I didn't knew guwahati had such an amazing restaurant here which is probably less known by all of us. Yesterday I was searching for all the bengali restorents on Google and i found out Crackling Mustard which was also near by me so decided to vist here for lunch and surprisingly I was very welcomed very nicely ..the very 1st step was sanitization.. as safety first. 2ndly I would like to talk about the interior of the restaurant one wil definitely feel the bengali vibe as soon as the entry with a bengali soft song and all the beauty pictures ..you will also see a book rack which has very good collections.. all over the food was also good the staff was very well behaved. One must vist here as they not only server excelente food but also the ambience is also very nice.❤️ I would also like to metion that why I haven't give it 5 star. It is because of the stares.. I would preferably like to take my parents were they dont have to take the stares and sadly I didn't notice any lift if it was available there. I would love to visot here again.👌

I ordered Mutton kosha via Zomato. The taste was great, they served 5 pieces for half plate. It was cooked in less oil but adding more oil would not have done harm as certain authentic Bengali dishes such as Mutton kosha tastes great with liberal amount of mustard oil. However, it was delicious.
One of the best places in Guwahati Assam for Bengali foods. The ambiance is unique and you will feel the taste of homemade foods. Must try chicken and fish along with thali

Good restaurant for authentic bengali cuisine. Had been there couple of times. They have thaali options too. Variety of fish and meat dishes. Pricing is moderate or may be slight on the higher side. Washroom is available.
This place is amazing for authentic Bengali cuisine. The menu is filled with actual bengali names of dishes and whatever you order has a distinct bengali aroma. You wont be disappointed here. The variety is good and rates are affordable. Highly recommended
Such tasty food at such reasonable prices with a friendly and obliging staff! I've been to many Bengali restaurants around the country and I can vouch for this place as one of the top contenders.

Best place for pure Bengali foods... Nice environment, really tasty foods like cooked at home, reasonable pricing. Overall nice experience.
