I only went there for once. Its a good place. Food taste good along with the service. Ambience is okay. The price is not that expensive. I kinda liked it.
It's a great place to drink and chill. However the food is not as good as it looks in the gallery photos. Customer service and ambience is fine.

Piccadilly is one of the very old restaurants situated in panbazaar. Its one of the places where our parents, uncles and aunts... used to hang out! Now this place has been renovated...maybe in early 2017...to draw some younger generation to it.
Review-
Food- the menu has changed...they serve North Indian, Chinese etc.
But the biggest change in this restaurant is inclusion of bar menu! Yes...they serve alcoholic beverages now. Rates are reasonable.
Coming to food we didn't experiment too much...and tried tandoori chicken, Chicken butter masala, naan, crispy baby corns and chilli chicken ...it was decent. Tandoori chicken was quite good. Rest of the items were decent.
Ambience- the renovated place now has comfortable furnitures. Sitting arrangements are such that privacy is little hampered....apart from one place by the side of the bar, which had some nice couch and some privacy! Otherwise it's Decent but nothing extraordinary.
Service- staffs were helpful and well mannered. And service was quick.
Overall it's not the same Piccadilly which we used to know when we were kids coming to this place with our parents...where we used to enjoy chopsuey, Chicken spring rolls etc....now it's more of a bar and not a family resto anymore!
But it might be a decent option to grab some drinks in moderate prices in this place if u are nearby!
You won't be getting everything that is on the menu at all times. It depends upon the time at which you are visiting the place, as I also was not served certain dishes since I visited at an 'odd time'... which was the version of the staff which did disappoint us at the beginning ,... since two of my favorite dishes were not there. But that apart , coming to the main subject -the food- it was very delicious, which compensated for our earlier disappointment.... but that also took quite a lot of time to arrive at the table from the kitchen, but, as they say - "all good things take time" .... but service was professional. And since PICCADILLY is not a new name for Guwahatians, especially the elder generation, it being there since decades -but recently it was given a new look- so the food does justice to its legacy.
American Chopsuey is one of the delights of Piccadilly. It is served hot and most importantly, delicious!! Me and my friends had a great time here. The interior and service are a big plus! :)
Found it attractive from outside itself.....went to check on the menu.....ambience was quite nice and pleasing....
But the food was not up to the mark.....i had to alter my order.....
Price is a bit high.....may be one of the causes why its almost always empty....
This restraunt was renovated some 3years back...It used to be very normal kinda fast food outlet and later it turned into a.c restaurant...Food was good in taste nothing extraordinary ordinary
This is one classic place to have a meal. It is been there for many many years and still remains to be good both in its ambience and food.
The quantity provided is really good. The food is cheap and yummy at the same time.

This place is a landmark of classic old guwahati .
The food : Piccadilly will seldom disappoint you with their variety, and no matter what you choose, they will leave you with a satisfied heart. My favorite is Hyderabadi Murgh Do Piyaza .
The Price : Here u will find the right quantity without having to dig holes in your pocket. The prices are decent
The service : The staff is very courteous and attentive. Unlike some restaurants where they misguide and push you to order more quantity , here they infact tell you the exact quantity and suggest you to order accordingly.
The interior : 5/5 and is very well maintained.
The ambience : The look and feel is A+ , they have a small but sleek bar at the corner which has added to the charm of the place. The only thing that need some improvement is the music.
Overall : A must visit place if you want to have a nice and quiet lunch or dinner.@
Though the service was slow, but I am willing to wait for hours for the fish I had there. The mood was to have a simple meal, but turned into a pretty awesome dining experience. Recommend
The ambience is well maintained and food is also awesome. The food is affordable and drinks are pocket friendly. The place is right in the heart of panbazar but the interior has a soothing serenity that appeals the customers.

Had a great time in picadilly! We ordered lat me kai, chicken lababdar and sada chawal! Totally satisfied! Food is yumm! Quantity is well! Service is good ! And price is quite affordable!
A nice roadside restaurant .. good space .. good food.. had simple dishes fried rice with hunan chicken gravy .. just loved it .. and had a glass of breezer .. service and ambience is pretty good .. will visit again surely ..

Its a great restaurant located in pan Bazar. Indian, Chinese, continental is available. Chicken biryani and American chicken chopsuye was just superb. Even drinks are served. Service is little bad but food is too tasty

Piccadilly as I have known is one of the oldest restaurants in Panbazar. Recently it has got a huge makeover and has updated itself to a bar&restaurant from a restaurant. Their bar space is kind of awkward. Interiors are okayish, service poor and sluggish. We ate some chilly chicken and mixed chowmein, which were very good. Yes, I am using a superlative. Chowmein was thoroughly dressed with shredded chicken and egg bhurji. It has slight essence of herbs and had just the right amount of oil. Drinks (alcoholic) was a poor show with most of them unavailable and not properly refrigerated. Cost was cheap, comparable to a wine shop.
So, if you are not a date, want good food and cheap booze, this is the place to be!
When we were there, the service was not disappointing. We had a good time with good food. The portions were generous and the waiter did help us choose. However, the menu is a bit overpriced and you should go for proper dining, maybe not for a casual hangout with friends.

Visited the place after a lot of if's and but's.. But was not disappointed at all. Service was very good and prompt.. Ordered Lager Beer with "CrispyChilliBabyCorn" was damn tasty.. Along with "Tandoori Chicken" which was tender and well cooked and "Chilli Chicken with Honey Sauce" was something different.. Overall a nice afternoon spent with Good food and nice ambience..

It seems the place has been there for decades and yet I came to know about it just a few months ago. We walked in one day for lunch and while many on zomato had complained about ignorant staff and late service, we didn't face any of those. In fact, the waiter was really nice to us and the service was great.
We ordered a manchow soup and a chicken lat-mat-Kai for starters. The soup was decent enough, not the best I've had. The lat mat Kai was nice, subtle taste and well cooked. After a happy starters-session, we ordered a Kashmiri pulao and a murgh massalum. Both the dishes were good.
We had good food, great service and a nice time. Just that, the ambience was a little disappointing coz for a place like that, they didnt play any music or anything but the staff kept watching random tv channels which wasn't even visible from our spot. So the sound of tv serials and random ads didn't really help the mood. But the food compromised for the ambience I guess.

Go for its american choupsey its quite yummm.., being vegeterian i have tried that option only but they also have an non veg option of it...their manchow soup is also nice....
Located in panbazar, this place is comparatively old, but is only now starting to trend. The place has a dimly lit interior. Nice ambiance. The seating arrangements are ok. It offers alcohol which is the main plus. The wait staff is small but ok. The food is above average at best, although I haven't had the pleasure of trying out most of the dishes, so I am reviewing only on my limited experience. The Chinese section is ok, but they have to improve on their Indian main course. The happy hour included chicken spring roll which was good. The starters were also good. You can try the lat mat kai. Young people could visit more (above 21 obviously).
Nice interior. Drums of heaven was really good. But the quantity of the soup was less. Hunan chicken wasn't that good. Overall it was a good experience.
Is this they same Piccadilly that used to be in Pan Bazaar about some 2 decades back? I used to visit that place as a toddler to eat out in family evening outings. There was a Malabar Dosa Joint nearby, last year on my visit I saw the house from where Malabar used to operate, Not sure if it is still operational. Nostalgia.
This is one of the oldest restaurant cum bar in the city. After renovation the place looks good . the service is poor though. I have been here several times and what surprises me is the rude behavior of the waiters. Service quality apart , the food is good.( a bit overpriced) they serve alcohol and have a decent stock of it as well.
One of the oldest restaurants of the city, Piccadilly has been able to live up to its name so far. On a recent visit took away Butter Nan and Tandoori Chicken. So this review is mostly based on that very particular experience. The Nans were very soft and really delicious, one could eat them without any gravy. The Tandoori Chicken was good too, cooked just the right amount. Both of the items tasted great. Prices were reasonable given the quantity that was served. Would definitely visit soon and try other items on the menu. 4/5 for now
Good interiors. You spend some quality time. Nice food and service. You can also have a pint of beer if you want. I would rate 4 out of 5. Overall it's an amazing place.

Wow!! Awesome experience in here. The ambience is awesome with beautiful interior decoration that can make a person make fall in love with the outlet. The food serve was very good and fast service adds up to the delicious food. A must go outlet for everyone. :-)
Interior part is awesome, you will find drink here too. Lovely food, I tried chicken tikka, paneer tikka and was mindblowing. Disappointment is there for service. They take so much time.

Visited this place a few nights back and i still cannot decide whether i love this restaurant or hate it. The service i experienced was utterly hopeless and woeful while the food was absolutely spectacular!
The waiter had no idea about what he was doing and shortly before the food arrived, i imagined being served with some of the most hopeless food i have ever had, but boy was i proved wrong.
Here is a list of what was wrong with the service:
1) When i asked the waiter what a particular soup on the menu tasted like (multiple times), his only reply was - 'it tastes normal' and when asked about the ingredients for one of the chicken dishes, his reply was 'it has chicken'
2) He did not serve us or offer us water
3) He did not bring the salt/pepper or the other sauces that are usually served along with Chinese food, although it was right there on his service station
4) The food took way too long to arrive
I could probably go on but i guess you get the idea.
The food however, was a totally different story altogether since it was fantastic and was nothing like the service. I tried the honey chicken, the pan fried noodles and a fried rice and all three of the dishes were amazing. The ambiance of the place is another one of its strong suits since the interiors were really classy and well done.
The prices are reasonable but not exactly cheap since the place has been renovated as a fine dining experience.
I really want this place to do well and I hope that the waiter was some kind of intern who was still learning how to do his job, because that is the only reason which could excuse such a horrific service. I hope the management concentrates on the service aspect and pulls up their socks since this place serves some of the best Chinese in the city.

A lovely rainy evening plus a holiday, what best can one crave for other than hot smoky bowl of noodles and some spicy saucy add ons. Heard a lot about the new interiors of Piccadilly but never got a chance to try it out. so, we stepped into Piccadilly hunting for some good food. The interior is different, new, good and friendly and we loved the spacious arrangement of seats. Ordered for Cantonese noodles, Szechwan chicken, Pan Fried Chili Fish, Crispy chili potato and Butter scotch ice cream with wafers and caramel. I had tried the crispy fried chili potato at a Chinese food joint in Delhi and could not wait longer to taste it on seeing it in the menu. Yes, it tasted just the same, I mean, very crispy, spicy and very complementing to the rainy weather outside.
Rest of the Chinese dishes we ordered too were as per our expectation and I must say that Piccadilly is a must go, if you are hunting for the best Chinese food in the city. I found the prices charged for the dishes pretty reasonable and would like to re-visit this food joint again on my next visit to Panbazar.
The restaurant serves a variety of dishes but Chinese food is particularly good. And I can easily say that it's one of the best fine dine restaurants in guwahati. The in house bar is very well managed and the service is good. Hope to visit them soon.

Good ambience, slow services. Food is ok ok...drums of heaven is good. But the Chinese chicken items are not very tasty. Family , couple, all can enjoy. There is also a bar here.
The place is in a good location and it is neat and well maintained. But the GST rates are 18%. Can't help.
Located by the roadside so easy to find. Good food. Reasonable price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Presence of a small bar along with the restaurant. Cannot say anything about the kind of drinks they serve as we didn't order any. Spacious. Good for both family and friends. Not crowded.
We took this for a birthday party and the interior is just wow although the decorations was done by us a great place to have ur party bt yes do ask about the charges they chrged us even after they said they Wouldn't chrge
Out of curiosity thought of trying this Hotel. When entered, found the presenting skills of the waiters a little lacking. Wanted to understand and appreciate or decide after taking something, the lime soda water was very helpful and excellently blended. Followed the Dal tadka and veg fried rice, which was just wow! The Shezwan chicken curry was again made with best hand and 🎿. Overall the food, sitting and washroom was excellent. I am giving it 5 star.

Parking is a difficulty as the restaurant is situated near the main road without their own parking lot.
Excellent veg end non veg food. When we visited we thought it was only a bar as there was no different family section But it turn out safe and even recommended for families. Please try veg crispy and Manchurian soup in starter. The fried rice and lollipops are to die for. Also quite economical and in centre of pan bazaar.
A beautiful interior, attentive waiters, homely vibe. The prices are not too high, could be considered as reasonable. Unlike many restaurants, the TV content (programs) can be changed just by asking.
The adult beverages are priced at almost the same rate as any such other other outlet.
