Delivery Experience-
I can understand that due to heavy rush it could be late but it was too late ( May be they could have shown on the app itself that the order may be delayed), It was ordered at 11PM and came by 2-3AM, after we slept.
Cake - It was soft and good in taste. No complaints here.
Will try more orders in future and will see if i gets a better experience.

Cake was really good. The order was also delivered 30 minutes before the delivery time. But I mentioned something in the special cooking instructions and my cake got delivered without that message. Please check the instructions since you deliver cake as people order them to celebrate.

Ordered a 1 lg chocolate truffle cake. Although the delivery was a bit late than expected, the cake turned out to be decent. Nothing extravagant or the quality isn't anything phenomenal but this is a place to order good, edible cakes. The person on the phone was polite. Served around 10 people.

I had an awesome experience with Cake On Wheels. They deliver the freshest cake in the city and that too right in time. Their cake looks delicious smell fresh and tastes yummy.
Once I forgot my roomate's b'dae and could recall only at 1:00 am and Gaurav made arrangements to deliver yummy blueberry cake within 45 mins. My friends and family have now become great fan of Cake on Wheels.
I tried few cakes from here and they were really tasty. I liked the chocolate mousse cake here. Its really very soft and mouth melting. The best part is that they deliver half kg cakes also.

Though it was quite some time back that I ordered a cake from them, but it was so good that since then I've been wanting to leave a review for them. Since there was no one to go and get the cake, I went online and ordered not knowing how good or bad it'll turn out to be but on recieving it and finally having it we all were in for a BIG SURPRISE !! It was that good!
A spoiler. Sent the wrong Cake. On top of that, they have stopped replying to the customer's query on WhatsApp. Worst customer service I've experienced so far. Now you know why these average cake deliveries will remain average throughout.
