This year I had the opportunity to taste some of the best mutton dishes that i have ever had from a home kitchen. Shahla's passion towards her creations is evident with her yearn to learn the historical background of recipes from earlier generations and then reproduce it.
Apart from the taste, flavours, colour of the preparations her quantities are handsome and well priced. In Hindi I would say..she serves Tabiyat Se. Your stomach will be more than full.

Ordered the Chicken Biryani and Mutton Korma; both were amazingly fragrant. The tender cuts of mutton were melt-in-the-mouth. However, the korma gravy was a bit too spicy and hot. That was the only pitfall. All in all, great service & good food.
Had the good fortune of trying the mutton ghee roast after reading laurels about the same. And I must say, the appreciation is well deserved. Mutton falling off the bone, every morsel full of flavour and well cooked meat. Delicious. Spicy and at the same time the spices did not overpower the flavours rather complemented them. She is gifted, the food brought a smile on my face and I thought the various textures of the onion crispers, the Salan, extremely succulent and tender mutton in the Biryani were just brilliant, they played a riot with my palette. I ordered their Awesome Threesome Combo which had Veg Biryani, Galouti Kababs and 3 Ulte Tawe ke Paranthe. They were out of Veg Galouti Kababs, so they replaced it with Kadhai Paneer, which I absolutely loved! The Paneer was so soft and had a great texture. The Biryani was a bit disappointing for someone who loves spices and herbs. Otherwise I would love to try their Kebabs and will definitely order again.
Last weekend we were looking for a meal from outside, as we know the tough time is going on. But we came to know that this place is maintaining the government guidelines very strictly which is the best part so we decided to place the order from here.
We ordered Malai Soya Chaap, Paneer 65 and Veg Galouti Kebabs. They sent all three dishes in nice microwave safe packaging. All three dishes were simply amazing. Paneer 65 was my favourite and cheese burger as so soft and nicely cooked served along with thick gravy.
My daughter loved Galuti kebabs as it’s just melting in the mouth. Soya chap was also good.

So I ordered yesterday from this place while I was in Gurgaon. The kadhai Paneer was delicious and I loved the spices and big chunks of paneer in it full of gravy unlike other restaurants. Malai chaap were evenly cut and tasted heaven. Dal makhni was yum too.
The quality for all three dishes were very much adequate that 3 people ate uptill stomach and that too in such economical price.

Way to go!! The Kilo Kitchen Biryani had a wide range of options to choose from. I am a huge fan of chicken Biryani but for the first time I wanted to try something different and hence I ordered Paneer Biryani. The lucknowi chicken biryani was mind blowing super yummyy and the aroma was just so perfect. I have had such delicious biryani after a freaking long time really enjoyed it.
Then comes kadai chicken my ultimate favourite and it has actually passed the test to satisfy my taste buds. A perfect flavour of all the species.
Then the paneer butter masala super delicious and amazingly cooked.

All three were super yumm but I personally loved their paneer 65 and would definitely order that again soon
The biryani come in an earthen pot which keeps it very warm so you can have a proper hot meal, it was also loaded with chaap and unlike some places which don't put enough. The flavours are subtle and not overpowering so you can definitely give this a try if you like biryani like this
