Good place to have lunch or dinner with family and friends. Overall ambience is quite nice. Area is spacious. Food is tasty but the quantity is quite less compared to the price being paid. Also one disappointment is that the dining area is in the first floor but they have their washroom downstairs.

Easily a great restaurant. Staff is excellent. Really like their behaviour Food is the main point to love which they gave a chef's kiss to. Nice ambience too.

Spent my 1st wedding anniversary dinner there. The food is great. A little change in attitude would just make all the difference.

I normally dont give 5 star ratings. But this place deserves it.. the quality and taste of food is just finger licking.. and ambience is beautiful and cosy. Must visit place if you are thinking of going out with your family.

Very nice place. Huge variety of food and great taste. Staff are nice and helpful. Some dishes are a bit overpriced. The ambiance is really well decorated. The good smell is all around the hotel and the service is fast and efficient.

Visiting Pragati Manor is not less than a beautiful emotion for me and my family. With two joyous occasions of our family having been organised there and multiple smaller occasions, Pragati Manor seems just like a second home for us. The service that we received during those grand occasions were incomparable to any other hotels and till date they have kept their quality of service intact. They are indeed a perfect host. The entire staff of Pragati Manor starting from the Operation Manager, the event manager or the banquet manager, the executive chef , the receptionists , the room service boys, the liftman ,gateman etc are absolutely praiseworthy. They are very courteous and ready to help their host in all possible ways at any time even if that meant to be at midnight or at the wee hours of the morning. They never avoid their guests. Now about the appearance of the hotel...well, the hotel is very beautiful both externally and internally. Right from the lobby till the rooms the entire hotel looks very classy. I would specially like to mention about their artificial fish pond which grabs all the attention of the kids who visit the hotel. Though small but it's an unique concept to decorate the lobby. Also I would like to mention here that every nook and corner of the hotel attracts the photocrazy crowd. Nobody can stop themselves to click a photo or two there. About the hygiene factor, I can give it a 5/5 rating. I have never been disappointed for even once at Pragati Manor for their hygienic conditions. The washrooms of banquet hall, the restaurant and even the rooms are all too clean and hygienic. The rooms too have been decorated with class and beauty fully equipped with all the modern amenities. They have a restaurant ' Chaska ' inside the hotel which caters some of the most tastiest dishes in the city. They serve Indian , Chinese and Continental. With a live orchestra in the evening time the joy of savouring the wonderful dishes is just so soothing.They also offer buffet lunch or dinner. There is also a bar in the hotel. The hotel has two banquet halls perfect for hosting weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties etc. The terrace can also be utilised for weddings. Lastly, this review of mine is absolutely my own and is not promotional. Pragati Manor is a must visit in Guwahati 👍👍👍

A best in class family restaurant , the food was really amazing specially the chicken. The staffs were really cooperative and they also helped me in parking my vehicle . It is on the main G.s road. One thing that i didn't like that there was no roti or naan available at night time.

Traditional well maintained hotel in the heart of Guwahati city. Good food the restaurant serves.
