We received food tasting invite from Team Tarsh. Group of 4 landed up for tasting. First impression of Tarsh through ambience and location was great. IT hub of Pune, Hinjawadi, attracts youth across nation to work for IT Giants. Hence there is always demand for hotels serving good food and entertain your great mood. Let me take you through our gastronomic adventure at Tarsh.
We opted 4 Starters as :
Smoked Fish Pomfret :
4 pieces of Pomfret were pleasure for tastebuds. Fish was very fresh and blended with perfect spices. Smokey feel of fish was mesmerizing.
Jhinga Koliwada : We wanted to have Prawns but not in regular variants like beer batter, pan fried. Here we tried Jhinga Koliwada. Prawns tasted lovely with this distinct twist of flavors. Dish was presented nicely with salad.
Tangdi Butter Garlic : Name of this dish caught my attention and we ordered it. After say 20 minutes, this dish came simply to surprise us. For sure it was a treat for eyes and for palates too. The thick gravy they gave with this prep was something unique I have came across.
Murg Peshawari tikka : One of my foodie friend insisted to order this dish. When I had the first bite, I could feel the blast of flavors and spices together. Spice level was exactly as desired.
Trivia : They have interesting green and red chutney which one shouldn't miss.
Starters made a spectacular mark on us. While deciding for mains, we had Indian theme in mind. Hence our choice of mains was completely Indian.
Mutton Rogan Josh : I enjoyed Mutton Rogan Josh. One of the best I have tasted ever. Flavors of spices made this dish really fascinating and I am not exaggerating my friends. Mutton was very fresh and cooked as desired. I remember having 3-4 spoons of Gravy without roti.
Chicken Matka : I felt that due to Mutton, I couldn't give due justice to Chicken Matka. However I liked this dish too. :-)
Main course also included Jeera rice , plain Roti, Garlic Naan. All three items were served as desired.
Desserts -:
Sizzling browny with ice cream : Browny served was moist from the core as desired. Presentation was done very nicely. Browny went well with vanilla ice cream.
Moong Daal Halwa : Though we were full by now, we agreed to taste a small portion of Halwa considering recommendation from Manager Mr. Jakson. Halwa was great in texture. Exact replica of what we make at home.
Rabdi Jalebi : This is one preparation where most of the places flunk. Sweetness of Rabdi should be balanced. Rabdi should be thick not watery. These are two difficult things to maintain. Making crisp dollar Jalebi is relatively easier. Jalebi should be optimally sweet so that it complements the Rabdi to offer a nice experience when had together. Tarsh was successful to offer us the finest Rabdi Jalebi.
To summarize my food safari, I would mention that in my view Tarsh has got great potential to win hearts through food quality, presentation, ambience and hospitality.

Tarsh Gastronomia
Tarsh Gastronomia is located in Hinjewadi, They have stared their operation 2 months back. Tarsh serves North Indian, Italian, Chinese, Mediterrian, Pan Asian and Continental Cuisines. They have two seating options with Indoor and Outdoor with terrace area and some closed indoor seating space which is air conditioned. The décor of this place is modern and appealing. Seating is pretty comfortable.
Mocktails:
Import Export: Orange Vanilla Syrup and Kafir lime based mocktail had a strong flavors of Orange and a hint of Kafir lime. It was nice and refreshing.
White Cloud: Fresh Cream and Litchi Juice were nicely blended and was good in taste.
Import export was my best pick from the mocktails section.
Starters:
Smoked Fish Pomfret: Boneless pomfret marinated with black pepper, cumin and smoked with flavor of clove. It was served in a sizzler plate and was cover with foil paper before serving. The smoky flavor and mild spices did hit the right note. It was truly delicious. #Highlyrecommended
Zinga Koliwada: Medium sized deep fried prawns, marinated with koliwada masala were good in taste. The prawns were not too much oily and well cooked.
Tangdi Butter Chicken: Chicken leg piece marinated with butter and garlic sauce. The sauce was superbly blended was slightly spicy than usual and was creamy and had strong garlic flavor. The chicken pieces were cooked to perfection and was heavenly in taste. Undoubtedly star dish of our meal. #Highlyrecommended.
Murg Peshawari Tikka: Boneless chicken cubes marinated in chilli paste and sprinkled with spices was excellent in taste. The chicken pieces were well marinated and the chicken pieces were tender and juicy. #Highlyrecommneded
Chicken BBQ Wings: Chicken wings done in BBQ sauce were nicely done. The sauce was medium spict and the chicken pieces were wll cooked.
Mains:
Chicken Matka: The dish had boneless chicken pieces infused with mace and cardamom in an onion and tomato based thick gravy. The gravy had nicely blended masala and wen well along with Roti and Jeera Rice. #Recommended
Desserts
3 Milk Cake: Layer of vanilla cake topped with condensed milk, and whole milk and heavy cream in between the layers was superbly done. The cake was spongy,moist and was not too dense. Indeed a perfect end to a scrumptious meal. #Highlyrecommended
Moong Dal Halwa: Halwa prepared in moong dal and pure desi ghee was also well executed. It was served hot and the consistency of halwa was perfect. It was rich in taste with lots of ghee and was topped with dry fruits. #Highlyrecommneded
Rabdi Jalebi: The jalebis were freshly prepared in desi ghee, it was served hot along with think and not too sweet rabdi, and was good in taste, however I felt that the jalebis were slightly sweet than usual.
Phirni: We were offered cardamom and saffron based phirni’s in 4 flavours. Mango, Strawberry, Regular and Kiwi. Regular and Mango were my best picks.
Sizzling Brownie: Chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream. The brownie was chocolatey, gooey and perfect on sweetness level, went well along with Vanilla Ice Cream.
Overall: Service was prompt and restaurant was hygienic, pricing is reasonable. Special thanks to Mr Amandeep and Mr Jackson for their hospitality. The staff was polite, friendly and was well aware of the details of the dished that were served. Tarsh serves buffet during lunch hours starting from around 589+taxes for veg and 689 + taxes for nonveg and is definitely a good deal considering the huge menu offered at the price point. I will definitely visit the same soon for trying their lunch buffet. Thank you Team Tarsh for hosting us for a wonderful meal and wish

I like most is the staff. They are polite, humble and helpful. Food was awesome. Mainly when we think about buffet, we are mostly looking for starter. We have barbeque options in other places. Here we got mixed(barbeque, pan asian, chinese, continental etc) and delicious.
My 8 year kid also enjoyed the food.
They have cool bar options too.
There were rasgulla, chamcham, moong halwa, icecream and sweet cotton candy etc.
Food is really really good so much of variety in starter that to with good taste n quantity. I recommend must try and for sure once u visit u will not be able to stop yourself worth going. Yammi yammi tasty tasty �

Food is Very Nice, with Best Flavours and Best Chef’s From Mumbai. One of the Chef is from “ITC GRAND MARATHA” from Mumbai. I like the Chinese, Italian and Indian also they have the best Dishes and Flavours. They Have the Best Mocktails. I can say Best Place in Hinjewadi And Wakad Area to Celebrate on the Top Floor.

Situated in Wakad area Tarsh Gastronomia is a newly opened rooftop restaurant with its gorgeous indoor (AC) and outdoor roof terrace seating. It's a great place for soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying panoramic views of the eternal Pune city.
It provides a neat, photogenic backdrop to your food and drinks. It is a multi cuisine restaurant serving North Indian, Italian, Chinese, Mediterranean, Pan Asian, Continental, Cantonese dishes.They also have buffet option during lunch hours (Veg- 589+ Tax And NonVeg- 689+ Tax)
Visited with 3 friends for a tasting event and we tried the following:-
MOCKTAILS:-
1. White Cloud- Combination of Litchi Juice and Fresh Cream mixed together for a refreshing and amazing taste.
2. Import Export- Kaffir Lime and Orange Syrup based drink. Had strong and perfect flavours and was nice in taste.
STARTERS:-
1. Chicken BBQ Winglets- Perfectly baked and fried chicken wings tossed in special BBQ sauce.Was perfect in taste and went well with the accompanied dip.
2. Tangdi Butter Garlic- Chicken leg drumsticks marinated with butter and garlic mixture gravy.Gravy was thick and was something unique which i saw first time. This dish is really a treat for your eyes and your tummy with its unique way of presentation.
3. Smoked Fish- Boneless pieces of Pomfret fish marinated with black pepper and cumin.It was smoked with the flavour of clove. Served in a sizzler plate with foil paper covering to maintain its smokey feel. Had a wonderful taste and fish was fresh.
4. Murgh Peshawari Tikka- Juicy and boneless pieces sprinkled with spices and marinated in chilli paste. Marination was bang on and taste was PERFECT !! This is a must try and star dish amongst all the other starters which we tried.
5. Jhinga Koliwada- Deep fried prawns in koliwada masala had nice taste.
MAINS:-
1. Murgh Matka- Boneless chicken pieces infused with cardamom and mace in a thick onion and tomato based gravy. Gravy had good taste and went well along with the garlic naan.
2. Gosht Rogan Josh- Mutton cubes braised in a gravy with onions, tomatoes, yoghurt and kashmiri red chilli. I liked this dish more than the Chicken Matka. Taste was simply superb with the right amount of spices and mutton was also fresh and properly cooked. Went well along with the garlic naan
Apart from this we also had Garlic Naan and Jeera Rice which were good in taste as expected.
DESSERTS:-
After having such amazing dishes your meal has to end on a sweeter note. we opted for:-
1. Moong Daal Halwa- This was recommended by the manager Mr. Jackson and was a TOTAL HIT.. Had a beautiful texture and superb taste as it was made in pure ghee. Sweetness level was also optimum.
2. Rabdi Jalebi- This is one of the trickiest dish to make as the sweetness level in this should be kept perfect.Tarsh managed to make this as expected. Rabdi was thick and not overloaded with sweet flavour. Level of sweetness in the piping hot jalebi was also proper and it was crispy and freshly made.
3. Firni (Assorted flavours)- Though i have not tasted firni much but the firni served here was something i liked. It was served to us in 4 different flavours (Regular, Kiwi, Strawberry, Mango) Strawberry and Mango variants were my Picks in this which i liked the most.
4. Sizzling Brownie With Vanilla Ice-Cream- To be frank i don't like this dish so i rarely have it.The one which i had here was also good in taste as expected.
OVERALL:-
1. Pricing is reasonable.
2. Ambience is TOP NOTCH with some awesome music !!
3. Staff is polite and well trained.
4. Comfortable Seating.
5. Prompt Service.
Special Thanks To Mr.Amandeep and Mr. Jackson for hosting such a wonderful dinner and hospitality. Would surely visit to try the lunch buffet next time.

We went for a lunch on weekend. We mostly ordered Indian food which was tasty. Service was also top notch. Malik served us well. We are happy with his service. Definitely visit again.

This place is very awesome and the hospitality is very good and the service of dilip is too polite and good humour he had...s so guy when you visit try to have service from him it will give good experience for you as well... I enjoyed alot here and I hope you will also can enjoy here.Buffet was a large spread of yummy and very well selected food variety. Service was out of the world especially Vinay who attended to every service of ours.

This is the place of love and friendly, i visit fast time in hotel , but experience are very good ,all staff take care properly, come to my point food was excellent, service was great, ambiance also very nice . I think in hinjewadi one of the best restaurant .

As an avid traveller and foodie, I love to explore and that took me to Tarsh one night, I met Bappi (GM) of the outlet, he was very hospitable and gave us the best service anyone could give us. I would recommend anyone to visit the place anytime as Bappi will take care of their guests very well. We had Chicken Tangdi, Mutton Seekh Kebab, Chicken Tikka and all the delicacies were just awesome and upto the mark. So thumbs up to the place!! 👍

We had our office party here for around 30 people and we were lucky to have the roof top area fully dedicated to us. I have to say that the ambience and food, both were excellent. For around 16 starters served (veg-non-veg) and were almost full with that. Adding to that the main course and sweet varieties were good. Music was definitely an addon. The cost is also affordable so in all it was a wonderful dining at Tarsh! Thanks to Narpat & team at Tarsh for all the arrangements.

Went here with few friends.. The ambience is really cozy and beautiful.. The staff was courteous and very nice. A small detail that I noticed was they have different color plates for veg and non veg which makes it so much easier to avoid the mistake of misunderstanding vegetarian & non vegetarians.
Coming to the mocktails we had kiwi delight and frozen monkey both had an interesting taste of profile. It was not overly sweat and the ingredients were working together.
Coming on to the starters they serve 18 starters in total 9 veg and 9 non veg and the selection they have is really well thought off.. Starting with the veg Makai malai sheek seshmi paneer and paneer Achari tikka were some of my favorites.. The Achari tikka had that explosion of favours in your mouth where as the malai seshmi was delicate literally melt in your mouth good. Coming to the non veg Tangri kulfi and murgh peshwari tikka along with the prawns were some of the best non vegetarian starters I have had in a long time.. The tangri kulfi was perfectly smoked and with the malai marination it has the perfect combination.. Yes don't miss on the soups they have some really tasty soup.
Coming to the main course they have again a variety to options from chose from. The menu is really detailed. So you get quantity with quality and the dessert section again won't disappoint you they have everything from jalebi to Swiss rolls that are exquisite in taste and definitely you will come again.

Very nice place for weekend dinner
So we went here for family dinner. The best part was their service and hospitality.
Malik was our captain and he was so courteous and polite .
Food is definitely great here and we tried paneer potato chilly, dahi ke kebab for starters and both of these were too good. Paneer was very soft and perfectly marinated with sauces.
In Main course we tried Dal Bhikhari which is definitely I would say a must try. Also kadhai paneer peshawari was yummy too.
Overall ambience ambience was good and we had great time here
Bapi, Ali, Ahidul, Tapash were extremely courteous. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you.
Great place for team party, very spacious. The manager and the server were just wonderful. Menu was perfect, they even arranged Jain food for one of my colleagues. They have wide spread of starters both for veg and non veg followed by variety in main course and desserts. Loved the food, will be back definitely!!! 😄

Today I had my Son's birthday in Tarsh for around 30 members. When I entered the restaurant I got to know that there are already 150 table reservations for the same day. I was quite nervous and bit worried about the service I was going to get however to my surprise, the service is very prompt and beyond my expectations. Tarsh Manger personally takes care of everything starting from the nice birthday decoration, arranging the tables for 30 people, making sure that the service should be prompt and upto the mark. A big thank you to Tarsh manager for the same. Food quality and quantity is always the great thing to be enjoyed here. Desserts are simply delicious and with lots of varities. One can visit this place without any second thought if they want to have nice and prompt service and delicious food, that too with variety of items. One thing Tarsh is different from other restaurants who served buffets is types of starters. Overall very nice experience and simply loved it...Happy to visit Tarsh again.

Located on the 8th floor of the White Square near Wakad bridge, this place has a cozy ambiance and is spacious enough for large group dineouts. The outdoor seating area is nicely maintained and is equally comfortable as the couches inside.
I ordered a lamb starter, the Nalli Burra, which had four lamb chops (two good and two skinny ones) marinated in a spicy mix and then grilled to a tender texture. The next dish, Prawns Newburg was similar to a stroganoff except this was served with bread instead of rice. The desserts followed, of which the Tiramisu was just fine and since it was chilled, there were bits of ice in every bite. The Shahi Tukda didn't disappoint though, and if one has a proper sweet tooth and can bear acute sweetness, this is a must try.
The service and food left very less to complain about. The restaurant is situated at a convenient location and although the prices are on the higher side, it is well worth a shot. Recommended for group gatherings too.

Tarsh has been our favourite team party destination ever since it opened in Hinjewadi. It has a lovely ambience and the food it excellent. You'll hardly find anywhere else, the variety of starters (both veg and non-veg) that you get at Tarsh. I've been to this place multiple times and would certainly recommend anyone else who's looking to throw a party for friends and family. You can even customise the menu for a certain party you're planning to host and the staff there will help you out with a good deal.

Such a nice rooftop buffet place in Hinjewadi. Do try this if you love buffets. They have live pasta, chaat counters too. Apart from this great dessert varieties and dozens of desserts options. Really liked their chilli prawns and crispy corn. Also the food spread is very extensive. Ambience wise nice outdoor rooftop sitting location.
We were there on Friday evening. There was less crowd. Indoor seats are not ventilated properly so it was not comfortable at all. Food was ok not great. The buffet has very less number of starters compared to other buffet restaurants. The taste is good though. It is not live grill. The main course was not up to mark. Dessert options were a lot. The live counter serves chaats & pastas. Service is fast but needs improvement.
This place is in the White Square building where there are other restaurants as well but hard to locate the restaurant without knowing the on which floor it is. Even we have to pay for parking and which is open parking, if it rains then no use.
This place is on the 8th floor so the view from the restaurant is quite good.
Tarsh has 2 seating available which are Indoor and outdoor.
We chose the outdoor seating and when we went, there were hardly any people so it was quite the explorer.
We love Satay chicken which was very delicious and the chilly chicken was just yummy. Even prawns & fried fish were awesome.
Chicken Noodles with garlic and chilly were a treat to our mouth as it was so yummy we just loved it like anything.
For desserts, we had Rasmalai and Fresh fruits with Ice Cream, fruit cream, phirni, and cheesecake.

The ambience is awesome to be at especially for office parties. The food is also good. There are a lot of varieties for starters, main course and in the desserts. The chef prepares the special dish that you ask for. Service is blazing fast. Chicken biryani and mutton gravy were the best. There are live counters too. Ask the pasta chef to prepare his special one, you won't regret it.

The Building isn’t well maintained though
One of the best places for buffet. It was my third time there and I truly enjoyed it.
They serve wide variety of yummy starters. Main course is also delicious, not to miss their mouthwatering dessert.
Lovely ambience, great place to visit with your friends and family .
