This place is just amazing. I had heard a lot about this restaurant and how they preserve taste while adopting healthy ways of cooking so finally thought to try it out myself and boy I was pleased. As I picked up the menu I realized that each dish is calorie counted listed with nutritional values. The prices are so economical and way lesser than offered by other restaurants in vicinity. I ordered a chana masala, chicken salad, tawa tandoori roti and chocolate banana shake and each of the dishes was delicious. Chana Masala was crunchy and spicy with no oil accumulation at the bottom of the bowl. Chicken salad was filled with tangy olives and juicy chunks of meat. The shake had the right amount of sweetness and tandoori rotis were as light as my mom makes at home. The quantity was more than enough for 2 and honestly wanted to try more but was full already.
Also, do ask the owner about your diet plans as he is a certified nutritionist. Will definitely visit again.

The cook was sick so ordered from this place which claimed good healthy food... And for once the claims were true. Very rarely I have seen tawa rotis cooked so well .. they were just as good as the ones prepare in my kitchen...ordered rajma as well. Which was really well cooked...the rajma prepared by others competing places is also nice.. but on the spicier side.. but from this place ... It was just PERFECT!
Decently priced as well, and not to mention that the order came within stipulated time and steaming hot..

The healthy rasoi is new entrant for healthy delicious food delivery and dine in outlet in Gurgaon. Being a foodie, it's always a delight to explore such fantastic places. Special mention for their beautifully designed menu which mentions about calories and proportion of protein,fat,fibre in their dishes. I loved their mushroom bombs and tofu sandwiches. If you love mushrooms, then mushroom bombs is must have dish. Tofu sandwiches are made in multigrain bread and I love their well seasoned tofu filling. Freshness of all ingredients can be felt while having the food. For main course, I would love to recommend Butter paneer masala, rajma with ajwain parantha . Curries are thick and flavours are bang on. These dishes are prepared in olive oil and are low in fat and cholesterol.Overall I would love to try more from their vegetarian heaven of healthy dishes.

Well I recently discovered this place and let me tell you, what an amazing discovery it was. Since then I have been a regular at ordering from this joint.
There food is just simply awesome. Even after eating you will not feel an ounce of heaviness (which is usually the case after consumption of Indian food). From there mango lassi to khada paneer masala to chicken rara to butter aka better chicken...everything is just awesome...
Big big mention for the guy who owns / runs the place - Manan (please take a bow)...the kind of command and knowledge this young lad has is simply phenomenal...he is all so welcoming if you want to take suggestions or make few modifications in your order.

You have to try out the healthiest chicken tikka marinated in little drops of heaven. It's the best that I've had in town. If you are a vegetarian, don't miss out on treating your taste buds with Dal Makhni and Paneer Khada Masala.
Post meal interaction with the owner was great as he recommended me great tips about how to manage carbs and protein in my diet and the right time to consume both (Yes, the preparation of food is under the guidance of a professional nutritionist).
Overall, the ambience and food was top notch. Service was great while ensuring affordability. Would definitely recommend my fellow food lovers to go to this lovely place.
This places serves nice healthy food which is actually healthy and they had a simple menu but with twisted healthy options like raagi roti and rolls in raagi roti, they also had a special
Navratri menu and we tried the sabudana Tikku which was made with so less oil. I am definitely going back to this place again and again and the prices are reasonable too. So not heavy on tummy and not heavy on the pocket, it’s a win win deal.
Reviewing after almost two years and what made me do so is " The Healthy Rasoi" in gurgaon ! After heard so much abt this place i finally got the chance to experience it. As soon as i enter, it seems to be a simply nice cosy restaurant like any other but i was wrong their wide variety menu also includes detailed nutrients of each n every dish like calories , proteins , fat etc. This was so comforting specially for a guy like me who do gyming and keep the track of calories intake.Staff was cooperative and friendly but what i like the most is that the owner himself is a professional nutritionist Mr Manan . He told me that although the dishes sound quite similar like butter chicken and all but they cook it with a twist for example they don't put butter in butter chicken and it is something to die for ,as it feel so light even after having a full plate . Manan also suggested me tomato chicken and chicken lazeez along with homed cooked Missi roti. I believe that this restaurant is something that people can go out on a regular basis mainly because they do cooking in olive oil and they didn't compromise quality despite such a reasonable price ( these guys doesn't charge tax btw) . I got to know that Manan was a budding entrepreneur he recently started his restaurant after graduation and have attained several qualifications in nutritional diet. He also gives personalised diet . Interior was good . Just need to have some nice playlist🙈 .

Recently decided to browse through Zomato to check out healthy eating options in and around Gurugram but was in no mood to eat the usual healthy stuff (read Salads). This is when I stumbled across this nice little place in Gurugram called as The Healthy Rasoi. I decided to try it right away. And boy, I was impressed.
They have a bunch of unique & innovative dishes made using healthier alternatives. I tried their Tomato Chicken, Chicken Lahori and Chicken Rara. The taste and quality was amazing. The vegetarian options very quite impressive too. I never thought that healthy eating options especially could have so much taste and flavor. But this place defies my commonly held belief.
I recently had food from this restaurant and it was mouth watering. Both veg and non veg dishes are delicious. I would specially recommend Lahori Chicken for the chicken lovers. It's a unique combination of delicious and healthy food.

Was looking out something to satiate my hunger somewhere around noon. Passed by this one. Might go unnoticed but once I stepped in it was a different story. A must try for at least once. Reasonable prices. Delicious food. Cooperative staff. And a decent ambience. Overall a good decision.
Amazing food with cafe-like interiors. The nutritional information provided below every food item in the menu helped me have great food guilt-free! The food here is amazing. Being a vegetarian, I have had Paneer Lahori, Paneer Tikka, Mixed Veg, Dal Makhni, Tofu Saag (on different occasions, ofcourse) from this place and they were all delicious. Moreover, this is the only place that I've come across, which offers Tawa Roti (made without maida, only whole-wheat). In fact, all the breads they offer are made of whole-wheat. To top it all, they've mentioned the intake of protein, carbs, fats etc. per item, in the menu itself. A great help for those who believe in cataloguing and being heedful of their diet.
Overall, a great place for some scrumptious, healthy and guilt-free binging.
NOTE: The money they charge is nothing as compared to portion they offer. I had to get my order packed on almost every visit.

A fan of this place. I discovered this place few months back and let me tell you I keep coming back to the food from this place. Less oil....very well cooked tasty dishes on the menu with lot of healthy options. Basic dishes like dahi chicken or even alloo gobhi for that matter taste amazing from their kitchen.....have tried many options from their menu. One can feel the healthy flavour of home cooked food yet it tastes yummy like restaurant food, a perfect blend I must say. Food is light on tummy and leaves you with a very nice after taste...must visit place to go and try their food straight piping hot fresh from their kitchen.
In Veg Main Course, there is very less variety. Although Food taste good. Quantity is also optimum. We ordered Chicken clear soup, Paneer Maalamal and makhni Daal. Except Makhni Daal, Food is nice and rates are nominal

The food is delicious, extremely reasonably priced, AND the portions are HUGE. It's just so value for money, plus it's a great dine out option because the ambience is so, so nice.
I turned vegetarian some months ago and this is the first restaurant where I have not missed my meat options at all because the other stuff is also just so genuinely great! But my partner loves their chicken tikka and every other chicken dish he's tried there, so that just shows that they pay equal attention to the quality of the dishes on their menu. My absolute favorites are the Lahori Paneer and Paneer Roll! I also love their mango lassi which is just so refreshing and delicious. The egg paratha and the kebabs are also amazing.
I have loved everything I've had there and just the sight of their menu makes my mouth water.
We also spoke to the owner and he told us that they're going to be adding many more dishes super soon, so that sounds promising. He's actually super friendly and knows so much about nutrition and keeping fit that it makes you appreciate his initiative even more, and he's always willing to give advice. It's really impressive how they've calculated the calories and other particularities of each dish on the menu. All their dishes are also cooked in the healthiest way possible which is great for guilt free hogging.
The service is helpful, attentive but not obtrusive which is exactly the way it should be.
All in all, I adore this place. It's priced well, the portions are great (I have never seen so much paneer in a paneer dish - that too well cooked - as I have here), the ambience is lovely, the dishes are healthy and delicious, and it's just five minutes away from Sikandarpur Metro station which just makes it so accessible. I had paneer achari at healthy rasoi. I'm so satisfied but I wanna more better option I'm a very good cook so I know the typical cooking tips so I would like to expect much better food.
Visited here on a recommendation of a friend and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. I really liked their preparation which is in less oil and light masalas and the presentation is also good nd impressive.
They have utilised the space very well and the food taste really good..do try their raagi rolls...very nutritious and filling ..light on the pocket and heart too. The quality is way better than the rest of the eatries available in the same vicinity. If you are a person who like to eat healthy and clean then this is really a good deal..Wish healthy rasoi all the best of luck to in their endeavour!!

The intent of this place is very well thought through. The menu is concise and crisp and hence making the experience remarkably wonderful.
The warm hospitality that one is welcomed here with is truly exceptional
My favourites are the Grilled chicken breast (which is not in the menu but you can always make a special request), the club chicken sandwich and the chicken Ragi roll.
I have yet to try many more items but I am cent percent sure that it would extremely delicious. The calorie information with every dish is like a hidden gem which is very essential.
Everything is cooked with utmost care and dedication keeping in my the health quotient.

I had strawberry lassi and fresh lime soda on the side. My overall experience was fabulous. The owner is a young entrepreneur who is fun to interact with. Will suggest my fellow food lovers to visit this place for sure.
There are limited options for healthy food in qutubh plaza including subway. I ordered one chicken club sandwich and one Indi chicken which was quite a big meal. The food stood firm to the test of taste and freshness was quite visible. If you want to keep a track of nutrients you intake and enjoy a good tasty meal, I would suggest healthy rasoi.
We went for a Sunday Brunch. The Menu is quite different as it has a complete description of the Nutritional Value of all the food items. This place offers a wide variety of options from sandwiches to parathas. We ordered Chicken Khada Masala and Dal Makhni with Misi Roti. The taste was amazing with decent quantity.
The Summer Coolers we ordered along with the food was very refreshing in this hot weather.

I was very impressed with the ambiance and food. The selection of food and calorie count is very impressive. The ragi roll with tofu is an excellent choice and the spinach shake works best with it.
Decently healthy menu, good variety, great taste, and good pricing. I recommend the tuna sandwich, and the egg packages. If you're eating Indian food here (and Indian food isn't usually healthy), have a go with the raagi roti.
I have been to this cute little place on a Friday night. It's a new place and have a refreshingly healthy and yet a delicious menu made of multigrain, soy and brown rice. They have an interesting concept in their menu mentioning the calories, carbs,fats and other nutrients. I have tried a brown rice veg biryani, ragi roti with butter chicken. All three dishes are great & Would definitely go there again to try more dishes. If you are going in a hot afternoon do try their 'summer cooler'.
A must go place for some guilt-free hogging.
3 of us went to this place on a lazy Saturday afternoon and were really surprised at the quality of food and guess what its light on the pocket as well.
Mushroom bomb and Chicken achari kebab are must try starters and you can cool off with the Mojito-isk drink called summer cooler which completes your meal.

Healthy rasoi is healthy indeed and their claim about using Olive oil and multi-grain flour is really true. I have experienced this during my first visit to the healthy rasoi when even after having butter chicken I didn't feel heavy on my stomach and the next morning I didn't have any after effects of the food I had, which we usually feel and suffer through out the day after having food at any other restaurant using other types of oils and 'maida' in the chapatis. Another good thing is that the prices are very reasonable which is healthy on the pocket. Their ambience is also very cool. I have liked the healthy concept very much as I felt free to eat anything.
A nice warm place with really good food. Indi paneer and mushroom bomb are must-have starters ! Will also recommend their Dal makhni and Chana masala for the typical North Indian taste. Overall, a good deal...tasty food, that too cooked in a healthy manner.
This place has the best Chana masala in town and the most heavenly tawa tandoori rotis.
A friend and I tried The Healthy Rasoi over the weekend and the food was great. The rotis especially just melted away in our mouths. We had planned to have a small meal but ended up ordering more.
The chana masala was freshly cooked, tasty and well presented. The quantity was sufficient for two.
The servers were prompt and attentive. The restaurant seemed to have been recently decorated. As the restaurant emphasises on healthy food, each dish on the menu has the nutritional content clearly mentioned. Overall a healthy meal at great value. I'll certainly be going back.
Advice to the manager : Start planning to increase seating. Footfalls are going to increase exponentially :)
