It was a great dining experience, at least for the first time. There are few basic misses like cutlery and tissue stock up. Serving up water or asking at least what kind of water is required, bottled or normal, cold or room temperature. A bit of lag was noticeable. But that didn't take away from the overall food and dine in experience. Would surely be back again.
A nice place to have dinner. The food is on point. Ambience is very nice with brick walls which looks beautiful. They have a very huge menu so if you have any confusion, they will provide you their suggestions. Expect a little waiting time if you are visiting on weekends.
Must try their pasta, shakes and desserts.
Awesome taste of food and really good menu . You will love the ambience and food tastes great. Menu is really vaalst loads of choice. Price wise it's little higher like 650 -700 rs per dish . So it will cost 1700 -1800 Rs for a two.
It is a very beautiful place. Good food. The retro ambience with movie posters and brick wall adds to the experience. Their menu is very impressive with so many options. Food and cocktails are amazing as well. Tiramisu was good. In the weekend, it's a bit crowded. Servers are also helpful in giving good suggestions.
We went Ardee mall's big chill outlet.. As other outlet this was also very good.. Food, services, and ambience all were amazing.
This review is for the Chef. You are the best! The best pizza in Delhi NCR. I just love the fact that they can make anything I demand which is not even on the menu and customize it the way I like.
Food quality is perfect. Service level is good. Place is neat and clean. We have been to The Big chill at many different locations and they never disappoint, it’s a safe bet.

Big chill is having big crowd of chatter friends who want to talk alot. No music or low volume music so that you can talk. But talk is too much🤦🏻♂️.

The Big chill cafe in Ardee city is one of the less crowded ones I have come across. Food as always is great and the place was very spacious, the seating arrangement also had sufficient space between the tables. They have outside seating as well. For larger groups check in advance. Loved the dim lit ambience. Big fan of the baked potato options!
Ambience is good with retro look, food is delicious 😋. Service do take time to serve food. Rest you will love it.
My 2nd visit, first one in Cyberhub and second one in Ardee mall.
Little bit of waiting time but it was well managed.
The food was delicious, portions little smaller than expected. Only reason for reduced 1 star. Spice levels low and kids can easily manage.

The place is very big compared to cyber hub opening, and was expecting a washroom or washbasin inside. This has become a must have post covid.
Overall place cleanliness is good.

You have to try their pasta range they are yum and delicious. In each bite you’ll feel the creaminess and amazing texture. Also their pasties are die for. They taste rich and delicious and worth the money. Their menu is very very big so there are so many options. Also if you are going to celebrate someone’s birthday please note cakes range starts from 1kg. Service is good. We ordered Chicken Lasagna and Irish Tiramisu.
I'm not a coffee lover so, Tiramisu was not my cup of tea. But the lasagna was delicious and surely a worth a try.
One can also try their White sauce Pasta and few varieties of salads.
