Very good food. The Chief and staff are just great!. We were there several times. Grilled tuna fish, fish filet- whole fished grilled in garlic souce. - one of the best! Must visit!

Fresh fish every day (we came back 5 or 6 times) great fish and awesome crab!! All made with much love and wonderful hospitality !!! Thank you so much, it was a fantastic experience to eat from your hands.

The restaurant was our sea food salvation on an island! Family run & cooked by very kind man & his family. Located in quiet place. Don’t judge by the exterior look. There was nothing redundant in dishes : no gravy , no spicy , no deep fry! Fish served in traditional grilled in foil & banana leaf style. One evening our hearts were broken once we’ve been offered Tuna Tataki and Sashimi variety. Ask for it once you are there!

Nice place to have sea food in the island. Different varieties of fishes are served here. Usually there is a wait to get seats in the evening and night. It takes time get your orders cooked and served. So go with a lot of patience and time. But the food is tasty.
Best restaurant at Havelock to enjoy sea food. Dont judge it by its ambiance. Its a family run place and all the family members are welcoming and very kind. You can also enjoy some Israeli deserts here. Must visit during Havelock stay

I've spent 4 months on the island and visited every possible restaurant, and i have come to the conclusion that Welcome restaurant is the best restaurant in Havelock - Super Tasty and fresh seafood, Lovely people and just a magical Experience every single time
I am writing this after 4 years , I still crave their Fish grill in Banana leaf , I have never tasted such tasty food elsewhere
The Food was good but there were not many options.
One special thing about the restaurant was it served Israeli food, which we didn't taste. :p
