The service is good. Since it's a part of a chain hotel, it's easier to access.

Bonova is a place with amazing food, extremely good service and a real great atmosphere. With perfectly cooked food, Bonova is a place which anybody, be it solo, with friends or with family, will thoroughly enjoy.

Bonova cafe is the only place in Havelock which serves amazing food. Their service is top notch. They have live music. Ambience is so lovely. It's the best place to party. The staff is so accommodating right from the servers to the managers to the guards.
Can't say enough. Amazing food, good Ambience. Takes you out of the shacks and local roadside eateries to a comfortable dining experience.
Lil heavy on pockets if compared with other outlets but totally worth it.
