One of the best sweet shop in the locality. They have two outlets,this outlet is located near Aloka bus stand. They serve quality sweets and also some unique sweets. Prices worth the quality. I have tried almost all their sweets since I am trying this place since my childhood.

I have been visiting this place since childhood and have wallowed in myself to their very tasty and amazing Mishti Doi, Singhara(Samosa) and other Bengali Sweets.
Everytime I visit my hometown, I definitely try my hands on their buttery Mishti Doi and Singhara for at least once. They have been maintaining the same taste since very long and this has made me fell even more for their Mishti Doi and Singhara. They have got wide varieties of Bengali Sweets too including varieties of Sondesh and Roshogullas.
I personally recommend this sweet shop to everyone who is a hardcore fan of Bengali Sweets. All the items displayed in the shop are moderately priced which is actually very very good. Few staffs here are still with the management and they are very very helpful in nature.
On a personal note, I have been staying out from Howrah since 2007 and have been roaming different parts of the country, but my love and lust for Sweets (let be in terms of taste or price) has never been fulfilled from any other sweet shops outside Bengal. The sweets here in Bengal are at much different level in compare to what I have ever had in my entire life while roaming different parts of the country.

A very well known sweet shop in the locality. Sweet quality really excellent. Price is also very much reasonable. Though given picture of only two sweets,but yes tried and liked several others.
This is an well known sweet shop in the locality but I myself don't like it because the taste is not soo good and the most important thing is that the shop is not atall clean instead house fly's are going here and there and they sit on sweets and the staffs serve those sweets to the customers . the staffs don't use any precaution like gloves or anything this is very unhygienic.

Mitali Sweets is one of the popular sweet shops in shibpur area especially their sandesh and kesariya chamcham.The USP of this place is that their sweets are always fresh.
The sweet shop next door, have growm up eating its sweets. High on quality and low on price, to sum up this shop. The staff is extra friendly and will suggest you want to try, their sweets are so famous that we have to carry the orders for any family events. Highly recommended

Well I 've been having sweets from this place since I was born.
They never compromise on the quality of the products that they use to make the sweets. They have loyal customers not only from the locality but also from distant places.
Some might find the prices a bit on the higher side.
Only sweet shop in Howrah which has satiated my sweet tooth. They offer a variety of sweets. And I assure you all of them are tasty. Unlike others they don't add too much of sugar in their sweets. The Norom Paak er Sondesh are to die for. Rossogollas are amazing and so is the Rabri.
N.B. they have opened a snacks counter inside the Ganges Garden apartment which is just right opposite to it. They serves mouth watering Kachori-Sabzis with Hari mirch ki chutney. Jalebi is also very good.
I personally cherish their sweets. The best thing that I like about them is they never compromise on the quality of 'Chenna' (dairy product).
One of my favorite dessert destination :) Try them out.
A shop where sweets are made in the morning and are not available in the evening. Freshness and quality redefined. Though a little over-priced, if sweets are your weakness it's completely worth it. Must try the 'Chocolate Sandesh' here.
Located just opposite ganges garden.This is one of the oldest sweet shop of howrah..they sell many varities of sweet varying from chocolate, nolengur, rosogolla...their mishti doi is a thing to carve for..they also serve decent samosa's..
