Galouti Nano Burgers, Butter Chicken Biryani etc that are innovative and absolutely delicious! Give it a 5 for quality and packaging as well; everything was neatly packed and hygenic and super easy to serve and eat.
Definitely a much needed departure from the everyday biryani that you get EVERYWHERE! HAVE TO try this place !
A friend suggested to try fusion cuisine from "5star" kitchen. Ordered and waited in anticipation for my food and it came in some really cool box.
I loved PaneerKofta biryani and the veg Korma gravy and that ginger flavored raita was FANTASTIC.

Got to know about BiryaniTwist from Facebook, Being ardent follower of Hyderabadi Dum Biryani any Twists in the authentic flavors was suspicious to me. still gave it a try, ordered Biryani Croquettes,their signature ButterChicken biryani.
Received my order in around 40-45 mins. Packaging is really good.
Must say, Biryani Twist changed my perception.
FOOD: Perfect blend of spices and extremelyyy delicious chicken in basmati rice with aroma of saffron. "Mind blowing" complimentary gravy and raita was adding to the meal.
Biryani Croquettes are unique. My new favorite snackies!
Only drawback is that its Delivery-only restro. But Loved their services.
Have been patronising this outlet since it opened. The #Biryanis have been mouthwatering, including the mutton fare and butter #chicken #biryani. Liked the #chicken #65 #biryani as well! But other stuff like the mini #burgers are also amazing, as are their rolls. Best of all, the food comes packaged in amazing containers, ready to be frozen or microwaved...I think this is a super outlet. Best in @Gurgaon so far.

The best biryani I've eaten in NCR. The biryani rice cooked to perfection. I tried Butter Chicken Biryani served with chicken gravy ,raita and Paneer Kofta Biryani served veg korma gravy and raita.
Butter chicken biryani is cooked with Punjabi Style cooked boneless chicken. Definitely a must try.

This Sunday, I had the privilege of tasting some mouthwatering Paneer Kofta Biriyani and Bombay Masala (Veg) which had some unique flavours and the packaging was awesome. Just perfect for a T.V. Dinner. My friend who had the Chef's Special Butter Chicken Biriyani could not stop raving about this fusion dish which is a bound to be a a super hit. While the quantity was perfect for more than 1 person, I wish I had ordered another Bombay Masala as I polished off the entire helping all by myself in one go. The food was fresh with a difference. All the best for this new venture.
Best biryanis in Gurgaon. Kebabs were absolutely delicious. The butter chicken biryani and pepper chicken ghee roast is a must try. Will leave you wanting more!
Bored of ordering the same old, run-of- the-mill Indian food I decided to try something different, hence ended up ordering from this new place. I was immediately struck by the ingenuity of their food combinations. I ordered the butter chicken biryani which was absolutely delicious, especially since it combined two of my favorite food items into one dish. I was also pleasantly surprised by the large portion size. Finally, their packaging was of excellent quality and the delivery was on time. Will definitely order again soon and try out some new dishes.
The Biryani, Galouti Burgers and Chicken Tacos we received were a gourmet's delight and in true sense these dishes were reinvented and refurbished to meet a foodie's fantasy.

Food with a twist indeed! Some very well known popular dishes completely reinvented! Very creative. Loved the butterchicken biryani, paneer kofta biryani, the palak paneer kofta and the chicken nano burgers. The soft bread of the nano burgers just melts in your mouth and the chicken filling is perfectly spiced. Well done! Amazing!
Received chicken 65 biryani in great packaging. Though the raita was ok but salan was nice and spicy. overall the quality of the food was very satisfying. The prices are also very tempting as 2 dishes for 1 price - great. The palak paneer kofta curry was quite unique, the kofta had a lot of flavor and the rumali was just the perfect texture. Cant wait to try more of your food. Though my suggestion is that your delivery boys need to have the correct change in hand.
The standouts of the evening were the Chicken taco's and the Butter Chicken Biryani. perfect blend of spices certainly gave the Indian food a twist.
