Ordered a Hyderabadi Boneless Chicken Biryani from Aroma's hyderabad house. The biryani was packed professionally and it seemed I am picking a packet from a grocery store. The regular quantity was good enough to serve two people. The biryani was true to it's name - Hyderabadi - full of spices (garam masala) to make us sweat. It was not really aromatic and felt a bit dry, but the raita and salan provided filled in that gap. The chicken felt a bit stiff and should have been tender. But I would surely try out the other biryani's they have to offer - which might actually be aromatic and true biryani.
The phase 3 outlet is worth a visit especially for dinner because the beautiful ambience is more prominent at night. The chicken tikka biryani is spicy and should be given a shot by every biryani lover. The chicken dum biryani is not as spicy but equally tasty. Aromas special mutton bhuna biryani is also hotter than usual biryanis but the raita and salan help in easing that out. The service speed is a little inconsistent because the food sometimes arrives soon and sometimes it gets delayed but the food is worth the wait.

Food quality is ultimate. Service is also best. Only the thing is when we order food veg & non-veg then its too difficult to understand. Request you to stick any sticker or you can use green & red colour.

The spl biryani that you get at this joint is unlike other, it's more spicy that most of the Biryani's I have had and one that I can associate more with the kind of biryani that I am a fan of, the Malabari biryani(kozhikodan) because I prefer chicken to be cooked with the rice rather than separate and prefer more spices as well rather than just the aroma(pun intended;-))
Because of the style of preparation, be it chicken or rice, it gives a uniform taste with every spoonful. It's not going to surprise you anywhere in the middle the taste of the last spoon will remain just as that of the first. And if you enjoy the first believe me, you will get so lost that when the spoon hits the plate after that final spoon you are left wondering as to where it all went and wanting more. Only to stand up to find out that you are way too stuffed to have anything and really sleep. Another thing about the biryani I love is the Masaledaar egg that's there. It's like the perfect cherry on top.!!
Another reason why this place deserves a full 5/5 is the consistency, I have had the same experience everyone I have ordered, I mean the consistency that they have puts joints like McD and Box8 to shame. And even though I believe that the chicken is cooked with the rice, ive never felt the chicken under or over cooked, I mean the taste has been uniform every time I have ordered, and I have ordered from here like a million times.
So to summarize, the Spl. Boneles biryani is the best biryani that I have had in Pune albeit I do find the sleepy feeling post eating a bit weird, but that shouldn't stop you from trying it atleast once. But if you do get addicted to this place, don't blame me for not warning!! ;-)
This is the only place, I got best biryanis from. Aroma’s special boneless chicken biryani is one of my favourite dishes from this restra. It’s simply amazing, equal level of spices and moisture.

I enjoyed my goodfood experience! All three meals were amazing and so glad I gave it a try. Wish I could afford it every week but as a special treat we will see once in awhile! Even with that I give it 5 stars for sure!!!

Excellent Ambience with delicious varieties of biryanis (Veg & Non Veg). Specially rice quality for biryani is awesome. Along with biryanis other Punjabi dishes are also good. Big rush hour can seen on weekends. Prompt & neat service with good hygiene. Parcel facility also available with different online food booking flatforms. Little bit costly than market. Ample parking space also available.

Ordered Chicken dum Biryani from this place and Biryani came with Raita and Mirchi ka salon. The packaging was good and when Biryani came it was hot. It’s been long time since I had Hyderabadi Biryani so I was craving for it.
The flavour of the biryani was so good and it had right amount of masala in the rice and two leg pieces were served with it.
We did not visit the place, but ordered from here. Great food and very filling quantity. The chicken majestic was indeed majestic! We are glad we chose to order from here during the India Pakistan match night
