Ordered a few gift hampers from here. Dimple was amazing at suggesting things to be put in the hampers . She was constantly in touch with me by sending snaps of how the hamper would look & was open to all my requests. Personalised name tags for the hampers were also attached to each hamper.

This is the best red velvet cake I have ever had and at such a reasonable price . Better than the overpriced stuff at Theo’s / theobroma . Totally love it. Highly recommended

Ordered fruit waffle and blueberry muffin.
Although instead of blueberry they delivered chocolate chip muffin, which were kind of stale and didn't taste fresh.
Fruit waffle was really good and would recommend that!
Would strongly recommend trying their cakes. I ordered the 'fruit overload' cake for a birthday and it was just perfect. Flavourful, absolutely fresh and creamy. Best thing was sugar level was perfect - neither high nor low. Will definitely order more from them.

Ordered in a tea cake based on the rating. Turns out the cake had fungus all over it and was quite visible. I was surprised that they did not see it and sent it over without checking. Never ordering again from this place.
I loved the plum cake bar I had ordered. I was bit skeptical as last year I had got such a bad plum cake from another shop that I didn’t want to buy a whole cake this Christmas. So I went for the bar. The cake by The Cake Story as great taste. Only thing which could have been better is the moist. I found it to be slightly dry. But all in all. Thank you.

I have ordered cakes from this place on two occasions and on both occassions the cake was oh so delicious. The last time I ordered a cream fondant frozen black forest cake. It was so so good, so fresh and finger licking awesome! It made me write this review 😀..
So when you will see the pictures you would find out that their are end number of photographs of Blackforest Cake you know why? because this is the best falvour among all the cakes available also it get delivered on time whenever i am in urgency i only prefer Blackforest cake.
Apart from Blackforest their butterscotch falvour is also yummy.
I would say that whenever i order something i will go for the taste presentation and the packaging and on all the 3 things i will rate cakestory 5/5
Now the question come why i rated only 5 star.

Before i start with the food review I'll comment on the service. Got a prompt call from the outlet to check order as well as delivery timeline ( as I was ordering a surprise cake to a restaurant. ).Even the delivery guy called to confirm the restaurant name and any particular person who needed to be contacted. It was delivered well in time...so kudos for that! Now for the Cake....what we ordered was 1.5kg Fruit Overload Custard Cream Cake. Every one of the 10 guests there including the birthday girl asked where the cake came from. It was simply delicious with loads of fruit, perfect sponge and a balance of the cream (i.e. not too much of it like a lot of bakeries sin). If i could give 10 stars I would!

The cake story is a good outlet to try cakes in gurgaon . I have always tried there cafe mocha cake which is 5/5. This time tried their orange cake . It was 4/5. Cake is very fresh though no orange chunks were there in the cake .

This place is at the back entry of Eros City Square Sec 49. Easily seen from the road. Talking about parking, it is easily available on the street in front of the shop. Now coming to review, it is a small bakery with a sitting arrangement for 4-8 people. I have ordered many pastries and cakes from here and I like the quality and quantity. The cakes are fresh but are a little costly. Eg Around 700+ for 1/2 kg. But it's worth it. They provide home delivery and make custom cakes. I would definitely recommend this place.
I was looking for a cake that was not just chocolate nor plain vanilla and my search ended with the Neapolitan cake which was a combination of white chocolate, strawberry and chocolate cake and looked super cute. The Cake was delivered promptly within 1 hour of ordering and it was yum. 1 kg costed INR 1870.
Their selected range of chocolates , sweets cookies are so good, even the snacks too, especially sandwiches from their newly launched gourmet crisps.

I ordered a customized red velvet sheet cake for my dad’s retirement party. The cake looked better than what I had shown to them for customization. It was lovely and the taste was spot on as well. The delivery was smooth and well taken care. I was able to get everything done over whats app which was really convenient since I was out of country.
The only feedback and the reason I didn’t give five stars is to respond to whats app faster. I was in a different time zone and was trying to order a cake during my night time and it took more than an hour from start to finish for a cake with simple instructions.

Absolutely love the cakes from cake story. I have tried a lot of diff cakes from them . We always end of ordering at least 1 cake from these guys for all our office celebrations. The best ones yet are surely: belgian chocolate which was next level and ref velvet for those who like it.
The quality is good. At times You may observe some change in the product design from what is advertised. Both these cakes were ordered by me through Zomato, so from delivery service point of view, no any concerns as such.
