the most investor-friendly real estate developer in new delhi ncr. it is impossible to find a better property builder than this one, in terms of customer-support in entire ncr delhi. used to deal in properties earlier so know the realty investment market related to original bookings in gurgaon and main noida very very well. this realtor is the most adjusting one in nature. the market is very bad since the last 6 years hence almost all investors faced the brunt. very few developers made the move to step pit and reach out to their customers for extending support in such a difficult time. baani definitely and m3m to a reasonably took the initiative to change policies to make them softer towards buyers. very much opposite of frauds like m2k, bptp and many more who instead of showing flexibility, cunningly latched upon the opportunity to forfeit the entire or else a major part of the installment money already paid by the purchasers.
