It's really good to stay. Well managed staff and good service. I have stay there at 24th October. I have telling him for some taxi arrangements at early morning they have arranged . And I have take dinner at hotel superb jain food . And superb delicious. I am so happy to stay there really enjoyed. Food I have get so delicious

My complaint is about the beds which swing even if we sit on them, which is not expected from a 4 star hotel.

Its one of the best place to stay at Hassan. Value for money. Choose for deluxe executive room which is spacious and they are maintaining the rooms cleanliness from last 10 years in best way. Specially the lenin towels are always clean and dry. Buffet Breakfast they will be having reasonable verity to satisfy your taste bud and belly. Dinner and lunch is reasonably good. I am staying in mallige for my official visit to Hassan from last 10 year and always satisfied with the stay here.
Stayed here for 3 nights from 30yh Sept to 2nd October. Very conveniently located for traveling to Belur and Halebidu. Rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. Staff at the reception and other service staff are extremely polite and helpful. Food is tasty. Breakfast isnt lavish but tasty. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Will recommend a stay here

Stayed in this property for 3 days.
Booked with lot of skepticism and least expectation, but when I checked out, wished stayed here for a bit more and no this is not an exaggeration.
Pros:
1. Location - The property is well located with marketplace nearby but yet you will not find it crowded. Most people prefer staying in Hassan for Beluru and Haleebedu, and this perfectly fits the ask.
2. Rooms - Spacious, clean with windows which we can open (don't know when last, I have stayed in a hotel where windows can be kept open). Washroom is clean and have mostly all what one needs (don't expect exotic products cause this is not a 4 or 5 * property)
3. Service - Prompt and always with a "smile".
Cons:
1. Food - Breakfast choices are limited, and they have arranged it in some kind of basement (perhaps because they serve eggs)
Overall choices are limited, and they serve nonveg on particular days (not sure which days because we were ourselves confused)
There is a big restaurant attached to the property, looked decent, but we didn't try and yes, they have a live chat counter near the entrance, perhaps operational only in evenings.
One good gesture I liked is that they deliver days' newspaper in the room with handwritten name mentioned. Most hotels have stopped this long back.
Overall, what I liked the most is the personalized touch in everything from reception to room service and this is sometimes missing from even branded properties.
Will recommend if Hassan is where you are heading next.
Stayed in this hotel for a night on the way to Udupi. Good location, ample space for parking, clean and spacious rooms were the highlight. Service staff was exceptional. Complimentary breakfast was very good too. Overall it was a nice experience in a decent budget.
Polite staff...food is just ok. Complimentary breakfast is below average. Rooms are neat and hygienic.
It's a good and decent hotel. I stayed one night. Rooms were clean and I have no complaints. Complimentary breakfast was also cozy and nice.
We reached the Residency very easily.
The Front office staff behave friendly and allotted room in few minutes.

Dinner served in the room, the attendant Paramesh is polite.( Wherever we go we respect the menial servants - they shouldn't be neglected)

Amazing steal across the board — both rooms and food. High quality at very reasonable prices with great levels of hygiene. Staff at both hotel and restaurant were courteous. Food - both North Indian and South Indian was very tasty and good. Icing on the cake was complimentary delicious breakfast with good spread for all 3 of us. All of this at an unbelievable price. Kudos to the team.

Well maintained, neat and clean rooms, courteous staff. Wonderfully designed rooms that gives you luxurious feel. Prices are economical and for the price you get amazing amenities. Though you won't get a scenic view and little delayed attenders but still keeps you relaxed and enjoy the happiness of stay.

A very nice place for north and south Indian food. Hotel rooms are quite decent. This is located in the heart of the city. The staff is quite responsive. The place is acceptably clean :) Parking is available right next to the hotel. A good place vegetarians
Had a wonderful stay here. Very clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff is very kind, courteous and prompt. Food was equally good! They also offer flexible check-in and check-out options. Highly recommended!
The rooms are really good and spacious. Food is of good taste. But the bathing space is really small. Tea/coffee was not available until 7:30 in the morning which should be improved.
Room was clean and well maintained with ample car parking.
